I found the Deal I wanted and called to make sure they had the day before Christmas Eve available. They reassured me several times they did and they showed up on time. The cleaning was ok. I wasn't sure what to expect as it was the first time I had a professional cleaning done. They broke a $3 ornament and informed their boss right away which was appreciated. I didn't much mind the breaking of the ornament. Later in the evening, I went to start baking and found the "oven cleaning" including just spraying oven cleaner into the oven. The oven cleaner puddled in the drawer underneath the oven. I had a cast iron pan in that drawer that was completely ruined. I had to clean my oven myself and I let them know about the issue. I sent them pictures and they refunded all of my money in full, including replacing the ornament and pan. Customer service was good, work done was poor.

It went very well. They followed all my instructions -- my concerns with certain pieces in the house. They use their cleaning products and supplies -- so they literally leave your house spotless. No towels to wash. No products to buy. I have been very happy since the first date of service and continued to use them on a bi-weekly basis. They are very professional. And they get my house clean within 2 to 2.5 hours -- which I love -- getting my house cleaned is not an all day project -- yet they spend enough time that I know they have cleaned my house. I get the same crew everytime -- which makes me very comfortable.

The crew did a great job. They were careful with my home and belongings, pleasant, and thorough. I would recommend them to others and I would use (and have used) their service again for my home. My only suggestion is to use better smelling cleaning products, but it's such a minor point. The quality of work is more important.

I've been using the service for many many years now, and as always the cleaning team that I get is prompt, professional and flat out awesome. The ladies are fast, they revamped the house in about 2 hours, it would have taken me 2 days to have done what they were able to accomplish in a couple hours. I've recommended them to many friends and family and they all say the same thing. I love my dealings with Emma and the whole Detail Maid Services organization. Anyone who has used a cleaning service knows that it's a frustrating search to find the right service... Well the search is over, give these ladies a shot, you won't regret it.

Emma an I set up a time for service an she also text me when the cleaning crew was on there way. I had a crew of 3 ladies come to my home. They had all there cleaning supplies. It was wonderful!!! It took about 2.5 to 3 hours to clean my home (4500 sqft) I will hire them again!!!!!

It was totally disappointing. I had my house de-cluttered and essentially ready to put on market before they came, so they did not have any clutter to deal with, no bed to make, no dishes to wash. I wanted it to be noticeably squeaky-clean, especially the floors. I don't think they even mopped the tile floors. In the bathroom, I could scratch up gunk off the floor in a corner. They did not clean the soap and shampoo cubbies in the showers. The basins were not noticeably clean. The counter tops had some smears left. In the kitchen, they did not wipe off the front of the oven door, which had something visible running down the front, nor did they wipe off the front of the dishwasher, which had visible dirt.. The front of the microwave door was smeary. I had sprinkled baking soda on an area in a hall, and the soda was still there when they left. They apparently just made a half-hearted stab at vacuuming my walk-in closet. I could see where their vacuum had been pushed about half-way across and left areas which had clearly not been vacuumed. They did not clean the light switches or the door facings that get grungy over time. I have spent a lot of time today cleaning light switches and door facings, and I plan to mop the tile floors tomorrow. I didn't expect to have to do this, since I paid the extra price for a one-time deep cleaning the should have left my house noticeably clean.

They did a good job cleaning the whole house and we were happy with the result.

Emma is very responsive to adjusting dates for cleaning, etc. The cleaning ladies are on time very time, bring their own supplies and do a fantastic job! I love the service!

Emma contacted me promptly to schedule an appointment and worked with me to find a time that worked with my schedule. Two ladies arrived, as scheduled, with all of their cleaning supplies. They looked through the house to gauge their work, asked a few questions, and got right to work. They both worked hard for about 4 hours. The house looked great afterwards! I would absolutely recommend this service and plan to use them again.

Went very well. Had some issues with scheduling but got a date set. Traffic was bad that day so they were late. But honestly they have been the best maid services I've got off of angieslist since I've moved in and will continue to use them. I just need to plan ahead since they seem to be very popular.

