Excellent job! My house has never been so clean! Ladies showed up on time appropriately dress in their pink shirts. Very courteous. Will definitely be having them come back again! My house looks like a page from Better Homes & Gardens!

After the quality of service continued to go down hill with another provider, I joined Angie's List to look for a new service provider. After reading the reviews, I contacted Emma to schedule an appointment to have my house cleaned. Emma was quick to respond, answered all of my questions, was very accommodating and worked me into the schedule. The maids arrived within the time frame Emma quoted and were very friendly. I gave them a walk through of the house and after a few questions, they got right to work. When they were finished, they asked me to check their work and I was very pleased. They were very thorough. I have 3 large dogs and keeping our tile floors clean is a challenge and they did a great job getting them clean. I immediately contacted Emma and let her know they did a great job and I was interested in setting up regular service every two weeks. Our regular service starts tomorrow and I'm looking forward to enjoying my weekends with a very clean house.

We contacted Emma after reading the reviews on Angie's List. We set up a time and day and the cleaning ladies arrived as scheduled. We were not home at the time but when we arrived home we were very satisfied with the services provided by Emma's team. The house was spotless with the exception of a few spots on the wooden blinds. I spoke to Emma about this and she offered to comp us for an additional service on our next cleaning. My wife was very satisfied with the service especially since that upcoming weekend was her baby shower at our home. We have set up monthly cleaning service with Detailed Maid Service and look forward to working with them in the future!! Thanks to Emma and her team!

The ladies showed up right on time with all of their equipment. They went to work and when I returned my house looked great. I just moved into this house and didn't know it could be this clean. I will use them on an ongoing basis.

I was very impressed with Detail Maid Services. The owners (Emma and her brother) were extremely professional, polite and responsive to my questions. This company is obviously very service-oriented and want to please their customers. I had received bids from two other companies but chose this one due to the promptness of their replies, their price quote and of course their excellent reviews. The two ladies who cleaned my house were very thorough, polite and professional. There was no chatting on cell phones, watching TV, etc. They arrived on time and immediately got to work and worked non-stop for over four hours. They provided all their own cleaning supplies and appeared to have a LOT of products. When they left my house was CLEAN. I was home all day while they were there so I was able to observe some of their work. I could see that they were really working hard and obviously very thorough. They were able to get some hard water stains out of my bathroom that had been there for quite a while. After they left, I looked the house over really good to see if I could find anything they had missed (yes, I'm very picky). The only thing I could find that they did miss was a spot under one of the end tables in my living room, it looked like she missed it with the mop, but it wasn't a big deal. Everything else was spotless. I will definitely use Detail Maid Services again.

Two ladies from this services arrived at the appointed time, walked through the home with me (as this was a first time visit), answered questions I had, then proceeded to make my home sparkle and shine.

I selected this company based on Angie's List reviews. The owner, Emma, was very professional, prompt in responding to my phone call and subsequent emails, and patiently answered my questions. A team of 3 ladies arrived right on time and started cleaning from top to bottom. They were courteous, polite, and wore pink Detail Maid Services t-shirts. I worked in my office and was happy not to be disturbed by excess noise during the 2.5 hours. Detail Maid Services did a great job overall! The maids asked me to check the work once they were finished and although I was pleased overall, I did ask for touch up on a couple things in bath. I contacted the office and spoke with the gentleman filling in for Emma (she was out of town) who wanted me to be satisfied and happy customer. The ladies were able to get most of the sticker residue off a new fiberglass bathtub and touched up one of my bathroom floors. I was impressed with the excellent customer service. I plan to use this company for biweekly cleaning service at $145.00. Although higher than my prior cleaning service, I like the emphasis on customer service and having an office to contact re scheduling service, questions, etc. Definitely recommend this company!!

Three cleaners showed up early (they called 30 minutes prior, as promised). Cleaned an empty, vintage home, that has been tenant-occupied for 3 years. Neatly removed cleaning items and other things left behind and placed on counters. Bagged all trash. All 3 ladies were very nice - although they spoke only Spanish (I can get along with that). The home is so much cleaner and it looks and smells wonderful.

Her team showed up on time and on schedule! Her little army of ladies tackled our move-out home at 9 a.m. and had it clean and ready for the painters in 3.5 hours. I will definitely use Detail Maid Services again! Way to Go!

The ladies did an outstanding job! Emma kept in constant contact with me until the date of the cleaning. She also followed up with me after to ensure I was satisfied. I would definetly recommend this company.

Excellent! Emma Arzate and her employees at Detail Cleaning Services were most professional and prompt with correspondence and arrival time. I was not home, but my husband said three employees arrived to clean our house. They were professional and went right to work; the house was cleaned in 2 hours and I could not have been happier! Blinds, plants, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc. were dusted. The house looked and felt great when I came home; felt good to walk barefoot on such spotless floors :) I will definitely have the service come to clean my house every 2 weeks, and am grateful to have found them. The quality of the work is well worth the money; they bring their own cleaning supplies which is a great cost savings in itself. Thank you Angie's list for sparing me the hassle of finding a reputable and reliable cleaning service that I can trust!

They cleaned about everything in the house to perfection! I spoke w/Emma, the owner, and she was just wonderful! She sent out a 3-woman crew (Alfonsa, Gloria & Mersedes) to do the housecleaning. Emma called while the crew was here to check in and make sure everything was going well. One of the window blinds was broken and a few others that we didn't know about. They were very thorough. Emma had even arranged for the ladies to come to do the cleaning the day before the movers came with all of our furniture. They were so easy to work with!! If I needed to use a cleaning company again, I would certainly call them!!

