Mayara and Roxana did a fantastic job and it was great coming into a house that smelled clean as well as looked clean. When I walk into my house I want to see clean as well as smell the clean. When I asked this to be done they were only to happy to accommodate. I have had them clean several times and only once did I have a bad experience. When I called they immediately sent someone and they took care of the my problem and have never had a problem again. Will call them again! I do feel they are a little costly but are good.

The two ladies that came to clean my house were incredibly thorough and did an excellent job. Scheduling the service was also a breeze and Detail was always prompt whether it was to set up the cleaning time or if I had a question. They arrived within the given timeframe and it took them about 3-3.5 hours to clean a 2,880 sq ft. house. Using Detail took a huge weight off our shoulders and got our house cleaner than we would have been able to if we were trying to do the same job!

I got a deep cleaning and the staff was very punctual. They actually arrived early and did an excellent job. I will definitely be contacting them again.

We are extremely pleased with Detail Cleaning Services. They did a fabulous jobs cleaning our carpet this week and they exceeded all expectations. The six step process was very detailed and Ino kept us posted along the way. After all six steps, our carpet looks brand new. We were referred to Detail by neighbors, but we did shop around a bit. Detail did our house for several hundred dollars less than the big name brands were quoting, and Detail Cleaning’s offering include many services that were add ons by the others. Throw in that Ino was professional, polite, and extremely competent and we received a level of service not often seen today. I highly recommend Detail Cleaning Services for carpet cleaning.

I have used Detail Cleaning Service for several years for biweekly cleaning and they always do a thorough job. They tell me what time they will arrive and show up on time or call ahead in the rare case they are running late. They are very professional!

As always, Esther and Consuelo did a great job. With only greeting instructions such as; beds in rooms #2 and #3 need only be made, no clean sheets needed; only floors in the study, no dusting; please dust the patio chairs today; etc., and they were off to work. All carpets in bedrooms vacuumed; vinyl floors throughout the home vacuumed, wiped and polished; all blinds, fan blades and cobwebs dusted away; all bathroom carpets, rugs, floors, sinks, toilets and counters cleaned and dried. Surfaces on all large kitchen appliances, i.e., refrigerator, wall ovens, microwave, dishwasher, JennAir flat top stove, marble counter-tops faucets, sinks, etc., cleaned, dried and polished. Screened-in porch vacuumed and tables dusted. AND everything else I may have forgotten. The team showed up and did an outstanding job, cleaned entirety of house as agreed, and went above and beyond. They made me realize I am awful at cleaning, and will begging to have them come over quarterly to keep the house in top shape once we move. I can honestly say that I am extremely satisfied with their overall performance.

Carpet tech arrived on time, set up his equipment, and briefed me on what he was about to do. We adjusted my plan, and followed his for a better result. He worked flawlessly with contractor fixing a wall, and provided tips for them to keep carpets clean. Overall very satisfied with his work and professionalism.

Very professional. Prompt. Very responsive communication. I have used them several times since the original. They cleaned every surface of the house, including some I honestly hadn't ever cleaned or thought of. I would love to continue to use them, but my circumstances have changed and I'm not able to.

The technician was prompt, pleasant and informative explaining what steps he was going to do. He really listened to my concerns and made sure the spots I pointed out were completely removed. The 3 rooms looked brand new again!

Three gals came and spent almost 2 hours cleaning. Overall the house was cleaned well, but in cleaning the oven they did not wipe up some of the caustic oven cleaner that dripped on the floor and there was a long drip on the front of a cabinet that partially removed the paint when I wiped it off about 30 min after they left. Cleaning the refrigerator was not part of the package and I had to stay afterwards to do that myself and so noticed the spills then.

Two gals worked steadily for 3 hours to make the place shine like a diamond!

They did an exceptional job! I plan to hire them again once we are in our new home.

Called, got a quote, scheduled an appointment. A young man (forgot his name) showed up on time, was very polite and professional, did very good job - carpet was clean and fresh. It took about a day for the carpet to dry. Thank you very much, would hire again.
