They were very professional and did really well with paying attention to the details, and they checked to make sure I was happy with everything before they left. Not only was this absolutely NOT a "deep cleaning", it was unacceptable for a regular cleaning. The three women were very nice, but their work was significantly substandard, and their employer (this service) required them to finish in four hours. I asked them to use Fabuloso on the tile floors; they didn't. My office assistant said they sprayed a rag and moved it over the floor. The floors were NOT clean when they finished; they never wet-mopped it and the process they used left my floors dirty. When I wiped my hand over it and it got my hand dirty, the women who witnessed it apologized, but they had to move on to the next house!! A large dead roach was in clear view by living room window (I found it as they were backing out of my driveway). They didn't even sweep or vacuum there. TV Cabinet in master bedroom was covered with dust on top (it is 36" high). Dust was on the cabinet in the living room, and they did NOT used the Fabuloso I had provided for them. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They must intend to make a quick buck . . . definitely not trying to keep a customer. I had to get another service in today. They spent another 4 hours and this time DID IT RIGHT -- and CARED about the kind of job they did. The two women today are independent - not employed by a service who drives them to do a "quick and dirty" (literally) and charge for a "deep cleaning".

This was a great experience. A detailed services list was provided prior to the cleaning for my review. Two maids finished the entire list in about 2.5 hours - everything was done past my satisfaction and the list was completed and then some. Highly recommend this service.

My home is extremely important to me. I have antique, REAL WOOD furniture that requires knowledgeable cleaners to take care of. My selection was based on the references on Angie's list for the professional "house cleaning" group and the subsequent phone interview with the owner, Chris. The last service team I had employed never did a good enough job to my standards, which are very high and strict. The results of this new house cleaning team: they were professional, thorough, thoughtful in the way the handled my furniture, my decorative details throughout the house, and how they placed nearly every item they dusted, cleaned back into place! There was one item that even I had not cleaned in over a year -- in a remote spot in the master bath, that caught my eye as I did a thorough review of the work they had done, because they not only dusted, but washed and polished this little, collectible, antique Lenox china figurine, that had been a wedding gift to my mother in 1939! That brought tears to my eyes that they went to that extent with their attention to details and cleanliness and CARE! I cannot rave enough about Purely Fresh Cleaning and the outstanding care that was afforded in their service! PS: I have mutliple allergies and asthma. During the initial interview, owner, Chris, noted down and went to the extent of ordering a cleaning product we discussed because I knew I would NOT have an allergic reaction to it! THAT is SERVICE! Worth every penny and I plan to retain them on a regular basis (and have already referred them to other friends seeking "Quality" house cleaning services!).

Ino did a fantastic job on the carpets. The ladies who cleaned made the place look like we'd never lived there.

The 2-maids that cleaned my house were great

They did a light cleaning and missed some things at that. they were a half hour past their latest time to show and that was late in the day on Friday. There were only two workers and they only worked for 2-1/2 hours. This works out to $54/hour per worker. (way too much). When contacted and given the option of fixing it or, returning half the money, they chose to return the money instead of making it right. I guess they don't care about their reputation.

I was very satisfied and happy with both services. Having tried two other maid services in which I was so disappointed and did not ask them to return. Those experiences left me skeptical of maid services. Health issues left me with no choice but to try again. Reviews on Angie’s List led me to hire this company. Long story short, the best service to date. Patricia and Elaina worked hard the entire time of cleaning. You can tell they have a method and a plan, both are effective. Their demeanor was professional,, friendly, attentive. I will be retaining their services for regular cleanings. Can’t say more than that! Carpet cleaning service was consistent with the good service we received with housekeeping. I hate I can not remember the young mans name, but he arrived promptly. He was clean cut, respectful, professional and friendly. He too, knew the process well, and explained his method before he began. I was very happy in the results and the experience. The experience part is also important, I appreciate all the employees creating an ease in communication and their desire to do good work. I will also call on carpet cleaning from this company again.

Excellent service! The team brings all their own equipment and cleaning supplies (which smell wonderful...) and have done a thorough job quickly and efficiently since we hired them. They have clearly been trained professionally and are worth every penny. We have used them for a deeper cleaning when we started and they did a great job. The service is flexible if we are out of town and with a days notice we can reschedule. Wish I had hired them years ago!

The two ladies ( Leo and Elena) arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They efficiently completed all the rooms, and everything looked spotless and smelled great. Dust is my biggest headache and they tackled it effortlessly, from blinds to baseboards. I opted for the oven cleaning and it looks great. I will definitely be requesting their services again.