Initially, scheduled Detail Cleaning Service via Angies List on a trial bases. Had used another company for a number of years and was extremely pleased with their services. However, the latter company had a new franchise move into my service area and unfortunately the new team did not perform up to the standards of my old team nor to the high standards of the company itself(as stated on their website) The new franchise team members were in the process of learning, I understand, however, each time they performed services they either completely missed routine items or completely cut corners(ie. not vacuuming entire area rug on wood floor. They wouldn't vacuum up to the base of the couch & chairs but just in a little circle while leaving obvious dirt behind) They didn't do detail work. Finally, I decided to try another company. Detail Cleaning Services did such an AWESOME JOB for first time clean. I spoke with the Owner, Emma, both via email and phone before the initial clean. I was extremely pleased from the outset from her great response time,communication of services her team would provide, her willingness & interest to comply and meet my needs. Her thoroughness, friendliness as well as promptness in returning emails increased my confidence to try the company. A team of four were sent to my home. They took their time on the initial clean and were extremely thorough. They were pleasant, courteous and had smiles. I could tell that they enjoyed their work and it wasn't a burden to be at my home. Their EXPERIENCE WAS OBVIOUS! There were a few tweaks that needed to be made and I communicated those to Emma who stated she would see that those Details would be taken care of on the next clean. They were. Following the first few cleanings, I decided to remain with Detail Cleaning Services. I've used them for approx. 6-7 months. The house ALWAYS looks very beautiful when they leave RIGHT DOWN TO THE FLUFFED PILLOWS ON THE COUCH & ON BEDS! IT ALWAYS LOOKS AS IF THEY HAVE VISITED. All in All, IT'S NOT A SUPERFICIAL CLEAN. Rarely, do they miss the Details. I have a Contemporary kitchen with handles on the drawers & doors that need cleaning every time. Every once in a while I can still feel the grime on the handles when they leave. (the handles on drawers & fridge are my pet peeve) The last cleaning that was the case and I asked the team member to touch up cleaning before they left and she did with a smile. No Problem. (I appreciate pleasantness) I have requested Emma to call 30 mins before each visit. She sends a reminder/confirmation email 1-2 days prior and I always receive a call 30 mins in advance. If you're looking for a cleaning company, DO NOT HESITATE TO GIVE DETAIL CLEANING A GO!Review the website. What you see is what you will get. I'm very happy with their services thus far and will continue to use as long as the services remain true to the name of the company.

Arrived a bit early. Worked hard. Nonstop. Very personable and responsive. Emma is the scheduling contact and is a delight to work with. Very accommodating. Had them back a 2nd time a month later $125 That was a bit higher than expected, but a month of dogs and rainy weather while my wife was out of the country had returned the house very nearly in the same state as the 1st time I called them. I was happy to pay it.

The work was excellent and above expectations! Crew and Emma in the office are great. First service I do not have to remind constantly or call about missed items. No hassle house cleaning.

Emma was very thorough and polite through her written communications. i received a text message approximately 20 minutes before they got to my house. The team arrived as scheduled and went right to work on the house. We were overall pleased with the service. A couple of items were pointed out to Emma and she assured me that they will be addressed more thoroughly the next visit. My only critique is that the team was not able to communicate with me because I am not bilingual. We plan to use Detail Cleaning again.

After I left a voice mail at the contact number, the call was returned later in the day. I was interviewed about the size of my house, number of rooms and what services I needed. An email was sent describing the services that would be performed and a quote for the price of the initial deep clean. My home is 2200 square feet. There were 2 rooms that I did not need cleaned, and the others were picked up and decluttered prior to the maids' arrival. The team went to work immediately on arrival after a brief tour. I was very pleased with the results. I have hired them for biweekly cleaning for $115, which I think is a little high considering the condition of my house but I do have a lot of tile floors. During my initial conversation with Emma Arzate, she told me that biweekly cleaning would be about $85. That was not put in writing, but is why I consider the final quote a little high.

I am very pleased with the weekly cleaning service. Emma reminds me prior to my cleaning day each week and is thoughtful about asking for feedback.

I e-mailed Emma with Detail Cleaning Services with exactly what I needed and she was very responsive and provided an estimate for the initial cleaning service. I didn't want all of the rooms cleaned and she was very helpful in her response and understanding of what I wanted and needed. I am also the owner of two black dogs that are gated off in the kitchen. I let her know that they were not to be let out, etc. and said that this would not be a problem. Always leary of new maid services, I didn't know what to expect when I got home from work. To my pleasant surprise the house was spotless and the dogs were happily sleeping in the kitchen. They did an excellent job and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

The service overall was wonderful. I initially spoke with Emma who promptly answered all of my questions via email and was able to schedule a cleaning within the same week. She sent me a list of the services that the maids would provide and I was able to tweak the list as needed. Emma gave me an estimate for a deep cleaning that was exceptionally competitive (I had inquired with three companies). The maids arrived promptly and were very polite, considerate, thorough, and meticulous with their cleaning. Needless to say, our house was spotless when they were done, and my family could not be more pleased with the results. Emma sent me a questionnaire at the end of the day and a personal follow-up to my feedback to ensure that I was satisfied with the cleaning. We will definitely be using this company for our monthly cleanings.

They are extremely thourough. They are really good and fast. They came and did a deep clean the first time and it took about 3 hours. They only take about 2 hours now when they come. They are very nice.

Very detail oriented cleaning crew and email responsive back office. We will use them again for our monthly deep clean.

So far, their service has been very good. They come every other Monday and charge $85, which is really reasonable.
