Jenifer arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned the house really well. It was spotless when she finished. I would this cleaning service again.

First time using Detail Cleaning Services and my husband and I were literally "wow"ed. I did a 1 time deep cleaning to take care of the base boards, blinds, nooks/crannies, and everything else. My house is so spotless! I was shocked she was able to get all the soap scum off the shelf in the shower...I mean really really impressive work. Yarelis is fantastic and we'll definitely request her again some day! :) I mean...vacuum lines on the couches?? Amazing!

We have been using Detail Cleaning Services for house cleaning for several years now. They show up when they say they will, they work hard and they do a great job. Two of our favorite cleaning techs are Esther and Erika. We depend on them and they don't disappoint. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent cleaning at a fair price.

Detail Cleaning does a great job for me. One time I was a little disappointed in the service, politely told them the problem and they not only didn’t repeat that but improved. My helper comes every other week, always arrives at 8am sharp and leaves the place sparkling.

Have used for the past year. Met my needs and if there was issue it was addressed immediately. I am very satisfied with their service.

Maydelis is wonderful. We were a bit hesitant about getting some cleaning help during the past few months, especially because we are being very careful about what we do and where we go--if anywhere. Maydelis has made us feel completely comfortable, and we couldn't be happier. We know this is a high-risk job for her during this time and really appreciate her and the service that Detail Cleaning Services provides.

Anayeli is always prompt. She is thorough and easy to work with. Our dogs love her! The house always smells nice and clean when she leaves.

We have been using Detail Cleaning on a regular basis for a while now, and they are AWESOME, much better than another firm (national chain). Our house has some oddities to it, and Ana Karen is extremely efficient, thorough, and professional. She always does a good job, and she has been a huge help to our household... I wish I could give her 6 stars.

Anna was wonderful. She was quick and efficient. She was very thorough. My home really needed help because I have been unable to keep house myself due to my health. She came in wore a mask and gloves the whole time adhering to Covid 19 precautions. I would love to have her return to my home anytime. Thank you all again!

I hired this service to clean our house after some renovations and before we moved in. Our service included cleaning the refrigerator and oven. When I called, Lety clearly explained what services were and weren't included and the pricing, which was straightforward. On the appointed day, the maid was there early and had all the needed supplies. She was very detail-oriented, and left our place very clean. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent. They sent 3 ladies to our 3240 sq. ft. home, and they worked hard to make our 20-year-old house as clean as possible, prior to selling it. Everything shone!

Some areas were not cleaned as well as I thought they could be: example is the tub spout, which still had mineral deposits on it. I'm not sure the maids had a hard water stain remover in their toolkit, other than vinegar. But in general, they worked pretty hard and the house smelled clean when they were done.

It went very well. Anayeli and Grisel did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the result. My home sparkles!

It went well. They were prompt and professional. They addressed a couple of items after review.

Ordered the deep cleaning and carpet cleaning package. The house cleaners did a good job with the "pain in the butt" tasks like dusting the ceiling fans and cleaning the baseboards and windowsills. However, there were small details that seem to have been missed. One of the bathtubs still had a little stain near the drain and the front of the tub was never cleaned. There were also some small stains on the kitchen floor that could have been mopped but were missed, also. I just feel like that if I paid for a deep clean, I shouldn't have to be cleaning things that were missed the next day. Overall, a good but not great job.

Had the carpets cleaned as part of a deep cleaning and carpet cleaning package that they offered. Ino/Eno (sorry, not sure how his name is spelled) was very professional and prompt and walked me through the entire process of what was to be done. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and grooming them afterwards. Carpets look like new again

I bought a package deep clean/carpet clean. I was happy with both providers. The deep clean was provided by a team of 2. They arrived on time, cleaned thoroughly and efficiently, and asked me several questions to ensure I was satisfied with their work. The carpet cleaner also arrived on time. He explained the carpet cleaning process, asked if I had any specific areas of concern, and gave me some suggestions for maintaining the carpet. I was pleased with the package deal and their responsiveness. I plan to use them again before the holidays.

Wonderful company, that does great work! The company is very thorough with competitive pricing! Ino was our technician and he walks you through exactly what they are going to do and what chemicals they are using. He also Let me know what stains will come out and if there are any less likely. They do their job quickly and came right on schedule. I HIGHLY recommend and will definitely use again in the future. Ask for Ino!!
