The field representative for Church came to my home at the appointed time--he also called in advance to let me know he was on the way--and he LISTENED to me before evaluating my system, inspecting my duct system, and reviewing my living space, and then he discussed my needs with me before working up a quote. The representatives of the other two companies I contacted for bids barely listened to me explain what results I was hoping to achieve before telling me what I needed and shooting me a price without actually evaluating my home. Church was the only company to give me a detailed written bid for my upgrade with specific brands and models of the equipment they quoted. After I called the field rep to tell him I wanted them to do my work, Church Services sent over their actual installation supervisor to evaluate the work to be done. He was extremely professional and walked me through each step of the process. He too listened to what I was trying to achieve instead of telling me what I should do. As a result of his evaluation and his understanding of the goals I desired, he suggested to me that I might want to make an interim step before purchasing the whole project because, based on his experience, he thought I could achieve 90% of what I wanted to accomplish without all the additional equipment and expense. The end result provided me with a compressor with a higher seer and double the warranty, and a savings of $2500.00. I have not gone through a complete summer AC cycle yet, but the preliminary results have been very satisfactory. My needs have been met without the extra expense. I believe Church services wants my business, respects me as a customer, and wants to provide the best solution for the situation and not just the biggest sale. Everyone I have contacted has either answered their phone or returned my calls within an hour. When they say they will do something, they do it and do it promptly. That is everything I expect from a service company. If you want the cheapest outfit, be my guest. If you want the best value for your money, consider Church Services.

They were quick in installing the water heater and seemed professional. They were a little expensive, than I expected. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They were okay. The job was fine. They were reliable and they showed up when they said they would. I would probably use them again.

I am satisfied with the work and the care taken to my property. The crew of 6 worked very hard even during the extremely cold weather we had 2 weeks ago. Everyday when they left the site all trenching was covered with plywood and plastic sheets to prevent injury and mud runoff. My only complaint is that they did not relay the flagstone that was removed on the patio. I was told that the site would be left as found and shame on me for assuming and not putting it in the proposal that the flagstone would be reinstalled. I would recommend Church for this kind of service just understand you may need to do some tile work after they leave.

Our house is an old house and has little space in the attic to install HVAC system. Church services provided a split solution with a system for the first and second floors separately. In terms of cost, it is slightly higher than competitors. However, you get what you pay for

Plumber was there when they promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. Drain cleaning went smoothly except the drain cap was busted which required an additional $60 part. Cost of drain cleaning was $299 which is higher than other companies, but you're already $70 into the job with the mandatory service call charge, so hard to hold them to a fair price at that point. The plumber was professional and took the time to explain the necessary steps. Overall, good, timely service at what I felt was an inflated price.

Church Services was very easy to work with. I called and scheduled an appointment to diagnose a leak around my toilet. The service tech arrived on time and was professional. He quickly determined the problem and quoted the price. I thought the price was a bit high for the level of repair, but the tech was courteous and honest and worked quickly. I would call them again.

I would recommend them. They are real good. We have used them for a number of years. We have a lot of experience with them. We have always had good work. They are efficient. They know what they are doing. They are not outrageously expensive. They are not cheap, but their prices seem fair. We always have our air-conditioning serviced to make sure it is ready to prevent downtime. It is the same thing with the heating system. We try to avoid downtime rather than let something happen and then not be able to use it in the summer. We use Church Services as we need them.

I liked them. I spend a couple of hundred dollars a year with them. I know somebody that works there so I always ask for that guy. I am happy with him because he is always honest with me in helping me save money.

I have used them only once. I had a plugged drain and it was not just a hair ball in the trap but it was way far down in the line. They used specialized power snakes to get through it. It was a plugged line but it was a bigger deal than what most people would think. They would get the highest marks across the board as far as the service call, the guy that came in and the way he did the work was concerned.

No complaints... Everything went perfectly for everyone but the gecko. I was very pleased with their services and would definitely use them again.

The entire process was very comfortable. The service man arrived exactly on time and was very professional. He gave me a quote for the work to be done and that is exactly what the final charge was. He was very conscientious and concerned about leaving the bathroom as clean as it was when he arrived and was just a very nice man. This is the second time I have used Church Services plumbing and will definitely call them again next time I need plumbing services.

