Description of Work: They came out and estimated what everything would take. I was told to fix the gate, additional hardware could be required for $75. Work was done when I was gone for the day and before I had to head out of town. I don't believe any pickets were replaced or even made sure to be nailed down. After sending 3 emails and 3 phone calls to Nicholi to discuss the problem were not responded t, I decided to leave this response. This special is more for them to come out and upsell you to their fence cleaning and staining services. Overall I am very displeased with this deal nor their services.

Description of Work: We hired them to refurbish a section of our 12 year old fence. They straightened and strengthened a portion of the fence, replaced several boards, cleaned, and then re-stained the entire fence. They did good work.

It was during Christmas that this occurred and I can only speculate that this may be the reason. We strive on giving our clients the best customer experience possible through honoring our word and having first rate communication. As far as a deposit our operations manager was simply following company policy. Although, you purchased a deal through Angie's list there was more added to the scope of work and this was the reason your were asked to provide a deposit before we started work. The staff are friendly and attentive throughout the process. They take pride in their work and they enjoy what they are doing. We had the work done a month ago. No problems have arisen since then. The construction and staining meet our expectations, which are high. When we got the quote, we asked for and received more details about the materials. It took about three iterations over a period of weeks to get everything in writing the way we wanted. There were delays on their end for technical problems with office equipment, and then we had a rain delay. Any time we needed an update from them, they were prompt to reply. On our end, we had some delays, also, and they were patient with us.
Description of Work: Tore down old fence, installed new fence. 7' tall, caps, rot boards, steel posts, with gate; added a free-standing gate between our house and neighbor; stained new fence.

First, the cleaning solution is incredible. Cleaned old fence on both sides of house that was grey and brown with age. After cleaning wood looked brand new. Stain leaves quite a smell but it is clear the fence will be protected for a long time. Cleaning solution and stain leave a mark on grass at base of fence but should grow back quickly so would recommend a spring application. Staff is very prompt and courteous. Emailed very specific invoice estimate. They add 3% for credit cards FYI. Highly recommend this service - the cleaned stained fence really makes the home and yard stand out above anything else around.
Description of Work: Clean Fence (No Pressure Washing) Chemical clean to ensure all mold and mildew are killed and fence is ready for stain. Stained fence with Wood Defender Stain with 3 year warranty Price included both cleaning and stain for 230' of 6' & 7' fence plus a 12'x16' deck

This is one of three jobs Fencekeeper has done for us. I just love this company! They pride themselves on keeping the customer happy. The owners are very meticulous and build as if they were building for themselves. I gave them an "A" on every aspect because it truly describes what they are about, which is EXCELLENCE. From the owners - Sean and Melissa down to their staff, everything is well communicated and precise. I will always call them for any fencing and/ or staining needs. Do not pass them up, they are worth the wait! They don't know yet but I am about to call them for my pergola!!!!
Description of Work: They built a 4 ft tall fence with a gate with stain behind my garage to keep my dogs from running out of my sight.
