We had a very disappointing experience with this service provider. He canceled on us twice due to car problems, which, while understandable, suggested a lack of contingency planning necessary for running a business. When he finally arrived, he was unprepared and expected us to provide the necessary equipment. This was unacceptable as we were paying for a comprehensive service. When we declined his unprepared services, he responded disrespectfully on text after he left . He was unreliable , unprepared, and didn’t have any professionalism or respect for elders.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service provided at my home. The technician's behavior was unprofessional and rude from the start. Never even showed up on time. I felt completely ignored and disrespected (profanity was involved) throughout the entire process. My concerns were met with indifference, and this person handled my requests with clear irritation. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this service. I won't be using this company again and would advise others to think twice before booking their services. Honestly, if 0 stars was an option I probably would’ve rated it.
