Overall quality of service was excellent. I found only one picture frame in a hallway that had not been dusted, and they took care of that before leaving. The did arrive about an hour later than scheduled, but did give adequate telephone notification.

I was very pleased. Set up went well with the company. The two ladies who came to my home were on time and performed everything on the list that was included on the special Angie's List deal. The work they did was excellent. I am currently discussing with the company about setting up regular service. Definitely would recommend.

Contact was made with me via the Angie's list message service after I made a purchase for a voucher on the site, by Emma a Representative of Detail Maid service. Emma arranged with me via e-mail when I would like to have the service provided, we agreed on a date and the time the staff would arrive. The staff arrived promptly and set to work. The two ladies I had worked constantly to get all the cleaning completed in a timely fashion and to a high standard. I was very impressed with the ladies, the only difficulty I did encounter was in communication as I do not speak any Spanish and the Cleaning staff spoke very little English. However, the job still did get done so no complaint there.

They were a little expensive for work done...but otherwise very good

I contacted Emma for an estimate on our new home prior to our move-in date. I gave her the necessary details for what we needed and she responded promptly with an estimate and potential dates of availability. She scheduled her team and they promptly arrived on time with all their equipment ready to go. They were very thorough and efficient and, my wife and I were so pleased with the results, we asked for a return visit after our move and unpacking. Excellent job overall!

The ladies are here cleaning again! I consider them my fairy godmothers! They do a wonderful job. When they are finished, they always ask me to check and see if they missed anything. So thankful I found this service! They are always on time & Emma works me in quickly. They have uniforms but I know these girls by now.

Wow! The service was awesome, from beginning to end. It was very easy to set up an appointment to meet my schedule. The crew arrived on time and they were very pleasant. The house was spotless. They paid extra attention to the showers and stove top and it shows. The price was reasonable. I will DEFINITELY refer the company to family and friends. We were so impressed with how well the one-time cleaning went on the house that we are selling that we plan to discuss regular on-going cleaning at our new home with your company.

It went well. The maids did a great job considering all of the dust in the house due to the remodeling. There was a slight snafu because of the one rooms wasn't cleaned though it was supposed to be but it was because of a misunderstanding. After the cleaning, Emma reached out to me for feedback and I told her that I was pretty happy except that the one room had been overlooked and she handled it very professionally and offered a few options to compensate for the oversight. I appreciated that she reached out to me for feedback and was very happy with how she handled the issue. I'm very satisfied with how everything went and I would definitely consider using them again for any special cleanings or if we decide that we'll get regular cleanings. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The service was great and Emma was responsive and able to schedule quickly around holiday times. The ladies arrived timely and finished when planned. Great attention was given to details and overall they did an amazing job! I will definitely use them again in the future for the regular cleaning of a house I just can't keep up with.

They arrived on time and 2 ladies spent about 4 hours cleaning everything except the oven and refrigerator. They did a wonderful job as the house had an accumulation of dust and dirt. All mirrors, windows and numerous glass doors were cleaned and the fan blades were gleaming. I am very pleased with the work performed and I would hire them again.

Detail Cleaning provides monthly service and does a great job! My home is 3bd/2ba with two small children and a cat, and it always looks wonderful when they're done. Very responsive, very timely. Highly recommend!

The staff arrived right on time. Starting off with two women, they got right to work, then to my surprise two more maids arrived about 30 mins later. They were here only about two hours, but with 4 women, that was good enough for me. My mother was very impressed, and liked how they cleaned her house, and since it was her house I was having cleaned, that is what was really important to me. Since this was the first time I had ever used this provider I am hoping that if we use them again, they will be more familiar with our home. My only complaint was that my mom couldn't communicate with them because of their language barrier. But i'm sure anyone who hires a maid service has encounter this issue before, so its almost to be expected.

The ladies at Detail Maid Services did a wonderful job on our new home. They cleaned everything, including inside the cabinets. We will use them again.

Three maids arrived around the agreed time and set to work doing all the things listed above. They brought all their cleaning supplies and equipment. They did not stand around and talk, take phone calls or break their work routine. Language was not a problem. My wood floors looked fantastic when they finished. The maids were in and out within 2 hours.

Very happy with the thoroughness of the cleanings (two) so far. They were very happy to use a particular cleaning product we wanted to use on the tile floors. My only issue has been a one-time lack of responsiveness over email. It was relatively minor, but I sent an email to set up the next cleaning, and I had to get back in touch to get a response. Overall though, fantastic job.

I am extremely pleased with Detail Maid Services. They came a week ago today and I am still enjoying the benefit of the great job that they did. My college age children live in the house, I travel quite a bit, and the house has suffered some neglect in the last few months. I got home the night before the cleaners came and tried to ready the house for cleaning, but it definitely presented a challenge. The cleaning ladies were cheerful, got right down to work and tackled all the corners, dust and deep cleaning that was needed. They were flexible about which rooms they cleaned first as I tried to remove clutter and laundry so that they could do their jobs. I know that the job took longer than expected, but the cleaning ladies did not skimp on the work or try to reduce the time that it took to complete the full job. They were professional and helpful the whole time they were there. The house looked so nice when they finished. They even straightened and organized the pantry/laundry room and created much needed order in there. I could not be happier with this service, will be using them again soon, and recommend them very highly!

I purchased this cleaning package for my elderly mother, who lives in a 2-bed 2-bath apartment. When my mother was younger, she kept her house spotless, but now that she is elderly, the dust piles up and she spills things and there is mess everywhere. My mother was very pleased with the cleaning service. She said that they even got down on their knees to get into corners. My mother is very hard to please, so this is a real compliment. I am relieved to have found housecleaners that she will be willing to use again.

I was very impressed with the service. They were scheduled to arrive at 1:30 and arrived at 12:30. they spend almost 5 hours at my home. The cleaning was fast and excellent. A lot of attention was given to detail. My fridge and stove were sparkling at the end of it. I was particularly impressed with the head girl as she was efficient, quick and did an excellent job. I would definitely use detailed maids again.

I am pleased overall with the service that was provided. The two housekeepers arrived on time and were very professional throughout the time they were in my home. They communicated with me on some things, since this was the first time they had been at my house. They went to work immediately, thoroughly cleaned everything that was in the contract, except for a couple things I noticed after they left. The backsplash in the kitchen was not cleaned, the tv screen was not cleaned, and the floors were mopped with some sort of cleaner that left a dull, sticky residue on the tile. I was very pleased with everything else, so I was willing to overlook these items. Next time, I will provide them with my own floor cleaner so that there is no issue with the floors.

I spoke with Emma over the phone and she promptly emailed me an estimate and list of services to be provided. The crew was on time and completed all necessary tasks in a timely manner. Overall was a good experience

I contacted this company on October 19th through Angie's List to request a quote. It took until October 22nd for them to respond to ask basic questions like square footage, etc. Though I responded within an hour of their request, by October 28th I'm tired of waiting for a response and have moved on. If they can't return emails to someone who they know is an Angie's List customer who is going to publicize their performance good or bad, how are they supposed to deal with things going wrong during the cleaning like the alarm going off because the maids opened the wrong door or the cat getting out? No thanks.

They were on time and very polite. They did everything thoroughly and well. I would recommend them. I am now having them on a weekly basis! They were professional and not yakking w/each other and/or on the phone at all. So far so good.
