END O PEST & COASTAL FUMIGATORS

I thought it went well. I liked the salesman very much. He gave the impression of genuine concern. I didn't realize that two rings were missing after the service, because I thought they were well hidden. Do not trust this company, and if you do have to use them, make them responsible for anything that was missing. Their contract stipulates they are not responsible.

I've been using them for about 10 years. They were referred by a friend and I have been using them since. They came in before I moved in and did some spraying inside and outside. They always send the same person every time.

A Coastal Fumigators rep came out , confirmed End-0-Pest's findings and scheduled an appointment to tent and fumigate. The process and price were explained. I was given time to prepare the area for tenting. The "team" arrived as scheduled, tented, and fumigated. They posted security for the duration (all night +) of the process. Went well.

Things went excellent. Chuck was fantastic the whole process through. I has to reschedule a few times due to delayed closing and issues with a landscaper and Chuck was very nice about it. The crew came out and had the tent up quickly. I wasn't able to see the whole process but they did a fantastic job. I would definitely use their services again!

They came and did the pre-fumigation inspection and provided a detailed list of preparation items. Punctual, professional and did an excellent job in fumigating the house and notifying us of when the house is safe for entry. Some other people had warned us that fumigation may result in minor damage etc. due to extensive process but Coastal team did a fantastic job.

Professional, straight forward, provided clear instructions and answered all questions about the process. Bent one of our roof vents and didn't tell us about it or attempt to fix.

They sent out a representative who brought a microscope that had a little light on it. He said the only way you can determine what kind of termite you have is to look at the wings because these things drop their wings when they die.We had wings all over the place he picked up several and looked at them under his light and it turned out that we didn't have dry wood termites at all. He said honestly we are not doing this. It turned out they were very responsive again told the truth and actually sent a man out to take a personal look at what we had. I would recommend them if you have dry wood termites.

They are good. They are locally owned which I like. The service is pre-scheduled; they just confirm that they are still needed.

I always use them. They are prompt and they do good work.

Tenting and fumigation went well. Contractor informed us of key steps associated with the process (do move all of your food out, don't worry about your clothes, open your safe, shut off your gas/pilots, etc.). Contractor went through house to verify all was done correctly and opened EVERY drawer in the place to ensure gas distribution and later removal. We passed by several times during the process. The guard was on duty and alert during the dangerous part. The house was clearly labeled during the process and when it was clear. Our normal pest control company only recommends this particular contractor for drywood termite treatment.

I had a great experience with them. They are very reasonable and do a good job. They respond quickly.

Harvey West was very responsive and candidly explained why they would not spot treat townhomes for drywood termites. He volunteered without prompting the name of the only other company he knew might consider the spot treatment. I greatly appreciated all the information he provided.

A month later we experienced more roaches and ants inside. I called and left my information with the office. No call for almost two weeks. I called again and ask to talk to a manager. He tells me they will come out but that since we were a month and a half from the quarterly that they would charge me $75. This not what we agreed upon, so I severed our relationship. Great salesman. Super Nice tech came out. Bad overall.

Assuming that last year they had inspected our whole house, I asked them if they would inspect our house again. They said they do not check pier-and-beam houses where you have to crawl under the house to check for termites. My question was, well what did you check last year then? We had been happily under the impression that all is fine but now we are learning that our house was probably not checked properly last year for any infestation (only the garage was). I called them, the Representative said she will have someone call back with answers. That was on 5/10/2007 and today is 5/19/2007 and I have not received any answer. I sent an email to them explaining in detail the problem on April 23rd, I still have not received any response. Bottom line, we do not know what or if they checked anything last year and they did not tell us they do not inspect our type of house. They only inspected the garage and worked on it. We will not renew our agreement because of poor unresponsive service.

Overall, very well. Inspector was VERY knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and helpful. Technician who performed the work was the same. Very pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation.

Very professional, timely, and efficient. This company has got it together. I would and have recommended them to others.

I called End-O-Pest as fast as I could and they stopped by immediately to give me an estimate. Their prices were quite reasonable and they explained how they would set traps to get rid of the rats. The exterminator came well prepared and he took the equipment out of his truck. He sprayed the inside and outside for rats and also set traps. He got rid of them. He loaded his truck and left his card and told me if I have any problems not to hesitate to call.

WE ALWAYS ASK FOR JOE, AND HE IS A WONDERFUL GUY! I HAVE LITTLE KIDS, SO I APPRECIATE HAVING SOMEONE WHO IS NICE. THEIR SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT. THEY SET UP THE APPOINTMENT, SEND A POSTCARD IN THE MAIL, AND THEN CALL TO CONFIRM THAT THE TIME IS OKAY. I NEVER HAVE TO THINK ABOUT SCHEDULING SERVICE. I THINK I HAVE ONLY HAD TO CALL THEM ONE TIME OTHER THAN OUR SCHEDULED QUARTERLY EXTERMINATING, AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO TAKE CARE OF THE ANTS.

ANOTHER EXTERMINATOR TOLD ME THAT TENT FUMIGATION WAS REQUIRED TREATMENT FOR CARPENTER ANTS. HE REFERRED ME TO COASTAL FUMIGATORS. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO THERE WAS SURPRISED AT THE TENT RECOMMENDATION AND SAID IT WASN'T NEEDED. END-O-PEST IS AFFILIATED WITH COASTAL. THE END-O-PEST INSPECTOR WAS THOROUGH AND HIS EXPLANATIONS SEEMED SOUND. THE TREATMENT TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME AND DID A THOROUGH JOB.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING THE PROCESS. WHILE THIS WAS EXPENSIVE, I BELIEVE IT IS IN LINE WITH WHAT OTHER COMPANIES CHARGE.

IT IS ALWAYS PLEASANT TO SPEAK TO THEM ON THE PHONE WITH ANY QUESTION OR COMMENTS THAT I MAY HAVE. THEY NEVER PUSH ANYTHING ON YOU AND ALWAYS HAVE A SMILING FACE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND END-O-PEST TO ALL.

THEY WERE RELIABLE AND ON TIME. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
