It was a great experience working with Mustafa and his team. They gave me a great price on installation and finished the job on time. Their quality is fantastic and they were able to accommodation our installation with very little notice. They got us out of a huge bind. I will definitely use them again.

EZFloor wasthe least expensive of the quotes we got. Installation was quick and efficient. I wish they had used more float to level the floor a little better. Other than that small complaint the service was great.

.Everything went as planned. Workers showed up on time and worked some long hours. Job ran a day over but it was a big job so somewhat expected.

The floor turned out well. I had had the apartment freshly painted and the workers got hand prints all over the walls. EZ Flooring did compensate me for having to call the painters out. I appreciated that. The flooring looks beautiful.

Installers showed up at scheduled time and completed the project in 2 days. they worked very neatly and politely. even offered up some suggestion on some work that I was going to do myself. the project turned out awesome

Contractor: Sean was very knowledgeable and thorough with the quoting for my floor renovation. He was very responsive and prompt in answering all my questions and concerns. When he came to my apartment he came prepared with floor samples and all relevant details to lock in a date for service. He went beyond just giving a quote but also offered his styling opinion and gave me some background information about the floors he would provide. He was very competitively priced almost shocking me at first with how good it was. Workers: The workers arrived the first day at around 11am and worked till 6pm and the second day 9am to 5pm. I was hoping they would have come earlier so I would have more time to clean up on the second (and final) day but they were very efficient with the work. The floors came out really well. I would say the only draw backs were with the clean-up. While you are responsible for cleaning your apartment with the excess dust removing carpet and installing a hardwood laminate would create, they left quite a bit of dirt from the floor leveler, marks on my walls and overall sloppiness on their clean up job. I would definitely recommend EZ floors again with the caveat of being prepared to do some serious cleaning afterwards.

My experience with them was pretty good. Everything went fine. They were supposed to work in the house for three days. But they didn’t come on the third day and so had to come the next day to finish the job.

The experience was great overall. We stopped by their store, looked at some samples, decided on the one we liked, got a quote that was lower than the other places we had been to, and we were good to go. The people we spoke to were very up front about the costs and the timeline. They needed to do some leveling of the subfloor (the house is old and has had foundation issues before), but the work was completed on time and well. The installation went great, everything looks fantastic, and every step of the way was efortless. If I ever have to refloor anything again, they would be the first call I make, and knowing that they also provide other services (countertops for example), they will likely be my first call for those items as well. We are planning to refloor the kitchen and bathrooms in the not so distant future, and we will certainly be hiring them again.

They did a great job, were prompt, cleaned up and had good quality work. We are thinking about replacing tile in our upstairs bathroom and will definitely give them a call for pricing.

They were really easy to work with. I felt like I got a good price for my floor. Everyone says they look really good. I think the installer was a little messy. That was the only thing I didn't love. There was just some tar, glue or something. It wasn't a lot. I liked that they came out and helped match the wood. I thought that was really important because I had wood stairs already and carpet downstairs. I'm a very impatient person just because I'm busy. I like when things are simple. There wasn't any problem. The only negative thing I remember is there was some clean up around the edges and stuff that I had somebody come and scrap off after everything dried.

Ez Floors measured our home for flooring, and provided a quick and accurate estimate. Their estimate was inclusive, with no surprise add-ons after we committed. When we shopped for flooring they offered alternatives but did not push, and they were very patient when we took our time making a selection. (We are extremely glad we opted for the slight upgrade of sound-deadening backing.) Their representative explained the process and timeline thoroughly, and answered all of our questions. The flooring was delivered to our home early to acclimate to our home's temperature and humidity. The materials were exactly as ordered. The team arrived on time and worked diligently at all times. They were patient, and did not rush the process when the float took an extra half-day to dry before they could install the laminate. The laminate was laid in the correct direction, which in our home is an issue. The materials were exactly as ordered. We are very pleased with our new flooring, and would choose to use EZ Flooring again. Their estimation process was very much better, perhaps one could even say more honest, than two other companies we talked to. Their estimator was more knowledgeable in how the flooring should be laid than the other companies as well. There were two flaws that kept our review from being a total rave. First, the crew left something to be desired regarding cleanup. After they left, we had to pick up nails from our driveway, and scraps of wood from our porch and yard. We also had to clean a number of dirty handprints from the walls, woodwork, stairwell, and where ever they installed flooring. Second, there is one toe-kick which is ever so slightly crooked. Many people would probably not notice it, but I do, and so considered their "quality" rating to be not quite 100%.

