EZ Floors

We are pleased with the job that was done. It did take a little longer than we thought it would because the workers didn't start until 9 or 9:30 each day. I only say that because we chose to stay in our house while the work was being done and it was a little inconvenient. If I had to do it over again, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere a few of the days. Overall, we were happy with the results though.

Could not have gone better. We dealt with their Katy, TX location and everyone from the sales team to the actual project supervisor were a pleasure to work with. They kept to the initial schedule that was set and the work was outstanding. We have recommended them to everyone.

The job was done fantastically from the sales floor to installation. Chris Terawi is the guy to see at EZ Floors. We purchased the hardwoods for our entire downstairs on Thursday, started installation on Friday, and they were done by Sunday. He was available by phone at any time during the day to take our calls. He gave us a great price and was helpful in all parts of the transaction.

I worked with Jay and Soloman from the West Rd store. I had them install approx. 1200 sq ft of new laminate flooring throughout the house to replace carpeting that has been damaged by my last renter. Since I live in North Carolina, I was very apprehensive about working with a company I had never worked with before on such an expensive project. Jay worked with me to schedule the work in December while the house was vacant and did an excellent job. I made arrangements to fly in to be in town for the work, so staying on schedule was critical. When Jay was out sick, Soloman stepped in to make sure everything was completed on schedule as promised. The quality of the workmanship was high, and my new floors are beautiful! I definitely plan to work with them again on future flooring projects.

Jay at West and Queenston store was the Best! Not only did he give me an excellent price, but he helped me pick out the tiling and granite for the bath remodel (removing a jacuzzi tub and replacing it with a walk in shower). Oh my gosh! It looked better than what I have seen showcased in stores! Jay has a keen eye for design, so I highly recommend that you utilize his expertise! There was a problem with part of the flooring installed, but Shawn, the store manager. was very responsive and it was taken care of , with no stress on me. I believe he is the primary reason this store does so well. This EZ store has an excellent reputation locally, so I didn't need Angie's List (for me to get an estimate from them), but I wanted to write a review because they deserve the praise for doing excellent work for a great price, and I would certainly want to know about them.

EZ Floors was quick to respond with a quote, worked with us to find a style that matched our floor (the exact model number had been discontinued), and completed the work sooner than expected. They were helpful and easy to work with, and we plan to use them again in the future when we replace other flooring in our house.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up after their work. I provided them with felt pieces to go on all the furniture and they installed them for me. I was very impressed with the entire crew's professionalism.

We had a great experience with Ez Floods. We were helped by Matt at the West Road location. He was very helpful and patient. He took his time to find us a match for the wood that the previous owner had installed at her house. He was very responsive and always there to answer any questions. The installation department was very helpful in setting the installation date and rescheduling due to a delay with closing. The installers were very professional and punctual. They did a great job. We are very happy with our experience with Ez Floors and will definitely use them for future ptojects.

The customer service was absolutely excellent. I was instructed to ask for Shawn. He was amazing. He was patient. They had a quality product at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond to complete the floors by holiday. They were even willing to start on a Sunday for me.

It went well. They ended up coming back to redo my closet floor because i didn't like the way they did it the first time

They called me back Monday and said we need another day or so and I have not heard from them since. The original appointment the man came out right away which was great but there was no follow up after the first call.

The granite installers and the tile installers were terrific. The bathrooms look fantastic. EZ Floors management has demonstrated that they are focused on improving their customer service and will step up and take responsibility when things aren't quite right - and will go the extra mile to make things right. The bathrooms look great. We are very pleased with the work.

Pricing was exactly as promised, no surprises. Workmen were on time, finished on schedule and did a beautiful job. A really high quality install.

They were quick and professional. Worked with me on times and kept in contact. Out of 4 estimates I got, they were the cheapest but the work doesn't show that way. I'm very happy with my bathroom and will more than likely use them again in the future. Thanks!

