They did an amazing job, very prompt, punctual and their technicians were very nice and informative.

Finished product very satisfactory, but had a couple issues. Contractor hit an underground wire that put my pool pump out of service until an electrician came out and the fence was too tall against our brick wall initially but they came back to taper it down. Fence is beautiful. Baby safety gate is also sturdy and beautiful.

Did a great job on my fence and was very flexible when the client list went from 2 to 4. Were great when a section wasn't executed as plannned and were able to provide a fix pretty easily.

The communication was poor from the start and the job took longer than expected. My husband did most of the communicating and I only got involved at the end. The job was to replace the fence, stain both sides, and make and install a decorative wrought iron gate. The fence was replaced but we kept being put off on the stain because of windy conditions. The first gate was brought to our house and it was heavy and ugly, for lack of a better word. The spacing of the bars was not even and it was not up to par. The gate guy was extremely nice and took the old gate back with him and created a new one that we really like. They finally came to spray the fence but only sprayed the inside area, getting stain all over the new wrought iron gate, and not spraying the bottom board very well. The stain wiped off the gate pretty easily but we had to do it ourselves. The other side of the fence was finally sprayed without any notice they were coming, spraying through the fence onto both of our vehicles. That is the only reason we knew they came. I spoke to the owner and he sent a detailer out to repair the damage free of charge. After the "free detail" my car was not the same, it looked like it had sap or pollen on it. Before paying Fence Keepers, we asked that they bring us the stain so that we could fill in the places that they missed. They did bring it in exchange for a check for payment. The communication at every step of this project was poor. I rarely write this much information but felt compelled to do so this time. I finally took my car to the car wash and it wouldn't come clean. Without me saying anything, they told me my car had over-spray on it so essentially I had to pay over $100 to have this fixed. See pics.

Everyone was friendly, fast and efficient

Sales team professional, subcontractors doing actual work poor quality. Tree root was in way of where fence post would ordinarily be placed. Instead of relocating where posts would be placed or cutting or digging tree root to secure fence posts properly, they just nailed fence to tree roots. Within six months entire fence was falling down, and I paid another company to replace their poor work.

Visit went well. Received a quote the following week.

I contacted them with no response to come back out and secure the loose boards and re-leave rotten board as per agreement. Couldn't get anyone to contact me back until I left review on Angie's list. They contacted me and when I contacted them back it was right back to being ignored. I'm not sure why Angie's list is sent me 4 reminders to fill this out again.

The rainy season made it more difficult but FenceKeeper worked with us and got the job done right.

Called provider to set up an appointment to see fence condition and measure total distance to be stained. Rep arrived on time for this appointment. During this visit, fence was measured and we were shown all the various type and colors available. We questioned that advantages of those presented. Very impressed with rep's explanations. We were sent pictures of work they had performed representing three of the colors we would select. Rain presented a problem causing delays in getting work completed. We and company maintained communications and were finally arrived at a day to perform work. Staff can and work took several hours including clean up. Very pleased with company performance especially all phone and text responses as well and final product.

FenceKeeper came out and gave me a free estimate. Stain color options were provided via email. The work was performed, and it looks great! Care was taken to keep the area clean, with stain only where it belonged.

This company advertises a special for $540 to clean and re-stain a wooden fence. I spoke to the owner and he said to request a confirmation bid appointment on the company's web site. I also requested a bid to repair and/or replace the metal fence I had at another house. It has been over a week and the company has not contacted me at all to respond to my on line request. I wouldn't even consider this company. Angies List is doing a disservice to it's customers to rate this company as a " B ".

I could not ask for better service. Nico was the contractor that did the job. I am getting many complements on the color which he recommended. He was so careful not to stain the house and the cement under the gate. He used the sprayer, the roller and the brush to ensure the job was done properly. He covered the cement under the gate with a nice clean padding u was just so impressed. He left his truck in front of my neghbor's house but he placed padding on the ground do if there was some spills the street remained clean. I have never seen such precision in doing this type of job. Excellent Job all around. 👍

The work has not been done due to the weather

It has not been fine yet because it keeps raining. However, they keep in touch, which makes me feel better. Finall completed last week.

They came out and removed the old gate and put up new picket fencing where the old gate had been located, installed a new support post and gate in the new location in just a few hours. I also had them replace a few broken pickets around the yard. They cleaned up the area and left the yard looking good. I would recommend FenceKeepers to anyone needing work done. I plan to use them for another fencing project I'm planning.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It turned out yes and no. I was not as happy with that deal. We did contact each other within a couple of days. They came out and I said I wasn't in any rush for the work so they could let it slide until the beginning of this year. I never heard from them until finally I called them. I was kind of surprised that I had to reach out to them rather than the other way around. I gave them several weeks, it was about two weeks after the first of the year just to set up something. To get an A grade from me they could have called me back when I thought they were going to. Secondly, I had asked them to change the gates a little bit, because on both of them you kind of had to lift them up to open them. They leveled them for me, but then there is a little slide lock that goes in there. They were getting ready to leave and I had to get them because I could not lock the gate. That was a little issue. My wife was also unhappy about the fact that on one of the gates they replaced the thing that locks on it and it was not at all like the one they took off. It doesn't slide or anything, in fact, basically it doesn't work unless you buy a padlock and stick it through there. I bought a padlock, but if you had to ask me today where the key was I would have a hard time putting my hands on it. It kind of sticks out from the gate so I asked him about it and he said that is what they used now, but I was not very thrilled by it. I was expecting something that was reasonably flush with the latch that they replaced which was there originally. I had not seen a latch like that before. When they came out to look at what needed to be done they were very punctual. When it came time to perform the work they basically I had to stay home all day for them. I was not very happy with their punctuality. They did try to come out, apparently, but they did not have some equipment they needed.

They did a reasonable job of fence staining... However, because of a glitch on their website, they over charged me.... I have been trying to get a refund for over 6 months... Promises of check in the mail, but to date they have yet to refund me and they do not return my calls... Recommend you stay away from this company...

There was an issue with the gate and the spacing. The came back and fixed the issue. I appreciated they came back and fixed the job.

Overall they did the job - We had a couple of communication hiccups along the way.

Fencekeeper was on time as stated and very professional. The two gentleman worked over two days to restore our iron fence as it was beginning to deteriorate in a few sections. Management even came by on two occasions to ensure work was going as expected. We recommend them for such work as stated as well as wood fencing as two new wood gates were installed and a third was replaced.

Timely, professional work by all members of their team. Always on time and work was completed as expected. No surprises. Even had the owners stop by on different occasions to ensure all looked good.

Sean Sykora is the owner of the company. He visited for the walk around and estimate, he supervised the work, and communicated with me every step of the process. Sean was prompt, professional, thorough, and very easy to work with. I asked for postponement while getting organized with my neighbors, and the weather gave us some grief, but Sean managed all the schedule changes easily and communicated well. I also asked for some add-ons toward the end of the job, which cost extra but were absolutely worth it, and Sean managed that well too. The quality of the build is excellent, the framing is straight and level, and the board seams are flush and tight. Staining is also well done. After thorough inspection, I am very pleased with the quality of the work. It is a great-looking fence. I would certainly hire Fence Keeper again, and recommend them highly.
