The great thing about the capacitors we provide is that they are covered for 1 year under a manufacturer's warranty! We choose these capacitors specifically because of this feature as other manufacturing companies do not provide any type of warranty on these small parts. Description of Work: Was not sure if we had a cracked slab, contacted a local realtor for a ref. She gave us Church Services. Mr. Don Croxton was the contact and he came to our home and took a look, made some measurements. He then advise we did not have a clacked slab. He was very professional, explained what he did and advised us to may be have plumbing leak check of the sewer lines. |If we would have had to repair the slab We would use Church Services. |Mr. Croxton did a great job of representing Church Services.

Description of Work: I called Church Services to come out to do a foundation evaluation on my home. Once I told the assistant that it was an attached town home she informed me they would not come out and do an evaluation unless I had permission from each of my neighbors to enter their homes to do a complete evaluation. I could somewhat see where they were coming from but in the end thought it was ridiculous that they wouldn't even come out to determine if I actually HAD to bother my neighbors or not.

We are very sorry with the experience this customer had. It is customary on townhomes that we get a full evaluation of the entire slab. We would be willing to come to the home and perform just one unit however the evaluation results would not be entirely complete. Additionally if repairs are found to be necessary we would not be able to provide a repair plan without evaluating the neighboring units. We do not have any contact information for this customer, If they reach back out to us we will gladly set up the appointment.