Called this morning. Plumber arrived this afternoon and prepared estimate. Completed all work in approximately 2 hours.

We have the priority plus membership where you get the A/C and Heater inspection along with 4 pest control services. We've used them for 2 years and have no major complaints. You get the same guy come to the house for the Heater and A/C work and the same guy for the pest control work, so it's nice to see a familiar face instead of a different guy each time. The guys are friendly and seem knowledgeable about what they do. You get a phone call the day of your appointment 30 minutes ahead when the guy is on his way to your house, so you can still run errands in the area and aren't just stuck in the house waiting. Unfortunately, they don't do home warranty work on heaters and A/C, so if the time comes to change out any parts, we'll use a different company that is in the network of the home warranty company. In the meantime, I'm happy to use them for the annual maintenance.

They did very conscientious work. They were very careful in preserving the sod they had to cut up to dig under the slab. Upon completion our neighbors could barely tell that the earth had been disturbed at all. They actually a few minor items outside the scope of our bid with out charging us any additional dollars. They were not the cheapest bid that we received but they came highly recommended and our experience was good. They worked hard and completed the job on time.

I had water dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen. I called the company and they sent someone that day. The plumber quickly determined that the leak was coming from the bathtub upstairs. He fixed the problem quickly. No problems afterwards. He was very professional. He had to cut through my wall to fix the problem but he kept the hole as small as possible and he placed a plate over it. I was very happy with the service. The entire experience was positive.

Church Services was one of 8 HVAC contractors that we had quote us on a full HVAC system upgrade; we selected to interview several contractors and were happy we did as there was a $3,000 price difference from the cheapest to the most expensive bid for identical equipment. We did not go with Church Services in the end because their price was higher that the winning bid (it was the second cheapest quote we got). However, working with their sales representative was a positive experience. He took the time to explain the equipment and the installation process thoroughly and answered all of my questions in concurrence with my research. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for a quote if you're looking for a new system.

They were very professional. They made it as none evasive as possible and did a really good job cleaning up afterwards.

The plumber they sent was very knowledgable and he explained each step to me before proceeding. At about 7pm he realized he didn't have the right pipe in his truck, so he went to a local hardware store so he could complete the job that evening. He cleaned up his work area before leaving. I was very pleased with the service.

I did a lot of investigation here on Angies List and then got 4 different quotes. I also talked to a good friend who owns a foundation inspection company and works with plumbers a lot. He recommended Church Services and I saw that they had a A rating on Angies List and a A+ rating on BBB. They also had the cheapest quote and were very responsive to all calls. In fact, they showed they reallly wanted the business by following up with me and asking if I had any questions or any concerns. They worked with me to make sure that I felt I was getting the best deal. They took about 7 days, just like they projected. They only needed us to be here one day and the facilities were only down during that one day. They cleaned up very well every day, but the workers did leave some chicken bones in the yard after their lunches. My only complaint was that they left some clumps of mud in the yard after completion. It had rained during the last few days. During our final walkthrough, I showed them where they left some cut up roots and mud in the yard. They came back in a couple of days and cleaned it all up. It looks pretty good now. So, I'm very happy with the entire experience. The office people and the sales person were all very professional and nice.

Workers proceeded over four days. Daily work commenced promptly and work habits were neat. One hole was prepared for pilings that weren't necessary. Cleanup was good. I was not aware of any management visits during the course of the work. Final paperwork (warranty) was not provided promptly. (I found it necessary to make one or two telephone reminders.) Overall satisfactory relationship. I use this company again.

They are okay. Sometimes, they overdo the sales pitch, but when I call them and tell them about it, they apologize to me. Sometimes, they just get over zealous. They have a good reputation in my neighborhood. They are very professional. They are very prompt. The thing I like best about them is that the person who makes the appointment, calls you when he is just 15 minutes away. They have different special schemes. I am on their priority list. Sometimes, I pay in advance and they do the work. I’ll continue to use their services in the future.

They are pretty good and we don’t have any complaints. We have to call them a couple of times before they return our calls. We would continue to use them in future.
