Dirt Free Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

We were very pleased with the results. They were right on time. We will probably use them again.

I would not purchase any extra treatment from them. I would not use them again. An added note. I wrote this the morning after my service. I decided not to send until I gave the owner a chance to respond to my e mail. To date I have not received any response to my claims.

Shawn was the service technician, I don't know the other gentleman that was with him at the time, but they were very professional with what they did. They kept me informed about what they were doing and the services they were providing. I've actually got two little dogs and one of them is a boy and he just feels free to dirty where ever he thinks he can; so they did everything. They sanitized and protected the carpet. They literally got out all the stains that I had. It's a little bit expensive for everything but I think it was well worth it.

I use Dirt Free a lot. They really get your carpets and floors clean. Their services are not cheap but it is worth the price. This is the second time they have cleaned my carpet. My carpet is over 11 years old and it looks brand new. They came out and got a lot of nasty kids' stains out. Even the technician was surprised at how clean it got my kitchen floor. It is very worth it and saved us a ton of money. My rooms are big and my kitchen is very long with a lot of tile. I did this versus spending $20000 replacing everything.

I have used this company several times in the past.If in the unlikely event you have a problem or issue with anything the company is very quick and responsive.I had an issue the last time I used them and called in to the company.The supervisor John was notified and called me within minutes.The issue was resolved quickly and completely to my satisfaction. Not only that but the owner Aubrey Thoede even called me the next day to follow up to make even more sure of my satisfaction and took time to talk to me and we got to know each other. Pretty awesome public relations ! There was a cost adjustment so I did not put the actual amount paid I will continue to use them as I have in the past. By the way they not only clean well but they do not leave your carpet wet to where it takes 2 or 3 days to dry out like the other companies do that I use to use before starting to use Dirt free many years ago

Good professional person.Cleaning did Ok but unless you catch a sale they are a little on the expensive side.Carpet looked great but stains and dirt came back to soon.They cleaned and made it look good but apparently did not get deep enough to keep the stains from returning from deep under. They strive to do a good job but I found out that I can do the carpet better by renting a machine from a supermarket and doing it myself.Reason for this is I can take the time they cant to go over the entire carpet several times then rinse afterward to get out any soap residue.If you buy the carpet shampoo at a big box store like Home Depot it is much cheaper than buying it where you rent the machine.They did much better than Coit which left my carpet totally saturated to the point i was getting concerned about mold or mildew forming because it was wet for 3 days.Dirt Free leaves the carpet pretty dry. The BIG free speed dry bonus you get for free !! is simply a fan set on the floor to blow some air across and it may help but it is definitely a marketing ploy to make you believe you are getting a really expensive fancy bonus ?

When my tenants moved out they left the new Berber carpet so nasty I thought I would have to replace it.It seems the air filters were not changed in 2 years and the dirt blown over the carpers day after day embedded deep into the fibers. Dirt Free scheduled an appointment within days, they gave me a 2 hour window of arrival, and were there on time. Their equipment was so powerful it completely cleaned those carpets to like new condition. The Service Representative even touchd up a couple spots in the other room that looked dirty.

Robert Strong was very courteous, friendly, great with my kids and pets. Did a great job on the carpet. The potent urine smell has been removed (which I totally expect to return somewhat since I am certain the cat will do it again, he is OLD). Mr. Strong seemed very knowlegable and professional. I thought the prices were a bit high (especially since this is somewhat a futile attempt to de-smell the house) with added treatments and services (so I had one room cleaned instead of 3 b/c of cost and our budget) but for general steam clean, I believe their prices are quite fair. I would recommend them to others and I will use them again in the future.

I've used them quite a bit and I would use them again. I think they do a good job. I like that they don't use soaps. My complaint is that they try to sell you on more products than you need. It's really high-pressure; I get tired of telling them no. I still keep using them because the product is good. They use super-heated water; I like it and it dries fast.

They did a good job. They were on time and very professional. They were easy to talk to.

