The staff was great other than they all showed up at different times which was odd.

WONDERFUL! Girls are always doing a great job! Especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. They sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors in the house. I would DEFINITELY recommend their Service.

It was fantastic! I waited until the last minute to purchase to deal which was for an 1800 sq. ft. home. The added incentive for me was that there was no time restrictions. They promised to take as long as the job required. I tried to get them to come the day before the guests were scheduled to arrive, but it didn't work out though they tried and kept in contact. I had even booked a separate carpet cleaning service and they advised me to have that company come later after the house cleaning. The crew was timely, quick and did a superb job. I've never had a cleaning service do such a great job! They even followed up with an email asking for feedback to improve. I would definitely use them again!

We are in the process of selling our house and we have a 4 year old who managed to stain our carpet with yogurt and fruit juices. Our realtor suggested to change the carpet because he did not think the stains will come out. We hired Direct Cleaning Services for a deep carpet cleaning. Ino did an amazing job. Our realtor was so impressed with our clean carpet, so he decided not to change it. Ino was very courteous, efficient, cautious, and professional. He thrived for customer satisfaction and succeed it. The price was very reasonable and we highly recommend this company.

Cleaning went okay but they did not lock the front door to house (directed to put key in lockbox) when they left. Owner of house was ****** off at me.

The pros: The house was cleaned pretty nice, especially the bathroom. The lady who cleaned the bathroom did a great job. The cons: Two people showed up for cleaning, one speak some English and another doesn't, which make communication a bit difficult. I'm not quite sure if it's the communication issue or something else, they missed several spots. When doing the quick walk through after they finished, I found the window/sills is not cleaned (which they claimed they did), so I asked them to clean it again. Later that day, I also found some light fixtures not cleaned. Another strange thing was that another lady showed up in my house out of no where during the cleaning while I stayed in my room working. I walked out and found they're talking in one of the room; at the beginning I thought she's one of the drew (late maybe?), but then she left...........!! I really don't like it when people just walk in of my house without my permission. Anyway, for the price I paid, I will probably hire them again. But, next time I know, they need full attention!

Great! The house had not been clean in a very long time, so it was particularly dirty. I was preparing the house for sale, therefore, it was important to make a good impression for potential buyers. The ladies worked fast, thoroughly, and they conducted themselves very professionally. I will definitely use them again. The house look and smelled better. I have used another well-known home cleaning company that did not do near as good a job. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the service that I got from Detail Cleaning Services. The team sent was polite, industrious, and very thorough. Our house looked fabulous after their work and the price was spot on.

I purchased an offer through Angie's List and have never used a house cleaning service. Emma, the owner, was easy to work with to schedule the cleaning via email and phone. There was a two-hour window when the 2 (or 3) ladies would arrive depending on when they wrapped up an earlier job. They arrived 15 minutes past the window end and I was not contacted about the delay. I was very pleased with how organized they were and how hard they worked. Since I'm the world's worst housekeeper, I could get used to this and will consider using this company in the future for routine house cleaning services. They are all very professional.

Move out cleaning. Our loft was 2300 sq ft and the ladies did an excellent job! They wiped down everything including the trim in all areas. Two marble bathrooms and granite kitchen, the place looked brand new when they left, took about 2 1/2 hours to complete! Yes I recommend them!

They met expectations and were very professional and Well mannered.

It was very easy to schedule a time for them to come via email. They send you a list of all the services they perform. And what seems unique about this group is they touch on EVERYTHING each cleaning. So every time your baseboards are dusted, not just once a month, or only when you pay for deep cleaning. We also paid extra for a refrigerator and oven cleaning, and it was TOTALLY worth it. The ladies who came got to work immediately, were super nice, and did a great job. I've even scheduled them to come weekly now! My favorite part may be how they lovingly folded all 10 blankets my child insists on keeping in the bed, at sat them at the foot of the bed. Great work! Only critique is that I think the weekly cleaning price is a little high, given that we didn't make much more mess in just a week, but they seem to use a fixed pricing structure based on the size of the house, number of animals, etc, so I can understand they have to even it out with houses that are much more work. But they are ABSOLUTELY worth it!
