Description of Work: I use Detail Cleaning Services to clean my house bimonthly. The service is quick, thorough and the maids are friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: We have a live in nanny that does light housework all week long and keeps the house very clean |This service was there to do bathrooms and other deeper cleaning (under furniture- ceiling fans- bathroom - detailed dusting - etc) I can say out of the duties there the bathroom clean was the only one done well |I saw my son had thrown an empty bag of chips under my recliner and left it there and awed the maids to be sure and clean under chairs ( very easy to move) after more and more things were not getting done - it was there after they "cleaned" and the rugs hadn't even been vacuumed, |If you want someone to make your house look neat and push dirt around for a few hours - hire them |If you want you're hou clean - look elsewhere

Description of Work: Initial cleaning of house: dusted, mopped kitchen and bathrooms, vacuumed carpets, changed sheets, cleaned kitchen and bathroom counters.

Description of Work: They ended up coming twice. The scheduled date they came on time but seemed to do a very rushed job on the house cleaning. The detail carpet cleaning was done timely and beautifully! I had to call and request the cleaning crew to return to re-do some of the items they missed on the list they provided (items they say they will clean but did not). The 2nd effort met with my approval.

Description of Work: Service man was very thorough and explained the process and all areas that would be cleaned & sanitize. Cost was very high for 7 vents and we went with Blackman-Morring Moring for the same check list, under $300. |The date of bid is approximate.

Description of Work: They sent an email confirming appointment. I received a call the day of... saying there was a conflict in appointments. Then I received a message saying because I didn't confirm on another email. That was sent to me after the confirmation they would not show up. When I spoke on the phone to a rep they said they were available. Too confusing. Cancelled my appointment. Did not want them to clean my house. Too aggivating. Looking for another service email. | |

Description of Work: Cleaned house . They didn't do the floors very well , dusting was hit and miss. I felt like they rushed though everything .

Description of Work: They were on time and inmediately started to clean. They called me 30 mins before finishing the work. Only problem is that carpet cleaning arrived 1 hour later.

Description of Work: I purchased this service for a friend who was in hospital. He didn't need it as his family took care of his house cleaning. I let my daughter who lives there use the service, and she couldn't say enough good things about the quality of their work. I tried to get her to give this review but as a working graduate student she seems to be short on time for such things.

Description of Work: Three maids cleaned 1700 sf house 3-br, 2 baths. Only two of the br cleaned per my request. Overall did a good job though missed a few spots. Accommodated my request to send an English-speaking maid. Both Emma, the scheduler, and the English speaking maid were courteous and professional.

Description of Work: They didn't pay attention to detail as their name implies. Areas on stove not clean. Shelf between ovens not cleaned. Entire house vacuumed in less than 15 minutes. Dust on some areas that objects were not moved. I explained the situation and they offered a reduced price cleaning for this second cleaning and same problem hapened with armoire shelves completely not dusted and area on bathroom sink missed.
