I confess--I watch Holmes on Homes and saw the whole house surge protectors and thought "With all the electronics in this house, I need one of those!" Church Services offered them with a special for $150 so I had them come out and install one. I thought I would only need one because I was told by my contractor years ago that my second panel was run off the first. Ha! So I ended up getting another surge protector installed on my second panel (Church Services gave it to me for the same price, although the special had expired). Piece of mine, especially with the thunderstorms we can get here in Southeast Texas and the quality of the power I get at my house.

They were courteous and performed the work quickly and professionally. The only hiccup was we had to pay full price and then wait two months to get credit for the coupon (because the first check had the name misspelled.

The contractor who came out was very friendly, prompt, and professional. I would use their services again.

Service call made to flush system but was told the system was too old and out of code to just flush it. We opted to replace it which meant having the new one vented differently than the existing model. Church's serviceman came back at a time convenient for us and installed the water heater and venting without fault. Although it was raining rather hard during the installation, the two service guys continued to work inside and out and had the water back on in just a couple of hours. No problems since the installation!

HOWEVER, AFTER THE WORK A SMALL LEAK DEVELOPED IN THE HOT WATER HEATER. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY ON THE SERVICE BECAUSE OF A MIX-UP THEY MADE WITH MY ADDRESS.

Agent arrived on time and was professional and courteous. I told him I had two issues: tiny black sugar ants around the sink and window above the sink, and tiny beetles (and spiders that were feeding on them) in my pantry and beneath the island in the kitchen. Also tiny spiders and beetles along baseboards and windows. I had already emptied and cleaned the pantry and island, thrown away anything that was contaminated and had cans etc. on top of island and on table, all covered with sheets. He sprayed outside and the areas I was concerned with inside in the kitchen and around windows in other rooms, which was all I required of him. After he sprayed, I kept the food out of the pantry and island for two weeks. The ants were still there the very same day and and still here ever since. The spiders were gone. However I found some live tiny beetles in the pantry and inside the island during the next few days. i cleaned them out.again. These seemed to be gone by the time I put the food back two weeks later. After giving the company a less than favorable review, they sent another agent out to re-spray for the ants at no further charge. Not only did he cheerfully take care of the problem,but he found the source of the ants outside and put down bait. I have had no further problems and would definitely use this company again. I also had used this company (Church) before for some electrical work and I couldn't have been more pleased and would use them again for electrical work as well.

The technician from Church Services arrived on time and presented a professional assesment and service of my air conditioning system, including coolant refilled to optimum levels. I was impressed with his demeanor and knowedge.

Angie's list saw a great opportunity to have my A/C checked up and I took it and come to find out I have a leak and that my A/C was showing some wears and tears and he suggested things that could be done. He told me his opinion and was very professional.

They did from beginning to end with the contractor, phone call from the shop for the repair cost.

These guys are the best!!!!!!! I put in a call to use the 16 point check deal I purchased. The dispatch had a service guy at my door the next day. Unfortunately my unit was not working as he begun the process. I had previously had some electrical work done and the unit was not properly reconnected. Thus the Church Service AC guy could not do his thing. A couple of days passed, put in another call after the AC was reconnected, I thought. A second Church Service tech came out (AT NO CHARGE) to complete the check. When he arrived later the SAME DAY, the AC was still not working. The Church Service tech waited for the electrician to arrive (about 15 minutes) and worked side-by-side with him to get my AC up and running. He then performed the 16 point check. What a most awesome experience!!!

Got an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for Church Services for inside and outside pest control service. We were having some roach and ant issues in the house and called Church Services to redeem the coupon. The lady on the phone was very cordial and explained the service they would provide based on the coupon. When I told her that we couldn't do it on the date she picked, she offered to reschedule it to another date which was more convenient for us. Unfortunately on the scheduled day, it was raining fairly hard and that morning I got a call from them asking if I wanted to reschedule. I asked if it would be possible to have them work on the inside of the house and come back on another day for the outside. I expected them to ask for more money to have them come out a second time, but the lady said they would do it at no additional charge. Since it would be an outside job, we didn't even have to be home for them to spray/treat the yard. When the technician came to the house, my wife let him in and explained our pest issues, the technician was very understanding and explained why we were having the problems. He then treated the rooms and even worked around all our crap spread out in the bedroom. Then he went up into the attic area and laid down some bait. He collected payment and left after verifying we didn't have need of any other services that Church offers. A few days later (my wife happened to be home) he came back and treated the front and back yards and left the no-charge invoice at the front door. Overall, we are very happy with Church services and their professional team. I am thinking of signing on to their yearly pest control program since Houston weather is very conducive to pests and despite their best efforts, it's only a matter of time before we start seeing unwanted critters indoors. Would gladly recommend this company to others looking for pest control services.

Everything went well. Came when they said, took a very little time. Listened and responded to problem and came back for 1 quarterly visit since. All is good.

The Church Services technicians were very prompt and friendly. They came out to our house to look at A/Cs, one of which seemed to not be running at full capacity. After a prompt inspection of the A/C unit, it was discovered we were low on freon. They took care of that problem, but also went into the attic to make sure the A/C connection up there was working efficiently. After the inspecation, the technician thoroughly explained what was wrong, let me know they fill the low freon and what problems we may be facing with the A/C unit in the future. The whole time the two technicians were at my house, they were always friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Technician arrived on time. Work done was excellent. The technician was very nice, friendly and helpful. He cleaned up - left no mess and took away the old appliances. I was very impressed. Will definitely use again.

They were professional, thorough, arrived on time, courteous, knowledgeable. They did an amazing job and found things that I would never had thought of. I will be using them in the future for sure!

Church Services have a coupon, it was basically a coupon I purchased through Angie's List; it was $79 for inside and outside pest control. It was all good; scheduling was fine, they were on time, everything worked well.

The service representative came on time, was very professional, and treated the interior and exterior of my home. I was very pleased with the service, and I am considering a service contract as a result.

They were efficient, arrived on time, professional, courteous, they did a good job. I was satisfied the service and would recommend them to others.