They arrived on time and the ladies were very nice and friendly. They cleaned the house in a reasonable amount of time and asked me to look through before they departed to make sure everything was acceptable. They absolutely did an amazing job! I received a courtesy call from their supervisor after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommended their services. I have since contracted them to clean my house on a bi-monthly basis.

First of all, the communication with the company was very effective and timely. Emma was diligent in finding the best day and time that would work for us. On the cleaning day, Oralia and Nancy were puctual and very pleasant. They did a thorough and excellent cleaning of our house: everything was dusted, all wooden and tiled floors cleaned well, all carpeted rooms vacuumed (including stairs), the oven was cleaned, and the bathrooms were cleaned. They added so many details to their work that we did not ask for; for example: they neatly folded towels, vacuumed closets, prepared the beds, and asked us to review the area they had just cleaned as they kept working in another area in case they had missed something. We were very happy with their work!

I was disappointed. I thought I over paid for what I got. Thorough house cleaning is definitely over-emphasized. They were in a out in only two hours. They didn't wipe down the doors, cupboards and only cleaned a couple of the baseboards. I think they just wanted to get to the next house.

I started using this service in December. The owner has been very responsive to my requests and very accommodating. She has sent me a pair of housekeepers that are outstanding. It is my hope and expectation that the service will continue to be of this quality as time goes on.

I didn't get a response until a week after I requested an estimate. By then I already foun someone else.

When I called them I told them I didn't want a new person every week because I don't like to speak to Spanish talking people...they don't understand you. I said that if they will send me one of those send me an English speaking lady that can translate...but that just takes her time to translate. I have a problem with that...so they have been very accommodating and they don't send somebody who doesn't understand. One or two times they have to do an emergency which was a disaster so usually I have to call them back and let them know how the person did. There isn't anything much they have to do because I have certain things I have to do myself. If you go to their site they have a list of everything they do...that is good too and they call it Detail Maid Service Cleaning Checklist. It is very seldom I found something and I let it go on something sometimes so that if I ask them to do something extra they don't complain. If you need them like Christmas, they were to come a week and half before Christmas. I asked them in any way before Christmas and she worked it out. The one I had before, they did not do any changes but they seemed to work at what you want. They are very accommodating.

Overall they did everything well. Anything unorganized they seemed to make work. The only thing that the maid service doesn't do that others have done in the past is anything with the dishes. Everything else was done and looked spotless. They also made note of things that were unclean-able or stains that were not able to get out. Overall great job and I would recommend again.

They first did a walk through and then went right to work. I ordered the service for my daughter and she was very happy to have a clean house. Cleaning house is not her cup of tea so she is delighted to have this service.

Detail maid services was excellent. They showed up a bit early but notified me first. They cleaned my house exactly the way I would do it, maybe even better. I'm thirty- one weeks pregnant and was throwing a Christmas party. Wanted my home to look perfect and it did. Top to bottom, they even vacuumed the couch. I will definitely use them again!

Detail Cleaning Service was scheduled after purchase of the special through Angie's List. The date and time were agreed to by the company and my wife, as well as what the total house cleaning entailed. They arrived on time on the 10/3/2013 and introduced themselves. They promptly then went to work and did the most thorough cleaning I have ever seen from a cleaning service! The whole house was cleaned, and even the sofa was vacuumed. We also appreciated the "little things" such as folding the end of the toilet paper into a triangle. We have used this service bi-weekly since then (and alternate one floor and the whole house being cleaned), and are very, very happy with the promptness and attention to detail that is done with each cleaning. Highly recommend!

I was very dissatisfied with the outcome. They didn’t clean the blinds or floor properly. They didn’t give it any attention to detail. I called about the complaint and they said they would compensate me on the next cleaning. I will give them another shot to do right.

All of the communication was fine until we came home after they were supposed to of cleaned the entire house. They didn't sweep, mop, dust the ceiling fans, or clean the kitchen properly. I immediately took pictures and sent them to the owner. The owner at first said that it was cleaned, but after taking a look at the pictures offered $25 off or a 20% off the next visit and then offered $50. The last straw was when last night my son went to brush his teeth and had found that they used it to clean something. I called the owner again and she said she couldn't believe her workers would do that. I told her I wanted a full refund and she said she would do that.
