Description of Work: "Positive-Chuck was helpful and polite. Job was done in a timely manner with little hassle. | |Negative-an older lady (I think the owner) was rude on two occasion. When I called to ask for some information regarding what was turned off and asked if someone could ask chuck, she replied with ""even if he did remembered, I'll make sure he doesn't"". "

Description of Work: Chuck came out and inspected what I thought might be dry wood termite damage. He examined it and advised the good news is that I do not have termites. Bad news is that it is carpenter ants. He told be they could either treat the house or I could try carpenter ant bait. I am trying the bait and if it does not work I will call them back for treatment.