They did ok, but in order to get the pet stains out they would have charged me 500.00 for one room. I couldn't afford that, so they said there would be no guarantee. And the pet stains did return the next day. They also advertise about how fast the carpet dries, but it is about the same drying time as other companies I have used. This was the 2nd time I have used this company and both times they estimated at a certain price, and tried very hard to sell their upgrades while they were there. However, they do let you know what it will cost, before they begin.

My experience the first time with this company was wonderful. I decided to use them in my new home, and received horrible service. My carpet was left soaking wet and barely cleaned. When I called to complain, the first person I spoke with refused to help and was extremely rude. After finally speaking with the owner's brother a new technician was sent out and my carpets were redone. The quality of the work done the second time was better but still not what I had received the time I used them at my old house. The technicians will also try to sell you extra services while in your home.

They arrived and stayed only one hour. Briefly went over carpet in the bedroom, barely went over area rugs and furniture. There was no "deep cleaning" as the promote on the radio. Definitely, not reasonable. We have had this job done 2 other times for around $380.00 with great results by another company. My husband and I feel as if we were taken advantage of. They did not even move the carpet! The area rugs were not cleaned. They had a sour odor and once dry, they looked as if they had not been cleaned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

They were very good, they have all these added on fees so the quoted amounted ended up being huge. We paid 600 dollars for three rooms. It looked great, they were friendly and professional.

I called them because they were running a special (promotion) but, they didn't really follow through with what the special was offering.

Dirt Free Carpet expected an 85-year-old man, who had just been released from the hospital two weeks ago, to move his own furniture. The whole carpet was not cleaned. The Dirt Free technician was rude and did not do a professional job. Dirt Free engages in deceptive practices. There are hidden fees. There are undisclosed charges. I did not receive any of the advertised specials. The reason I joined Angie's List was to help other consumers avoid companies like Dirt Free Carpet.

They do better quality work than most other carpet cleaners, but they are very expensive. They had to make two trips to clean the upholstery due to equipment problems. They will try to up sell you on things that will increase their billing. The extra services may be useful, but I believe they are over priced for what you get. My recommendation is to wait for one of their promotions...get X number of rooms for money and don't buy any of the extra services unless you really need them. There employees appear to be honest. They were late arriving on one occasion.

The team they have seems to be highly-trained and do a great job. A little higher priced but I don't mind paying a little extra for good quality. There were no residual odors from the pet stains and no strong chemical odors from them.

The technician quoted me on all services prior to performing the cleaning. I knew the base cost prior to his starting (approximately $200.00 which included tax). I asked him about the pet urine. He quoted a price on that ($150.00 per room). I requested this treatment be done to one of the bedrooms (which had the majority of pet urine stains. The technician was professional and did not press me for additional services. The carpet cleaning was beautiful! And, the best part, it was dry to the touch when he was finished. I didn't mind paying more than what is normally charged by other companies. I selected this company because of the reviews given on Angie's List. I'm 100% thrilled with the outcome!

Their work came out very good. The technicians arrived on time, they were very nice, and I felt they took their time doing the job. I would recommend them to others for the great job they did for me.

I really like the huge truck, though it made a lot of noise, it felt like this job was as important as cleaning the white house.

They arrived promptly on time and called around 30 minutes before they got here. It only took around 45 minutes to completely clean our kitchen. The floor looks great. There were a few areas in the corners that could not be cleaned because the machine could not get to them but the chemical they put down allowed for easy cleaning after they left.

Overall, these guys did a good job. They were nice, professional, and the carpets looked good. However, since then, I have noticed that they have a unsatisfactory BBB report, and they are listed under three different names and numbers on Angie's list. While they did a good job for me, I'm now leary and probably would not hire this company again.

The crew kept the appointment but arrived at the end of the appointment timetable. The crew was very professional and the work was done to my satisfaction and quickly. The carpet looked great.

Out of all the carpet cleaners I have used, this company comes the closest to meeting my expectations. They used environmental friendly chemicals and I would say that is a plus. The carpets took less time to actually dry, than the other companies I have used. I was at least satisfied with the cleanliness of them, when they were finished.
