We were able to schedule very quickly. I purchased a special late Friday and my home was spotless by 3:30pm on Tuesday. We just completed a bathroom remodel so there was must to clean up with all the dust, etc. The young ladies was very courteous and thorough! I am very happy!

Ok. Could have been a little better.

This was my first service that I purchased through Angie's List. The entire experience went smooth from beginning to end. Shortly after purchasing the house / carpet cleaning deal, I was contacted by Detail Cleaning Services. They verbally went over what was covered in the deal and they also provided a checklist of items that were (and were not) included in the deal. We then solidified at date and time that the service would be performed. On the day of services all parties arrived promptly as scheduled (maids & carpet cleaners were scheduled @ different times). Introductions were made and the work began. They did a fantastic job with the cleaning. Each room sparkled. They made sure blinds, baseboards, inside the oven, small appliances, etc... were in pristine condition. I was equally impressed with the carpet cleaning. Everyone was very professional and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing these services. I will definitely use them n the future.

The price was good. Nothing really stood out. They did it all. The carpet was damp when I looked at it. The workers were good. They showed up on time.

Emma was wonderful to book the visit with. She was prompt in calling me back, very accommodating to my availability, and even extended a free oven-cleaning when I said that I was an Angie's List member. I wasn't there during the service, but I called to see when they arrived and when they left and everything was thoroughly cleaned when I returned. I have had a maid service for the past year, which I had discontinued back in mid-December, but the difference between this service and my maid service was incredible. The floors shone, the fans were dusted, the tiniest details were done. I think it is a great cost saving opportunity to get Detail Cleaners in once a month instead of a bi-weekly maid service.

Did an excellent job with remarkable effects on a well used carpet! All promises met from timeliness to effectiveness to cost. My only comment is I would have preferred a scent free wash for the sofas. This option may be available but we weren't aware of it. We will certainly use them again

The cleaning was excellent and they were able to get all the trouble spots that we tend to let go. The house looked great when I got home from the floors to the windows, kitchen, bathrooms and all the dust removed. I would recommend Detail Cleaning to friends, family and neighbors and will use them again in the future on a regular basis.

Both of the maids were on time and friendly and greeted us and our 16 year old dog. They were hard working and efficiently cleaned our home and were very respectful to my 90 year old mother in law as they worked throughout the different areas of my home!

The Detail Services team arrived within the time arranged and went straight to work. The two young ladies had a tough job in cleaning my home, which had been in need of some attention for a while. Even with all the accumulated possessions of a family with three small children,the cleaners where able to clean around, and through pretty much everything in great detail. The carpet cleaning was great as well. The gentleman was very professional and accommodated my needs easily. He was very thorough, and after he was finish my carpet looked totally revitalized. Its not often that you buy something, and you think that you gotten the better of the deal. This is one instance where I feel, I definitely got the better of the deal. I am so thankful and grateful for the job done by Detailed Cleaning Services LLC.

We were contacted very quickly after we purchased the special deal for housekeeping and they performed the work within a couple of days of being notified which was very important with our hectic schedules.Two housekeepers arrived at the appointed time and did a fantastic job on the entire house. They detailed everything from top to bottom including wainscoting and baseboards.We will use them again in the future.

AFTER MY INITIAL REVIEW Detailed Cleaning Services called and offered to come and redo the carpet cleaning. I opted for a partial refund on the service. I felt that their concern was genuine and appreciated their effort and thus gave them an A on responsiveness. I have recommended them for house cleaning to a number of friends who have asked. INITIAL REVIEW My rating is mostly based on the quality of the carpet cleaning. Tuesday they showed up a bit early even though I told them that I couldn't be there right at 8am due to school drop off. No biggie, even though I was called and told that if the cleaners had to wait too long they wouldn't be able to perform the service. The cleaners were very nice and went right to work and did a GREAT job cleaning. They did everything they were suppose to with no issues. On Wednesday the carpet cleaner arrived earlier that expected, but again no problem. He was very nice and came across as being very professional. BUT as I am writing this more than 24 hrs after the service was performed, there are areas of my carpet that are STILL very damp to the point that I currently have fans blowing directly onto the carpet. It seemed that larges amounts of water were poured directly onto the high use areas with no care taken to suck it up. I had to use my Bissel to get up some of the water. In addition, in the areas that are finally dry, the carpet is hard to the touch as if the cleaning solution was not washed or sucked up, and there are still stains on my carpet that the cleaner did not discuss with me. This is the first time that I have had an unsatisfactory job done by an Angies List company, and I am very disappointed. I would recommend the cleaners, but not the carpet cleaning.

I was not home when they came to clean the house and the carpets. I inspected the hosue the next day and everything is fine. I used their service mostly for the carpet cleaning and the carpets are clean. Everything went fine.

It was all right. They did a good job. We’ll probably use them again but not right now.

The cleaner is friendly as always and did a great job in all 5 areas of carpet we needed cleaned. The 2 areas that needed special attention, even though not all stained areas could be removed, I would say it's 80% better than it was. Their pricing is fair and I recommend them for not just carpet cleaning but also housecleaning services. We've had maids come monthly for quite some time. They also are very good.

They arrived about 30 minutes late. Did a good job, however there was lots of dog hair around the oven when my new tenant pulled it out to clean. I paid extra for them to clean the oven & refrigerator, so it should have been done better.

We contacted the company to request a service on short notice and they were able to fit us into their schedule. They provided detailed information on what would or would not be cleaned. This allowed us to request additional items and to be very specific about how to approach areas in our home. There was one room in our house that was recently remodeled and requires special cleaning instructions. They did as requested with this and all other special requests that we made. They were exceedingly accommodating throughout the entire process. They communicated effectively and clearly so that we knew exactly what to expect. The service was exceptional! Our house was clean, the carpets look fresh, and we hope to use this company again in the future.