Very professional. No hidden charges. They came out on time as promised and the workers did excellent work. I had 3 rooms, stairs, hallway and foyer done, Quality material, very professional, quality work and they had the best price out of 3 quotes! I had 3 people recommend them for work they had performed for them and I was not disappointed at all, I plan to use them again in the future.

Called and left several messages to schedule an estimate. I was not able to talk to a person only an answering machine. No one ever returned any of my calls.

I highly recommend them. I use them all the time. I was never, ever disappointed. I always use Eunice. I trust his judgment. He has an eye for color and design. He is very, very good at what he does. I have been in the decorating business so I feel very, very confident with him. He has an eye and he knows how to put colors together. Some of the most impressive things with him too is I chose a tile that I like and he said I have really expensive taste, but showed me something so he saved me money. He has an eye for color and I know that a lot of men don't. A lot of men don't know how to put things together. I have a friend who I just recommended and it was the same thing. She had a hard time putting stuff together and he definitely has an eye for that. Just talking to him and watching him put stuff together, he was good at customer service, and the bottom line was his design ability.

They suggested a style for the fireplace which is better than I could come up with and the floors are perfect - product and installation. I have used them before and will continue to use them.

They were great. I initially dealt with Sean from the Westheimer office. He came out to my home at 290 and 1960 and gave me an estimate. He was very polite, professional and very up front about everything. I then chose my floors at the store on West Road . The price did not change from the estimate as it did with another company which I had initially chosen. The floors were installed 2 weeks later over 5 days. The men worked extremely hard and were also very professional. They moved everything from one room to the next and returned everything to its place with felt pads underneath all the furniture. They also installed my new baseboards. My floors look gorgeous and have changed the look of my home tremendously. It is now my refuge.

It went great. Installers were really nice and did a great job. After the grout was dried on the floor I decided I didn't like one of the 12 x 12 tiles, and the floor installer broke it out and brought the sample from the floor to install. I felt so bad that I didn't ask him to take it out until after it was dried, but he was very kind about it. But what I liked most was the man who herlped me at the store. This was at the Eldridge and Spring Cypress location. The guy was so kind and helpful. He helped me with picking out the tile and was just so gracious. He made the whole experience a pleasure. I think that the work I had done was a good bargain based on what friends told me they paid for their update in their bathroom. I was trying not to spend too much money because we're not going to be in the house more than a few more years. I just can't say too much positive about my experience with EZ Floors.

The sales person was professional and responsive. I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. The installers were polite and quick.

The crew of three shows up on time, and we walked through the house to identify the steps/places that needed to have the subfloor nailed down. They explained how they were going to work the rooms regarding furniture. Made sure that when they got to the office that I knew to empty the desk and it was going to have to put on the side to move it from the room. The crew took a very short break and stayed until the job was done. Took about 5 hours to do the install.

Excellent Service and great installers. I've used EZ Floors in the past and will continue to use them for everything in the future. Sam, at the 2920 store is always professional, prompt and very courteous. I've recommended him to others and will continue to do so; he's great to work with! Eiden installed my wood floors and couldn't be happier with his level of service. Definitely the best installer I've encountered. His attention to details went above and beyond what I expected and I couldn't believe how quickly him and his team knocked out the installation, moved furniture and put everything back together. I couldn't be happier and look forward to using them again in the future.

FANTASTIC. They are awesome. Very communicative and friendly. I was speaking with someone in Home Depot and he said that his friend owns a flooring place but even they recommended EZ Floors.... Great company. They are all about customer service. The floors look Fantastic. They installed them professionally and top quality. My wife and I are extremely pleased. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Mustafa went above and beyond to help us to understand what the flooring would look like in our home. We even got to take the floor sample home to ensure that it matched well with the tile. The measurements and estimates were spot on. They also recommended the padding and instructed on the best cleaner for the floor - with the does and don't. They were in and out in one day - it was a very very pleasant experience. They even gave us a few left overs in case any piece might need to be replaced in the future we have some backups. I highly recommend that you take the time to go check out EZ Floors - you will be pleasantly surprised. They also stand behind their work.
