They did a great job. They had to do the work while we were out of town and I have used them earlier, so, I completely trusted them about it.

I have always been happy with them.

We first called them out on Sunday, 6/28/09, because the AC drain was leaking water on the carpet. We called about mid-morning and the AC tech arrived at 6:15 p.m. (it was a 100 degree day so they were understandibly busy). The AC tech cleared the drain but suggested we call the plumber next time because the large floor drain may still be clogged. The charge for the first visit was $206 (extra for after-hours service)--a diagnostic fee of $144 plus $62 for service. We still had water leaking on the carpet so we called the Plumbing Dept. this time around 8:30 a.m. and the plumber arrived at about 10:30 a.m. He had to cut a hole in the closet to access the drain. He spread out a drop cloth on the floor to keep the carpet clean. After he unclogged the drain, he put a plastic cover over the hole so we wouldn't have to do an immediate sheetrock repair. The job took about 45 minutes and the charge was $136.

Jason was very helpful and got the stove and water heater going. In addition, he noticed that I was using an electric dryer. He offered to cap the gas valve until such time that I change to a gas dryer for no additional cost. He explained his work, cleaned up the areas where he was working, and was finished in less than 30 minutes.

The process began with replacing the bathroom outlets. Mike found that the outlet had been created by tying in extension cord wiring from the outlet to the light switch. This situation was found in both bathroom outlets. The next issue found was a dead outlet in the dining room. It turned out that the wiring done for 5 can lights in the dining room had been wired in using the wiring for the dead outlet. As a result, Mike consulted his supervisor and recommended that he come back on Friday morning prepared to re-wire the bathroom, can lights, and dead outlet. This was accepted as a positive resolution to the problem - without having to rewire the entire house. Mike returned as indicated on Friday morning after a 30 minute courtesy call by the office dispatcher. He brought a co-worker and got the work completed within a few hours. Everything was operational. He cleaned up the work areas and explained his work. Mike was professional and performed quality work.

The plumbing team worked steadily to get the job completed in 6 business days. The tunneling and trenching was extensive. They were very careful to keep their work area neat - especially since it covered a large area. The water was turned off for 3 1/2 days. They had the water turned back on by the 12th - earlier than expected. Each person on the team was courteous and professional.

Their performance on the job went ok once they got there. They were testing for a leak in the master bathroom and found it. I asked them also to test the window for a leak - they did not. However, I gave specific instructions to the scheduler regarding the location of my house - which were not passed on. The address was written down incorrectly and they spent 10 minutes standing at my neighbors doorstep before I walked over to fetch them. No one from the company called to say they were on their way. They were over 45 minutes for the job. They seem to charge a lot to fill some things with water - walk away and confirm - yes there is a leak here.

Church Services does plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and electrical work. They are great. They are prompt. They show up when they tell me they are going too. I think that they are a little more expensive than other companies, but I think that their quality of work is worth it. They are very professional. When the project is finished they make a follow up call to make sure that everything went okay and get feedback about the experience.

Church Services is very quick. They gave us an estimate on Monday and did the job on Friday. We were very pleased and they didn't try to sell us things that we didn't need. Their price was reasonable and they did quality work.

The two men brought over the snake and ran about 150 ft of snake into the pipe system and double checked to see if the problem was resolved. I used the Angie's list coupon of $25 and was happy with their professionalism, recommendations, and result.

The guys were there exactly on time. They did what they said they were going to do and cleaned up afterwards. The whole process was simple and professional.

It was excellent. Great price. Great service person. I would use them again.

They are very dependable when they are working. They are very honest when they are at your house. All the service that they do and that I have used have been really good.

I called this company to service my A/C and I explained to them the overflow drain was coming out of the wall. I called them and they came out while I was not home, but my mother was and without authorization they completely ignored my mother and what she was trying to show them. They instead, went up to the attic and serviced the wrong part and charged me $250.00 to flush a drain. I do not recommend this company. I will not be using them any further. I have left a message for the owner and he has yet to return my call.

I called Church's after 8:00pm and received a response within 15 minutes. After explaining to the gentleman on the phone the problem, he told me what he thought the problem was and how to control the overflowing water until his worker could arrive. He said it would be an hour before someone could get there and they were right on time. The problem was identified and fixed within 30 minutes. Excellent service and I would definitely hire them again.

They were very good. They came on a Sunday afternoon because it was an emergency. They put a clamp on the pipe to stop the water and then fixed it later in the week. The workers were very nice and courteous.

Tunneling started one day late but job only took two days instead of three as originally quoted.

The under slab piping was replaced in August 2006, and everything went well then. However, when looking into another problem in March 2008, it was determined that my under slab piping was leaking again. I contacted Church services about the possible issue and they sent out a plumber free of charge to test the leak which they confirmed as a leak. Despite the repair being over a year old (past their warranty), Church services honored their work and repaired the piping once again free of charge and no questions asked. Again the second repair went well. I would recommend Church Services again because of how well they honor their work.

Once they come to the door they explained to me everything that they were coming out to do in detail. As they started the work they made me aware they had to clean out a pipe in order for the disposal to function. The total price for the installation and to clean the drain was $200.00. Very please with the service that was provided. I would definitely use them for other services.

Found and located two leaks quickly and accurately... This allowed for negotiation of plumbing repairs that I would not have known about from just the typical "home inspection". Home owner contended plumbing route that was determined and documented during their inspection. Church Services sent the same guys back out to explain the issue with the owner and show him that they were correct. There was no additional charge for their coming back out. These guys are outstanding!!!

They were a good service. On time and profession.

I have used Church Services before for some air conditioner work and my experience was good so I called them to fix my toilet. They sent two younger guys and they didn t clean up well and they were on their cell phones the whole time. They did however call before they came and the owner even called to see if the toilet stopped running now. They did stop it from running which lowered my water bill but it is harder to flush it now and it was not before.

I felt they were really honest. Another guy told me that my house could burn down any minute if I did not get a new panel in. He told me it could wait for now. This really relieved me a lot to know this. He also installed my dryer switch for $70 where the other guys wanted $600.

I received two other estimates on the same job, both of which were half the price of Church Services and which included repair on leaks.

They were great! As a very new homeowner, I was a bit overwhelmed by this first experience in home repair. It took a little effort to find the right person to talk to at Church, they seem very departmentalized. But they were friendly and informative and I felt very comfortable with them. They were punctual and timely and they performed the job they described in their quote. There was a minimal extra charge when a different part was required due to something different with my pipes but it was very reasonable.
