 + -1 moreThis was the first time we used Dirt Free. They didn't move the furniture, since they would have charged extra for that. The carpets dried overnight and they did a good job of pulling up all the stains. However, we weren't that happy with some seams that were visible when they stretched the carpeting.
Description of Work: Dirt Free cleaned three bedrooms, a stairwell and den. They also stretched three areas in our carpets.

 + -1 moreFor a good size job, they really got done in good timing. Our floors were stain free and we could even smell the cleanliness of our carpets. What I really liked about using them was, that I had a special area of carpet that needed a lot of attention and they were able to get that stain out.

 + -1 moreThe cleaning job was excellent. The cleaner did not have to go over it several times to get the heavy traffic areas clean. The last carpet cleaning company did such a bad job we had to call Dirt Free. The man who did the cleaning was well mannered and asked me several times if I was happy with it before he considered the job complete. I thought that was professional of him. Apparently they want our business, and they'll have it.
Description of Work: Dirt Free steam cleaned all the carpets, on both floors, in our house.

 + -1 moreDirt Free has been to our house a few times to clean the carpet (we have always been very happy with the results), but this was the first time we had our upholstery cleaned. As this was an old sofa, I didn't expect much... but I was pleasantly surprised. The sofa looked almost brand new and dried in only an hour and a half. The tech was also careful to check the fabric type before cleaning to make sure that nothing would go wrong.
Description of Work: Dirt Free came to our house to steam clean our carpet and upholstery. The service tech offered to move furniture for us free of charge but we had already moved everything.

 + -1 moreWe were extremely happy with the job this gentleman did. The carpets dried immediately, with whatever product was used. The furniture was carefully moved back and forth, and all the heavy traffic areas were cleaned thoroughly. It took about 2 1/2 hours.

 + 0 moreThis is kind of an iffy situation. When they come, the stains seem to disappear. When they leave, the stains seem to reappear. I do not know what that is all about. It had happened more than once. I also feel that the price was way too high. I would not of minded it if the stains didn t come back. However, the workers are great. They are very nice people, clean and very professional looking as well.
Description of Work: I called Dirt Free Carpet & Upholstery to come to my home and clean carpets in three rooms. One was a small room and the others were fairly large.

 + -1 moreWe feel they did a good job, but charged too much. We're going to use another service next time due to the price. They haven't moved any furniture when they come but they did get rid of most of the stains. It looks like new when they leave and it dries immediately since they steam it. Like I said they do a good job but we are trying another company next time because of the price.
Description of Work: Dirt Free has come every six months or so to clean our game room. They've also treated for pet odors. They cover about 250 square feet each time.

 + -1 moreWe've used them for several years, and like them a lot. They move our furniture carefully, get rid of all stains and do a good job. We feel they are nice people. They also add deodorizers and something to protect the carpet. It usually takes overnight to dry, because we have thick carpeting.

 + 0 moreThe technician was on time, polite, and professional. It usually takes them about 1.5 to 2 hours to clean carpets. The dispatcher called me no less than 3 times to update me on when the technician would arrive, which was really nice so I could schedule my day.
Description of Work: Dirt Free cleaned my carpets and tile floors. They use truck mounted steam cleaning units that superheat the water that is used for cleaning. The truck mounted units also extract 80% of the water injected, so the carpets dry fast. The tile floor that they cleaned looks brand new, and I am very pleased with the job that they do there. Their carpet cleaning price is competitive, but their charge to clean tile floors is too high, at $ 0.75 psf. Their minimum tile floor cleaning charge is $150.00, so you should resign yourself to spending that to have your tile floors cleaned.

 + 0 moreI learned of them through different advertisements and decided to give them a try. I can't complain about the actual cleaning they did because all the furniture and carpets looked wonderful afterwards. But I could not get that secure feeling with the cleaners while they were out here. They didn't have much to say and, for whatever reason, I didn't feel comfortable with them around. They also had some extra costs on the invoice like a charge for gassing their vehicles.

They got all the spots and stains out of the carpet and gave an excellent price for the amount of work done. They moved all the furniture themselves at no extra charge and made the carpets look brand new. Also, they cleaned the carpet in the hallways at no extra charge.

They are efficient and the carpets look and smell great.

The carpets were almost dry and smelt great. Dirt Free runs specials once in a while so we took advantage of their special. We will use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreDirt Free Carpet Cleaning used a big steam truck to do the job. They removed all the stains from the carpet, and I was impressed with how clean they got the carpets. They used some type of an acid to remove pet stains, and then they used some type of protective sealing over the carpet. They were very helpful, especially with the moving of furniture.

Dirt Free shampoos our carpets in three or four rooms about once a year and we are always pleased, as even the heavy traffic area looks fresh and clean. The cleaning was scheduled the next day and the technician was on time. He moved the furniture, cleaned three rooms, and added a special stain remover and carpet protectant. It was an excellent job and the carpet looked great.

 + -1 moreI was impressed by the way that my upholstery looked after they were finished. It looked new again. They were able to get the job done in a timely fashion. I have also used them for carpet cleaning, and they do just as good of a job that they do on upholstery. They do take very good care of the upholstery and made sure that there was no residue left on it at all.

 + -1 moreCALLED THEM OUT TO CLEAN THREE ROOMS, ONE ROOM HAD A LEAK, AND THEY TOLD ME I WOULD NEED TO PULL UP THE CARPET. PULLED IT AND REMOVED THE PADDING. HE CLEANED TWO OTHER SMALL ROOMS AND CHARGED ME $330! THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE AN EXTRA $200 TO REPLACE THE PADDING. I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY SAID IT WOULD ONLY COST $86 FOR THE PAD CLEANING.
