I didn't meet them as they cleaned while we were away at work. The office lady, Emma, is very responsive and polite.

Did a wonderful and thorough job of cleaning our house to get ready to sell. Was there for 4+ hours and made the house sparkle like new. The steam cleaning of the carpets was an added bonus. The communication is fabulous- very responsive and always trying to give you the most for your money.

It went fine. I set up a monthly service with them. They did a good job and they were prompt. They did detailed service. They're one of the top rated in Angie's List.

I have used all the major carpet cleaning services but Detail was the best! They were able to remove all the stains that the other carpet cleaners couldn't and the house smelled so fresh and clean afterwards. I was extremely happy with their service and the cost of it. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I bought the full clean with a carpet cleaning coupon. They came in and did a great job. I had some carpet stains that they couldn't do anything about but that certainly isn't their fault. Liked them enough to have them come in every other week for cleaning.

Cleaned twice a month. But was not always careful with breakable items. One was a Sicilian pottery, not tremendously expensive but also not replaceable unless we traveled back to Sicily. Also managed to knock the linkage of the bathtub stopper loose from the control knob. This was fixable, but knocking it loose isn't easy to do. They pulled it out enough that it would not go back into the drain. They did not inform us they had disengaged the link and left it out. We would've liked to continue their service but were weary of their carelessness.

They performed the move-out cleaning of a house that was sold. They did an okay job, but not an exceptional one.

They could improve their communication.

I had contacted Emma via Angie's List Monday hoping to get the house cleaned by the following Friday. Emma forwarded a very professional estimate at a reasonable price; with a promise to do the work Wednesday. This was perfect as the new owners of the property were scheduled to do the final walk-thru Saturday. The 3 maids showed up within the promised time range and went right to work. The lead maid toured the house with me to note any existing damage or special needs. She explained that the carpet cleaning tech would arrive approximately 1 hour before they were finished. This was perfect because I had to leave and they managed by themselves until all was finished. I came back by the house 2 days later and found everything in perfect order. The tile floors had never shined this way from other maid services we had used previously and the carpets were immaculate. House not only looked new but smelled new! I'm sure the new owners will be very happy with the cleanliness of the house, I sure am.

Work was performed as scheduled. Carpet cleaning was excellent. General housecleaning was good except we did find a couple of missed window sills and cobwebs on drapes.

The team showed up at the exact scheduled time. I left them to clean and 4 hours later I returned and they had already completed everything. I can't provide exact amount of time it took.

Exceeded all expectations, two maids cleaned house in 3 hours, place has been cleaner. Will be using provider in the future with recurring service 2 times per month. Highly recommended.

This provider was great. The ladies showed up on time and scrubbed for hours. I not had a housekeeper for a long time and due to chronic health issues had been unable to do it myself. TheY worked all day and the house positively sparkled when they were done! My contact at the company was delightful, and even though the ladies did not speak English, we were able to communicate. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them in the future.

Everything seemed to go well with the maid and steam carpet cleaning services. The maids showed up on time and completed the work very fast, as well as the carpet cleaning technician. I definitely would refer Detail Cleaning Services to my family, friends and use the services again.

Overall the cleaning went very well throughout my home. We have our home cleaned every other week as it is, but I wanted a "very" detailed in-depth cleaning and the ladies did a great job in doing this. The owner was very responsive in getting back to me and the ladies were right on time on the day of the job. No major complainst whatsoever and I will use them again when the time comes.

I really like the service I get from Detail Cleaning Service. I've used them for the past year every week.

The cleaning crew arrived 30 minutes late. They stayed the full time and cleaned the entire house, but they just weren't very thorough. Most floors and bathrooms were still dirty, there was still dog hair in the corners, and the rugs did not seem much cleaner. Granted, the house was very dirty before, but after 6 man hours, it didn't seem much cleaner. The floors were linoleum, which are easy to clean and hard to screw up, so that was really disappointing. I was not there when they finished or else I would have asked them to address several issues.

Two cleaners showed up on time. We had a special to do a deep spring clean. We have only one small area of carpet so did not get that service. They worked for about two hours and left. On further inspection, very marginal job, and certainly not deep cleaning, and chemicals used to clean left a pervasive smell for days. We complained and were refunded half the amount. The owner is nice and responsive, and offered to send people back, but we declined.

Simply amazing, they went above and beyond what was expected.

This was the best purchase I've made on Angie's list. I bought a deep cleaning package for my house; there were cheaper deals available, but Detail Cleaning Services had great reviews and they include steam cleaning of carpets. The crew was incredibly efficient and cleaned my home to a level that I've never seen. Every surface dusted, carpets smelled amazing, etc. I will try them for monthly house cleaning.

A crew of four came to the house and did a complete cleaning from top to bottom and it took approximately 5 hours. They were very professional. I did, however, have to have the carpet cleaner come out and do our stairs again. Dirt for some reason raised to the top after the cleaning which made them look even dirtier than before. The carpet cleaner did a return visit and redid the stairs for no cost. I am extremely impressed with the house and how clean it turned out to be after the top to bottom cleaning they provided. I have re-hired them to clean my home once per month.

They did a great job. There were no additional services.

Emma was responsive with setting up the appointment and getting me a price quote. The cleaners arrived on time and were lovely to deal with. They really did an amazing job and I have no complaints. As clean as I thought my house was before they came, the difference was amazing after they were finished.

The cleaning went fairly well. There was 1 mishap when the incorrect polishing product was used on a wood table but the owner was very responsive and agreed to pay for the damages to be fixed.

They did a great job in cleaning our carpet and our house. The provider is very easy to communicate with and they are very flexible. As a matter of fact, we are still using them today for our routine house cleaning. I would strongly recommend that you use them.
