They did an outstanding job, everything was done to our satisfaction. It was clean, basically the workers were very good, we weren't at home when they were doing the cleaning but for the most part, the contact that we did have was very professional and did the job very well.

Entire process went very smoothly. Called earlier in the week and within a couple days I was in the schedule. Communication was easy and prompt. Price was right where the rest of the companies are. Day of cleaning, the crew showed up on time, with all the supplies, and got straight to work. I was very happy with the quality of cleaning I got. I will use them again for future projects. Detail Cleaning Services were really good. If they were late because of traffic or something I would get a call or text from the owner. They were pretty good at scheduling stuff.

I contacted Detail Cleaning Services because of the reviews on Angie's List. Their prices were right in line with what I wanted to spend. I was surprised they were so reasonable for the amount of work they performed. Working with Emma was great. She was very responsive to all my questions and outlined everything included with a detailed cleaning. This was a gift to my son and his wife who were expecting a baby within three weeks. The crew of three arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. I paid an extra fee to have the stove and refrigerator cleaned which was reasonable as well. My overall experience was excellent and everyone was pleased with their work. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone and I would use them again without question.

Detail Cleaning Services did an initial deep cleaning of our house. Although our home is newly built, we knew there was cleaning to be done which was not provided before moving in. The maids did a great job including cleaning the window sills, ceiling fans along with the normal cleaning services you would expect. We're signed up for twice a month routine cleaning. Thank you Emma for your professionalism and attention to service.

Arrived in a timely fashion --- 3 workers spent 2 1/2 hours ... did a nice job. Asked for a certain fixture to be cleaned & it was no problem. I would recommend.

Two folks arrived on time and spent over 4 hrs cleaning the property. They were very thorough, worked hard and the property look terrific once done. Very nice job at a reasonable price. Have requested a quote on additional work but have not received a response (2 days).

I have been using Detail Cleaning Services for quite a few years (about 4)... I typically have them come out once every two weeks, and the do a phenomenal job, every time! I have never had a problem with them not making an appointment, nor has the quality of their work declined over time as it had with other cleaning companies that I've used prior to finding them. Another reason I love this company is that they are pet friendly, I have 2 dogs that remain here as the team does their job. I'd highly recommend anyone trying their service!

This was the third time the maids came to our home. They do a fantastic job. Very detailed indeed. The first time, for the deep clean, there were three maids for three hours non-stop. Definitely worth it to help you maintain your home and do all those little jobs you might not have time to do or just don't like to do.

I used them initially for a deep clean, then hired them for a once a month cleaning. The ladies are always very nice and accommodating, and they organize things WAY better than I can. I like that Emma emails me to schedule my service appointments as I sometimes miss phone calls at work. I like that they get all the spots I miss - fans, blinds, etc.

I was very skeptical to hire another cleaning service because of my previous experiences with other companies. I decided to call Detail Cleaning and talked to Emma, she did not only provide me with an estimate but patiently answer all my questions/concerns. I liked her professionalism and the way she handled all my concerns. She was able to schedule me within a couple days and gave me reasonable price. The maids were sweet and friendly but most importantly they left if it very clean! They were very thorough and didn't miss a thing. I had a lot of dust and dog hair that was all gone by the time they left. I have continued to used them at least twice a month.

I would have given this company a B in my overall experience, however, Emma the women who coordinated my services ruined that for me. Emma sent me an email asking whether the ladies did a good job, would I use them again, would I refer this company to a friend, etc. I responded and was honest. I shared with her a few things that I thought could have been done better and asked her to send me a quote for both a weekly and bi-weekly service since I had intentions of hiring them again. To this day she has not responded to my email, which I find shocking and unprofessional. I took the time to respond to her request and was interested in using this company again, but she never even acknowledged my email! I sincerely felt the little things that disappointed me were easy to resolve. Emma told be they would be here between 12-12:30 and they arrived at 1:20. She did call and say they were stopping for lunch after their morning job. No problem. I paid an extra $20 to have my fridge cleaned and the top was never touched; my stairs (which are laminent) were not cleaned well. This was the only concern I shared with the ladies and it was taken care of; the mirrors in my bathroom had smears/streaks; the furniture polish they used didn't leave my furniture rich and shiney like the Liquid Gold I use, which again was not a big deal. I simply said to myself next time I would have them use my furniture polish instead; and last my kitchen and entry way floors felt sticky when I walked on them. These things were small and I had felt could be corrected. However, for Emma to ask me for feedback and not respond to my feedback, is totally unacceptable. Also, the payment option of a check was not extended to me even though it's listed on the company's acceptable payment as an option. I was told I had to give them cash which I found to be a little insulting. In spite of these issues I gave the ladies a $30 tip and no one said thank you. Again, very unprofessional. I will not use nor refer this company to a friend.

Overall it was top notch. I had them come in the afternoon and do a whole house cleaning. They were on time, the worked in a team, and they were done quickly! Do not hesitate to use them!

I used them through my home warranty/discounted service. It was a local company. I usually do three weeks with them. I usually deal with the owner and she sends out her crew. They did a detailed cleaning during the first time that I called them out and so, that cost $130 and $85 from then on. It is easy to get in contact with the owner. They seem professional. The only thing is that they don't speak a lot of English which does not matter. So, you need to deal with the owner directly if you want to have your oven or refrigerator cleaned. I would talk to her and tell her that I would want them to do that. She would then give me an estimate on how much it would cost to have all that cleaned and then send out the crew. I am not really sure as to what the average cost is for housecleaning. They do a lot of things. I had a bunch of boxes that were hanging out from under and they moved them into a closet. I did not ask them to do it but they went ahead and did it anyways. I thought that was good. Sometimes, they do more things than the other times. I think it depends on if they have a lot of things to do and if they got squeezed in schedule wise. It is a very reasonable price. They usually send out two or three people. It is very easy to get in contact with the owner and it is usually by phone but she sends emails too. However, I guess that it is easier to get in contact with her through emails than by phone. The only thing is that I live inside the 610 or the interstate and most of their clients are outside that way. So, it takes them a little longer to get to me but they are within their time estimate. It may be difficult if I need them fast. You may have some difficulty if you try to deal with the staff directly. I use them all the time.
