Description of Work: Jason was skilled in assembling a weight pulley system for me, but my laminate flooring was damaged in the process of the installation. I called Jason to let him know that the floor was damaged and he asked that I send pictures to their support email account and (I sent them on 12/27/12 to their support email address - support@firedupassemblers.com) I have not heard from anyone to date. My floor is still damaged and today's date is 4/29/13. The installation date was 12/21/12. I have also called and left VM messages and have not received a return call or email reply. I gave up. Things like the floor damage and the fact that I have not heard from anyone to fix my floor makes it hard for me to give an A rating even though Jason was prompt and the work that he performed was good. Where is customer service in this day and age?

Our techs take great care of our customers and their property at all times. Customers are asked to look at the assembled item once we completed them, try them out, make sure everything is "good to go", then sign a release after payment stating that the job was completed right and everything looks good. Which was done in this case. Weeks later after completing the job, we received an email from customer stating that the floor had a chip in it. At no time was any damage done to her property considering the tech even worked on a rubber mat provided by the customer. After reviewing the information provided we concluded that our tech did not damage the floor in any way.