Shawn at EZ Floors was extremely knowledgeable and gave us his undivided attention and time to help insure that we made the right choices. He was very helpful in selecting color and materials based on lighting, usage etc. His professionalism, and the courteous professionalism shown by the installers was, in my opinion, beyond the norm and exceeded my expectations. I will use this company again, and recommend Shawn and his installation team with no hesitation.

The sales person Shawn helped me find exactly what I was looking for and arranged for installation. We're very happy with our new floors as they look like hardwood floors but have all the benefits of tile. Wish we'd done this sooner.

They were great, and they were professional. They gave us a lot of information and a lot of good choices.

I would not recommend them to anybody. They are extremely unprofessional. There have been delays in my project. The sales person has never come out to the house to address any of issues we had. This project has been going on for over a month now and it is still not complete. I would never use them again. -UPDATE- On Saturday, September 21st, my project was completed. EZ Floors admitted being at fault for the delays and agreed that they could have handled the situation better. They offered me a $500 discount. I am pleased with the final product after 3-months.

Asmir was great - helpful, very experienced and knowledgeable, but not "pushy" in anyway. What I love about EZ Floors is the "everything is included" in the price aspect, unlike all the big companies like Lowe's and Home Depot, which price every little thing as an extra (in those stores you have to do all kinds of convoluted math just to figure out what your final cost will be!). For the measuring - Asmir, our salesman came himself and was right on time. He was friendly and professional. He has many years' experience and did an excellent and accurate job. The installation crew was actually early. They confirmed ahead of time when they were leaving the warehouse with the carpet. They were all so fast and efficient...my husband and I were very impressed. We did the whole house, so it was a huge job. When the arrived they said they would be done between 5 and 7 PM that night. (I originally thought, since our house is so large and full of furniture that it might take 2 days.) But they were completely cleaned up and gone by 6 PM that evening. All very friendly, conscientious, and hard-working. The foreman was excellent! We recommend this EZ Floors location to everyone we know in the market for remodeling (they do hardwoods, tile, and countertops, too).

We remained in our house for the week which Mustafa's people were great in working around our needs. If, I did this a next time I would stay in a hotel most of the time. This is not a reflection on the crew.....just a preference. I am sure if the crew hadn't had to work around us they would have had an easier and quicker install. The work is absolutely beautiful!

Two different contractors arrived on the same day hours apart, one to do the wood laminate, the other to carpet the bedroom. Both teams of workers were in and out of here quickly and completed the job in one day.

We were very pleased with the service and the look of the wood floors. Everything went as planned with no surprises. They even worked with us to make a change after the floors were installed and did a very professional job.

They were punctual. They came when they said they would every time. The crew that they sent were exceptional. They did the work in two days. They cleaned up, it was just like they were never there. It was a very good experience. Their prices are competitive and they have very good sales people. They work with you to see exactly what you're wanting to do and what you are looking for and makes suggestions. But, they also listened to me and allowed me to say exactly what it was that I wanted. They were just all around very good. I couldn't believe it. I am going to use them again on my floors in my new house.

Shawn was our salesman and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We took some samples home and set up an appointment for Shawn to come to the house and measure. He not only measured for the immediate flooring job, but measured and gave us quotes for kitchen counter tops and a bathroom remodel. He was not a "pushy" salesman. When we made our decision, he was able to get the installation set up for the dates we requested. They arrived within the specified time frame and worked for 10 hours straight in order to finish the first phase of the project. They finished in half the time that was projected. The installers were courteous and left the area clean. It was a very positive experience from start to finish.
