It went fantastic; one of the better - if not best - cleaning services I've used. Good communication with their office. The crew they sent were very kind and professional. I will be using them for my bi-weekly cleaning from here out.

The cleaning crew is great! It is always the same two ladies, they work fast and leave everything looking great. Also, I always get an e-mail reminder a couple of days before their scheduled visit, this is really helpful for me!

Found good reviews of Detail Maid Services on AngiesList and thought we would get them to clean our house before we moved in. Contacted Emma and got a quote for the job. The quote was a little higher than what I expected and Emma was accommodating and reduced the quote so that I could be within my budget. As my home was long way away from my place of work, she called me 45 minutes before the maids were due to arrive and by the time I reached home, the maids were already there. As soon as they entered they got to work and cleaned everything that required cleaning. I liked that they took the time to clean properly. I only wish that they were a little more detailed when they cleaned because a few spots were missed. However, when I pointed it out to them, they cleaned it with no questions asked. Will not hesitate to make use of their services again.

I found Emma's company on Angieslist and her service and professionalism is exactly like what the other reviews had raved about. She is very responsive to phone calls and emails. I am a clean freak and quite particular with the solutions used to clean the different surfaces in my house and Emma literally listed out each of her products for me with a link of the description for me to okay. I had a lot of questions for her to answer and she answered each one with patience and honesty. I really appreciated that. The two cleaning ladies now come on a biweekly basis and I love having them. I usually keep my house very tidy and clean but I still notice the difference after they have been here. We use a lockbox as we are not always home when they are here and they have no problem operating it. I always get the same two ladies which is really nice as I feel that they now know my house well. We had just repainted the house before we moved in recently and I asked Emma and the ladies to be very careful not to touch or spray the walls by accident. Emma and the ladies took my request very seriously which I really appreciate. The ladies are very hard working and I appreciate how they are very careful with my things and the house. Emma is very open to suggestions and is very reasonable in pricing. I am very glad I found them!

Even though they were not able to honor the deal because I was out of their service area, they were kind and courteous over the phone.

After purchasing a deal, the company informed me they do not work in my area. Although, I paid, they could not help me get a refund. The company needs to be clearer on their service areas.

Three ladies came to my house to clean. They showed up on time and were very professional and polite. Only one of the ladies spoke English so communication was a but rocky but I was able to convey what I needed done and they asked lots of questions for things they were not sure of. They worked quickly and were efficient. I was pleased with the work and decided to have them come in once a month for a deep clean.

Everything was fantastic. The staff arrived on time as scheduled, brought all of their own cleaning supplies, and were very respectful of my personal items that were in the way. I have a small child at home and they asked before using cleaning products in her room. My floors look great and I feel so much better about having a clean house! I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to my friends and family.

The owner offered me a 20 dollar refund because of the mishaps in their visit. She said she put it in the mail but I never received it. I also feel like this was quite low considering they broke a keepsake of mine and also ruined my bedspread. I would have liked a full refund. Update: I am very pleased with the resolution. The owner was very responsive and gave me a full refund.

I coordinated the services to be scheduled via email and phone. Emma was very responsive and was eager to get the deep cleaning scheduled for my house. She scheduled services at the earliest available time and was able to work with me on times that best suited my needs. I scheduled services on a Wednesday during the day so the house would be empty when they came. I arrived home that evening to find the house spotless and shining. The team dusted everything including fan blades, ledges, televisions, knick knacks, and AC vents. We paid an additional fee to have the team clean our refrigerator and over also, which was awesome! The fridge needed a little TLC and it was sparkling! On the bi-weekly cleanings Emma was able to schedule us for a time that was great and we have scheduled those services for the foreseeable future. Emma is great and the team does a great job!

-both times very good job cleaning the oven wish the ladies spoke better English so I could explain better. Different ladies each time but ll very respectful. had to request the improve ladies to redo the baseboards in a few different spots. The ladies all I'd a great job on the kitchen and bathrooms.

My fairy godmothers showed up today on time & ready to work. My house looks like a magazine thanks to them. Will see you again soon ladies!

Emma was professional and courteous sending me a detailed quote of services provided and the cost for the square footage of my house right away. She was quick to respond to my e-mails and phone calls. She made me feel completely confident and at ease about choosing Detail Maid Services as my cleaning service. I have used them once a week the entire month of August, and I am completely satisfied after every visit! Working as many hours in a day as I do, it is difficult to come home and get the things done around the house that need to be done. Their weekly cleaning services have taken much of the stress and anxiety OUT of my life and made it easy for me to come home and just RELAX! All-in-all the group at Detail Maid Services get it done right every time. If you are looking for a professional, courteous, and just all around amazing maid staff pick up the phone and call Emma!

