John provided us with a very professional service. He came at the scheduled time and was very efficient and clean in his work. He was able to do all the work within one hour in the way we were expected to get this work done

Andrew put together a storage cabinet/broom closet for my laundry room. He was a very nice young man and did a great job.

I messaged Fired Up Assemblers inquiring about the assembly jobs and received a response almost immediately with a quote. I had to wait a few days on the items to be delivered before scheduling the appointment. I reached out to them again and it took about a day to get a response and get the appointment scheduled. Mark called me to tell me he was going to come the next day between 11-12 and he showed up at 11:30. It was raining unexpectedly. But by the time, he finished the car bed, it stopped raining and he said he can still do the swing set. He was very accommodating and professional. He moved a chair out of the room, moved some furniture and put the child safety fastener on the dresser after moving it. I will definitely have more assembly jobs for them in the future.

I am thoroughly impressed with the guys who turned up to fix my swing set. They called the day before to let me know they may have to reschedule because it was due to rain the following day. I was expecting them to reschedule as there was light rain on the day, surprisingly they turned up and fixed the swing set in less than 2 hours. Although they are slightly expensive, I would still use there service as they were quick and professional in the service they provided.

The technician came on time, took him about 30 minutes. He showed me how to use the bike etc. put all the trash in the box. He is polite and efficient.

It went wonderfully. The fireman arrived on time and had the instructions printed out as I no longer kept them after the move. He was knowledgable and friendly. He arrived on time and finished in a short amount of time.

The company sent a Sugarland fireman to do our jobs. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began with the shed, which took the most time. He told me he had assembled this model before and it showed. It was the most time consuming task but he was very efficient. He even had ladders and supports so he could do what the manufacturer had said was a 2 person job. The slab had been poured out of square and he managed to make the shed fit properly anyway. After the shed was finished he completed the assembly of the swing perfectly and quickly. The last task was the deck box, which he also assembled correctly and efficiently. He was here about 8 hours, cleaned up and carried everything in one box to the curb to be picked up the next morning. He was cheerful and professional and his work ethic was outstanding. I will hire these guys anytime that I need something else assembled. I highly recommend Fired Up Assemblers.

Went great - they were at the Lone Star Grill place at 10 am sharp to pick it up and delivered it directly to me.

They called back promptly, and assembled the equipment competently and quickly. It was great! Would use them again.

Everything went absolutely great! After reading the instruction manual I knew from the start this was something that I would be unable to do. I have a upcoming 3rd back surgery. Besides that the instructions said it would take AT THE LEAST TWO PEOPLE TO ASSEMBLE. This shed is the main reason why I joined Angie's List. I contacted them and they gave several Companies to select from. After reading up on and getting to understand how the company was formed I went with Fired Up Assemblers without even getting another bid. I like the fact that this Company was formed by Firefighters in and around the City of Houston. The Firefighter assigned to me is named Mario. He called me and we scheduled a day that we could work out. I was literally shocked that Mario showed up by himself. No helper at all. Within around 8 hours he had the shed up and did a fantastic job. Mario is a professional that takes great pride in his work. There was a part that was messed up from the factory so he could not complete it that day. He contacted Lifetime and took the bull by the horns and got the new part shipped directly to him all the while keeping me in the loop with great communication. When it came in he called me to set up a time so that he could finish the job. If you have a job you need done, I highly recommend this Company. They are professionals, courteous, and it's great way to help those who risk their lives everyday. If I could some it all up in one word. It would be COURAGEOUS!

The treadmill works perfectly.

When I discribed tthe platform bed assembly (which had been assembled incorrectly by moving men) he seemed dubious. When the man arrived (not a fireman, but the son of one of the fireman who formed the company), he was a carpenter/builder who looked at all the pieces, pins, dowels and screws and understood everything I told him. He had his own drill and some materials in his car to use in place of some of the small stuff that somehow didn't make the move from New Jersey. Afterward, he then put together the carpetedd cat tree in about 15 minutes. All told about two hours. I was very happy as I thought I was going to have to buy a new bed. The priice was what I was quoted on the phone minus the Angie's List discount.
