 + -1 moreContacted Fired Up Assemblers by email, requested a bid for the work I needed, and Jason responded the next morning with an acceptable offer which he adjusted by 10% (senior discount). I was contacted by Brett who I tentatively scheduled as I was waiting on the swing to be delivered. The swing was delivered on Monday at 1145. I called Brett, who offered to assemble it that afternoon after he left the fire station. He arrived at 440 and immediately started work and stayed with it until he completed the assembly at 615. Brett's demeanor and professionalism was a definite plus and I would be glad to recommend him and would use him again if and when needed.

 + 1 moreI had these guys come out last year and put together some brand new exercise equipment that came in a box of what seemed like a million pieces! They carried the very heavy box upstairs for me (it was delivered directly to my garage in the mail and there was no way I could move it), then they put it all together in a flash! I moved the equipment this past week to another room and had to take some of it apart...I definitely SHOULD have called them back as it took me hours to do it with a friend. Well worth the money!

They did not charge me anything for the estimate. My experience was not real bad or good. It was just neutral. They could have responded a little quicker. To use them, they could have been not quite so expensive. They were very professional when they did contact me.

 + -1 moreIt went amazing! I opened the box and thought I could do it myself. As soon as I saw all the parts I knew it would take me all day. My neighbor recommended Fired Up Assemblers because he found them on Angieslist and had them assemble his kid playfort. Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. They were out at my house the next day and it only took them an hour to assemble the portable basketball goal. After they assembled it the firefighter assembler showed my son how to raise and lower the basketball goal. I will use these guys again for sure, such a life saver.

 + 0 moreI called them to come out and put together our Skywalker trampoline that I purchased at Walmart. We were all scheduled. Only half the trampoline ended up being sent, so I called and had to move our appointment. They were very professional and said no problem. Once they came out, the guy worked non stop for several hours, probably 3 at least. The assembly was amazing and I was so glad my husband did not have to do it because it would have taken double the time. Perfectly done and the kids love their trampoline. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience.

Description of Work: This first and what I feel is the MOST IMPORTANT is my first contact with the company over the phone. The guy was EXTREMELY RUDE,!!!!!!!!! I explained to him I had just purchased his SEVICES through Angie's List and that I needed to have a desk and book shelves assemble, and he told me I needed to obtain the the model number for the furniture so he could look at it online. Well, I don't think I need to pay to do his job. One think is sure, you never know what kind a day a person is having. He did not give Me an oppounity to explain anything he just gave me an order on what I needed to do. The first thing I realize was I NEEDED TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND WRITE THIS REVIEW!!!!

On the next job I hired them for (dismantling a backyard play fort,) the workers arrived on schedule and quickly took care of the dis-assembly job. The initial price given for the job was a bit too high, in my estimation. However, I was able to use their Angie's list coupon, which then made the price quite reasonable. I will use them again and recommend their services to others.

 + -1 moreWe had to reschedule the install date a couple of times due to heavy rains and flooding, but finally got it done on a dry day. 2 installers showed up on time, explained the process and went to work. Took about 6 hours and the fact that they had previously done about 15 in the last few months, I think made a big difference. They unpacked the boxes, laid out all the parts and made sure none were missing. They were fast and thorough, courteous throughout and cleaned up after they completed. Overall, I was very happy with their work.