The ladies showed up right on time and walked through the house with me so I could show them everything I needed done. They promptly split up and were able to clean the entire house in only a few hours. Very good service, and very affordable. The communication through the entire process was A+. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Working with Detail Maid Service was a pleasure from the beginning. Emma was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all my questions. The maids were able to come shortly after my initial call. They came when they said they would and had everything they needed to get the job done. The maids went right to work and worked nonstop until the job was done. They did an amazing job. I didn't see how they cleaned my dark hardwood floors, but whatever they did, I need to know their secret. My floors have never looked so clean, even when the house was brand new. I thought my house looked pretty clean before the maids came, but I was blown away at how much better the home looked after they were done. I will definitely use them in the future!

I contacted Detailed Maids and talked with Emma to set up an appointment for the maids to clean my rent house after a renter moved out. Emma was professional in our dealings but seemed a bit overwhelmed, distracted, busy and confused on the phone and in sending me e-mails with correct pricing for the move-in/out house cleaning. She finally sent me the correct pricing list and what exactly the maids would/not clean. The 2 maids arrived very punctual, with all they needed to clean with and were efficient using their time and how they went about cleaning the house. They cleaned everything on the list., As I inspected where they had cleaned, they would return and do any additional small cleaning I'd ask for. They took their time and did a thorough cleaning. The ovens and refrig. were left filthy by the tennant and for extra money, they cleaned them up beautifully. I was disappointed when I asked Emma if they would clean the inside of the windows and that I would pay extra, but she refused, saying that windows were not their "speciality". How special is it to clean a window? The maids, Carla and Lette were pleasant and courteous and did a very good job. Emma was pleasant to work with and I would hire them again.

When I contacted Emma, I let her know that our house is 14 years old and that "we live here." I don't keep a showcase home and you'll never see us in Better Homes and Gardens. I have two boys, a husband and two cats, and although I tried my best I could never keep up with the house to the standard that I'd like it to be. The boys are getting busier and that makes me busier and I'd never ever get a chance to sit if I didn't have some help around the house. The team of 3 ladies arrived exactly when they said they would and got right to work. I'm fairly certain that one has magical powers, because I've never seen my shower pan sparkle as much as it did after they left. I've scrubbed that thing forever and have never seen it so clean! They were efficient, paid attention to the tiniest details and left my house sparkling! It's been a week and things still look amazing. I'm able to keep up because they left me with such a clean and beautiful home. I can't tell you how much of a weight has been lifted from my shoulders to know that I can focus my attention on keeping the counters cleared and wiped and the floors swept and keeping up with the laundry and my crew will be back soon to take care of the rest. My entire home is more relaxed and inviting, our entire family's stress level is down and my heart is happy. Emails to Emma are responded to quickly and efficiently, and her service is top-notch! Give her a try - you won't be disappointed! UPDATE: 9/3/15 - I'm still thrilled with the level of service I get from Detail Cleaning Service. I've switched to every two weeks and couldn't be happier.

I was very happy with their attention to detail and both houses looked great after they were done. The women cleaning were very polite and professional and made sure that I was happy with everything before leaving.

The estimate was very professional and I was able to get what I needed quickly. The estimate process was also the best of the three providers that I inquired about. They were able to shedule the service for Saturday morning which is the day preferred. On the day of service, there was a team of two ladies that performed the cleaning. The time took approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. We especially appreciated the way the glass shower door and the mirrors looked. We also appreciated the dusting results. We were satisfied with the results and plan to set up recurring service for every two weeks.

Everything was completely professional from my first contact with Emma to the actual cleaning. The cleaners sere prompt, friendly and very thorough! I am looking forward to having them back.

The ladies were fabulous! They were punctual to the minute, made very efficient use of the time they were there and did an outstanding job! Would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family and will have them back again. They are a great find!

Emma is very responsive to emails and voice mails. We were able to arrange a team to come on a Saturday for our initial cleaning. They gave an approximate arrival time and Emma specifically stated that it could be later due to prior appointments. They arrived about an hour after the estimated appointment time. Two ladies arrived with all the gear and supplies needed for the house. They got to work straight away and I never saw any 'downtime' or personal time on phone, etc... VERY professional. They cleaned up and down, with the only oversight that we noticed later was the dust buildup on the window frames (middle of window where the latches are, not the window sill). I have no doubt they will get it next time when I point it out. I asked to rearrange the services after they arrived and I was able to speak with Emma about it while they were there and they adjusted without a problem (we had excluded a bathroom, but then changed our mind after they got there). Emma did follow up with us in a very timely manner later to see how it all went and we have set up a recurring cleaning program with her starting next week. Overall, we are happy to have someone cleaning our house that we feel is capable, professional and courteous. The prices are little more than we paid before for a single maid that worked on her own, but they cleaned faster and had no "attitude".
