Simple enough: he did a comprehensive check of the A/C system to prepare for the summer cooling season. He showed me anything that was in need of replacement or repair and made recommendations. The only thing he recommended was replacement of two capacitors, one on the compressor unit and one on the main/attic unit. The price he quoted to replace both, was over $400. No thanks. A quick search revealed the replacement was a VERY easy DIY task. I changed them the next day for a cost of about $50. That said, the service tech was very friendly, personable, and professional.

Service provider did not explain much. I had done all of my research and knew what I needed and wanted. He did answer all of my questions but seemed annoyed I was asking so many questions. Had he explained, I might not have needed to ask all of my questions. Application was performed just before hours and several days of heavy rain. It took several attempts to touch base with someone at the office to confirm that 2-3 hours was sufficient time for treatment to "cure" and not be diluted from the heavy rains. Receptionist seemed reluctant to allow me to talk with tech directly. The first time I called she actually walked back and forth between her desk and the tech every time I had a question. If you know what you need/want they are okay. If you need more information about services you might need then getting them to talk may be difficult.

Purchased the Angie's List deal for two hours of electrical work. The electrician arrived on time and in two hours he installed a new outlet in the garage for the sprinkler system (had to drop wire and cut drywall) and fixed a wiring problem in the light in the hallway ceiling. I could have used him for another two hours! I would use Church Services again.

I was very pleased him with him. His name was Jim. He was really good. I liked him and he did a good job. I called him again when I needed electrical work. He put in both chandeliers within the 2 hours. He didn't leave a mess. He was very efficient, conscientious and measured everything very carefully. He was on time, very polite and didn't waste time with anything. The price from the big deal was great given a licensed electrician. The chandelier in the dining room has a lot of crystals on it and he was going to put them in but I told him that I could handle it. It took hours to put all the crystals on it.

The technician, Alex, arrived on time, with a greeting smile on his face. He identified the problem, a failed capacitor, replaced it and had the unit working within 15 minutes or so. He also identified that the part was under a ten-year warranty, so there was no charge for the capacitor. The service and labor charge, however, was $186, far too high for the time involved. Still, a very professional job well done. I would ask for Alex in the future.

He couldn't figure out how they were getting in the house. I need to call them again for a follow up.

They were able to come the day after my call, in both cases. Responded to my questions and those of my contractor with clear explanations. Showed me before and after photos of the coil. II thought the coil-cleaning bill was high, but I have nothing to compare it to.

Arrived exactly when stated , with a confirming call when about 20 minutes away.. Clean presentable Serviceman properly Identified and personable arrived at the Door and listened carefully asked pointed question , and set about his work ... after he assisted me corralling the last of the three cats into their carriers., without being asked. Big Kudos for that ! Large Maine C*** Cats that don't want to be caged can be a handful . At no time did I feel pressured to extend my service beyond the on visit . In Fact, I had to request information about continued service. I was given a no nonsense quick description and that was all. When he finished, I had to ask him to write a contract for continued service. I is so refreshing to have someone be professional and concerned about the job they are doing versus trying to be a salesman 1st and foremost.

Appointment was easily scheduled. Provider arrived on time, asked a series of questions to determine what we were seeing and where. Very nice, professional and thorough.

Church's agent, Don, arrived on time and ready to go to work. He documented the various deviations from ground "zero" in terms of inches of deflection of the floor. Same thing a structural engineer would do. He also did evaluations from the exterior. From his observations and measurements he developed a foundation repair recommendation and a drainage recommendation. He patiently explained the various (basically two) methods for supporting sagging foundations and recommended pressed pilings. We didn't really discuss the drainage recommendations because he needed more time than I had to do that. He emailed me the recommendations a few days later. I received a call back from Church's to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I did not because of Don's thoroughness.

The technician was very professional, punctual and patient. He explained my options and was very thorough. I will definitely use these services again in the future.

The service was not that great, it is okay. They came out pretty quick, in a week after I call them I think. I pointed out a couple of flaws because of ants. He said we are spraying on that and I think it didn't work so I think it was not great but okay. He was a nice guy. I may not be using them again in the future as I can try other providers.

Inspection showed that my attached garage was settling away from the main house. They recommended 6 piles be attached to prevent further settling. I scheduled them to come out. They showed up on time, explained what was happening, worked efficiently, and did a very good job cleaning up after themselves. I thought they did a professional job and would use them again.

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a large job (rewiring a house). I gave them the address including the zip code. They called back to confirm the address, which I did. They called again to confirm the address (Why did they need to do this twice??), which I did. Then they called back a fourth time to say that someone else had taken my appointment slot, which they did not hold while they called me three times to verity the address (which was the same address as one I originally gave them). I was so fed up by the time I had to call them back a forth time that I was not at all inclined to reschedule. Terrible customer service and terrible scheduling policies.

Their work was great - no problems. The service people were prompt, dependable, courteous.

Excellent results. Service was impeccable. Technician called ahead of time to advise when he would arrive was on time, courteous and explained different aspects of the installation.

I have not had the work done as yet. If Mr. Croxton the Foundation Specialist whocame out to inspect is any indication of what type of services Church would provide then I know I will be in good hands I will write a review should Church Services do the work .

The Church rep phoned as he was running a little late which was not an issue. He presented him (well dressed) and slipped on his slippers to avoid tracking dirt and leaves into the house. He inspected the equipment, noted down the model and serial numbers of both HVAC units. He noted that one unit was a little low on coolant which he added to bring the level up to specifications. He also noted that the capacitator was the original equipment (9 year old) and could fail at any time. We agreed to install a new one. The job was completed within 45 minutes, which he tested the furnace system as well. He presented a well written detail report of what he observed and the work conducted.

Electrician was on time and performed everything I asked well and in a timely manner. When one fan did not fit he ordered the new fan, kept me informed of when he could come again and returned within a week to install the second fan. Overall I was pleased with the service and will use Church Services again.

Church showed up at 8 am with 3 crews, put down drop cloths to keep the floors clean and went to work. They took out the air handlers, furnaces and condensers and went to work putting in my new Lennox systems. They did great work, clean, fast, professional, etc...They were done by 3 pm. Really fine work.

I have used this plumbing company in the past discovered them by purchasing one of their specials.They are always quick to respond to my needs.The gentleman was prompt polite and efficient. He did a nice clean job taking the old toilets with hm.
