Detail Cleaning Services does an excellent job, their employees are professional, friendly and on time, they pay attention to detail and everything looks great when they leave.

The housekeeper who came out was Jennifer Sant Maria. She cleaned my house so well that I will never change companies after this level of service. I have been looking for a cleaning company that cleans from top to bottom. I highly recommend this company and am very impressed with it on every level.

Elizabeth always does a fantastic job at cleaning our house. It feels, looks, is, and smells so clean after she leaves. She is very detail oriented.

Veronica was fantastic! She did all of the things that I’ve been putting off for months plus more…scrubbing the shower, toilets, stove, fridge, vacuuming the stairs, mopping, wiping down my appliances…everything! I was feeling overwhelmed and guilty for not being able to keep up with the cleaning. I feel relieved as I type this. I’ll have to work a few extra hours to afford it but that lady is worth her weight in gold:)

The cleaning was fine. Their business communication practices were the problem. The technician broke a bottle while cleaning my house. She reported it to her boss immediately, but never said a word to me. The company also chose to keep this news silent. They never would have said a word to me had I not noticed and texted them to inquire where the bottle of spray was. They have said they want to compensate me for my loss, but the principle of the matter here is such an important one. I am still just blown away by their lack of effort to inform me of what happened. This void of honesty and integrity made me wonder what they would’ve done if something big had gone wrong. Yes the bottle of spray was a gift and I noticed it was missing. And the truth is a simple explanation and apology would have solved the issue. The cover up is the real problem. I just do not trust folks who come into my home and break things and then keep that information to themselves until questioned. The bottle of spray- easy to replace. Their lack of integrity - not so much

I have been using Detail Cleaning Services for several months and am always happy with their service. Today, Katherine cleaned our house and it is absolutely beautiful. I would give her six stars if I could. She did such a great job and works so hard. My bathroom is not only spotlessly clean, but she takes time to organize my personal items and knickknacks so nicely for me. My kitchen stove really needed serious intention since Thanksgiving and it now looks brand new again. She just always is wonderful.

I want to give a shout out to Zelene B. from Detail Cleaning Services because she comes to clean my house on a regular basis, and it is always wonderful afterwards. I love having a clean house and she never disappoints. Thank you, Zelene!

Our previous cleaning service had become less thorough and careful failing to perform regular basic cleaning details such as dusting and breaking items almost every clean. Detailed Cleaning Services did a great job for our first clean with Detail Cleaning Services. Ester was careful and effective as she methodically moved through the house. We are looking forward to her returning each week for regular cleanings.

Katherine and Jasmine were very professional and did a great job. They worked really hard and were happy to follow my instructions for particular items. I will definitely use them again.

Ledy is perfect! She’s right when she says she’s a perfectionist (I thought I was the last of them). I love coming home to the delicious “smell of clean” and find that everything is spotless and in place. I feel truly blessed to have found Ledy since cleaning my own home is difficult for me now, and she cleans it better than I ever did! I can tell that she is passionate about what she does by the little details I would never have thought of. She always has a beautiful smile on her face and is so cheerful and sweet all the time. Such a joy to have Ledy in my world! Actually, such a blessing to have this company in my world! If you don’t use Detail Cleaning Services yet, you should!
