The crew was amazing, on time, very professional, extremely attentive to details and quick!! I would definitely use their services again. I felt like I was living in a "magazine" layout after they were done. My carpet is 11 years old, and it looks brand new! It was extremely advantageous that the carpet cleaning service and the maid service were able to coordinate their services. The maid service got started first thing in the morning, and the carpet cleaner came an hour or so later. I have a two story house, the cleaners started on the second floor in the back and worked their way forward. The carpet cleaners came in when the cleaners were working on the 1st floor, he started on the second following the same pattern. When the first floor cleaning service was complete, the carpet cleaner started on the back part of the second floor and worked his way out the door. Fantastic coordination, and amazing results!! I definitely look forward to working with this company in the future!!

I have to say that I've tried several housecleaning companies and Detail Cleaning Services performed far beyond my expectations. Three maids came to clean the house and one person to perform the carpet cleaning. All four of them showed up on time, were very thorough when cleaning my house, and are very nice and polite. Before they left my house they checked with me to see if everything was completed to my satisfaction. I plan on using this company on a regular basis. They deserve an A+

Emma's team did a great job of cleaning up the dust in all parts of the house. The areas that required extra attention and treatment were all handled properly. Emma was very responsive in setting up the appointment and her team arrived on time and did the work in a better than expected fashion. I will be using Detail Cleaning Services on a regular basis for house cleaning going forward.

It was a little hard to get them to respond. Multiple phone calls and emails. Once it was scheduled they were about an hour late without calling. However, the work once it was done was very good.

Working with them was a great experience. They were prompt and did a great job. Once the cleaners were done, the steam cleaner arrived for the finishing touch. The whole house was clean and smelled great.

They cleaned the entire house, as well as the carpets, in preparation to sell the house. The amount of work they did was extensive and the price was reasonable. They sent out multiple people and it took them about 3 hours. They were very flexible with scheduling and were always responsive in coordination with us. I'd definitely recommend them!

They were prompt and friendly. We were a last minute scheduling and they were very accomodating. They did well on the routine cleaning. I expected more to be covered in a deep cleaning but this is my first dealings with a cleaning company so I may have high expectations.

I am very impressed and would absolutely use again! The housecleaners showed up 15 minutes early, which was great. They started cleaning immediately and it was definitely a deep clean. The house looks and smells great! The carpet cleaner showed up right as the other cleaners were leaving, so the timing couldn't have been more perfect. He cleaned all the carpets including a microfiber sectional couch I had. He was able to get some dog urine stains out of the carpet and eliminate the smell as well. Overall, I couldn't have asked for anything else. Everyone was very friendly and setting up the cleaning appointment was hassle free. I would highly recommend Detail Cleaning Services!

Wow! They did a fantastic job. Every surface in my home just gleams. Cabinets, floors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, counters, doors -- everything. They cleaned every nook and cranny. I did not expect the completeness of the job they did for me. And the carpets were perfect. They are pretty old and I thought beyond help, but there are fluffy again and so nice to walk on! The price was more than fair for what they delivered. I absolutely recommend their service.

Emma was very responsive and prompt in giving me a quote. She was accessible for questions too. I liked how her estimate was detailed and organized so you knew what to expect. I wasn't able to see the place for myself because it was my rental property, but I was told it looked very clean! Quality work, professionalism, and good communication is invaluable! They have a very specific list of items that they would clean under the scope of the Big Deal and I would have had to pay extra for some of the items I wanted cleaned. The service went fine, it just wasn't exactly what I was looking for in a cleaning service.

I had just done some spring cleaning/purging/organizing and was looking for someone to come in and give my whole house a thorough cleaning. After contacting the company through Angie's list, I had an appointment set up within a matter of days. The cleaning crew arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were pleasant and professional the entire time they were working on my house and astoundingly efficient. After the house was cleaned, another member from their team arrived to steam the carpet. I was pleased with the overall service/quality of work and have recommended them to my friends and family.

Detail Cleaning Services performed its first cleaning of our home recently. The maids were on time and performed very well. They did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpets and hard surface floors, dusted all the furniture and blinds and thoroughly cleaned all the kitchen and bathroom surfaces. We have a dog that tends to leave spots on the wood floor that are hard to remove. The maids did a superior job of removing those spots. The wood floors have never looked better. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of the work performed. We will definitely continue use them for our monthly cleaning services.
