Arrived on time. Explained options/situation. Performed service.

I feel that I cannot comment on the quality with only a few weeks having passed. This was more preventative than treating anything. I might use this company again for the long-term termite plan, if their price is the best once we get more quotes.

My faucet was leaking and it required I buy a new unit. The gentleman who came out was very curteous and because of the type of faucet installed could not do a quick fix as I'd hoped. He did not charge me anything for the first visit and applied my Angie's list discount to the installation once I had received the new faucet. I had two different employees come out and both were very timely, curteous and did a great job.

Told fan light could not be installed because of access problem(2 story house built in 1950; work to be done on 1st floor. Recently had recessed lights installed in kitchen and living room.....same type access. 3 light bath fixture installed to replace previous 4 light fixture was installed way of center. Would like to send email and photos to company but no email available. Contacted online chat for this info, but was told to submit contact form which had no upload capabilities.

Used Angie's List deal for A/C maintenance. Church responsive with quick appt and man was on time. He explained more about air conditioners and maintenance.

Plumber did replace the flapper and toilet handle (which I supplied). Overall, I got an estimate for replacing faucets at the bathroom sinks. To flush the toilet you have to hold the handle down to the count of 6.

He arrived within the time frame specified. He flushed the hot water heaters. Explained how they were connected, which was helpful, as we recently purchased the house. He also checked and adjusted several of the toilets that were not flushing properly. I appreciated the time that he spent and all of his recommendations. Not everyone would give a customer that much extra time and have so much patience explaining to a new home owner how the plumbing works! We did use them again and will continue to use Church Services.

Everald arrived on time. Checked out both furnace units for winter. I also asked him to check on A/C drip pan because another vendor who had been in the attic told me it was full. Everald checked it out, found the water in the pan and blew out the drain line. When he was reviewing the system with me, he said the drain pipe should be replaced (if you have to blow it out more than 3 times, there's a problem. This is about the 8th time. Previous company I've used for OVER 20 year *NEVER* told me this!) He also asked if I had rooms that were hot in the summer/cold in winter, because my air ducts are undersized for the unit! I also asked the previous company if anything could be done about that very problem--the master bedroom has that very problem. I'm about to leave Houston and am putting the house up for sale, otherwise I would definitely have invested in the maintenance contract with Church Services. This is the second time I've used them for services (the other was to install whole house surge protectors) and I've found their employees to be knowledgeable and professional.

I found a number of bugs later it appears it work. They were quite professional.

The treatment seemed to help our ant problem somewhat a little but did not entirely eliminate it.

The exterminator was on time, friendly, and professional. He explained the process, and completed the work in a timely manner.

Very nice and courteous. He checked the air conditioner and cleaned the unit. He said we did not need freon so I'm not sure this deal was really worth the money. Seems like a good company.

Fine. It took about an hour, including inspection of the other hose bibs.

The technician arrived as scheduled and installed the surge protector quickly.

The tech arrived promptly and did the job very well. He pointed out a fan that was wearing out. We just had the whole system replaced by Church Services and are completely satisfied.

I did not use Church Services, they were way overpriced.

They did a great job treating the inside and the outside of our home. The guys that came out were on time and professional. We went ahead and signed up for a one-year contract while they were here, and they applied the amount that we paid for the Angie's List Big Deal to the annual price. The one-year contract includes quarterly treatments and as-needed treatments in between. We had a major spider problem on the outside of our house. The first outside treatment didn't erradicate all of the spiders, so we called a few weeks later to come back out to respray, which did the trick. It was easy to schedule an appointment both times. The girl who answers the phone is extremely friendly and knowledgable. The second visit was just as good as the first. We are very pleased to have signed up with them for the year. We had been looking for someone to do routine pest control for our home and did a little bit of shopping around. Their price is very good compared to other pest companies we had contacted.

It was great. The technician expained to me what he was doing at the outside and inside unit.

It was alright. They did everything they needed to do. The man who came to do the work was very courteous, nice and arrived on time. He also did other things that we didn't anticipate and it charged us another $160, but I expected that. It needed to be done and I was aware of it. It was okay and I didn't object to it. It was good!

What I wanted them to do with the Big Deal, didn't work out as as planned. I didn't have any o ther services to cash in the big deal for. They did a good job.

They were very professional, prompt, and good.

I purchased their $49 Big Deal special to do a furnace check. I called and they gave me an appointment for "after 4pm" the next day. I took time off from work to be at home at 4pm in case they came over early. Well, no one ever showed up or even called. I don't care to reschedule and will ask for a refund.

The appiontment was made quickly, the tech was on time for the appointment. The work was completed as requested. This took over 2 hours purchased for the work via the angie's deal purchased, so overtime was paid for completion. The only discomfort was the tech did not have the materials for completion. I had to run to home depot to purchase the supplies so the tech did not have to use the 2 hours I purchased to shop for materials. Also a $50 trip charge was added. The deal should advertise the trip charge so the consumer knows of the this and the materials problem.

Church's electrician was on time. He represented his company well......very courteous and professional. He noticed the old lights were installed without electrical boxes and in addition to installing the new lights he installed electrical boxes and pig tails because the house is wired with aluminum wiring. He quickly got the job done cleaned up and kept us informed of the discrepancies he found what he was needed to be done to correct the discrepancies. Very professional and thorough.
