I felt that everything was fine, but they didn't really give me information either way if anything wrong. They arrived on time, seemed to be doing what they were supposed to be doing, and everything has been working fine since they came out.

The entire job took about 3 hours and went very smoothly. There was not a mess after the work was finished. I was very impressed - so much so that I have recommended Church to several other friends needed plumbing services and have used them for plumbing work twice since this promo.

I used my coupon to have them install the plumbing for my new dishwasher. The technician was on time, friendly, and seemed to work efficiently, explaining things as he went. He cleaned up after himself, and asked if I had any questions. I was pleased with the work, and had this company out again soon for another problem elsewhere in the house, and received good service then, too.

Service man was prompt and very professional

I had purchased a 2 hour special and they even had time left over to install a couple of ceiling fans. They did an excellent job.

It went smoothly from start to finish. The A grades I gave in every category say it all.

Charles Williams did a great job. He did not have a part he needed. He went to Lowe's to get it.

No issues with the service, except that he cut a big hole in the sheetrock to drop the wire. I've installed a plug myself and did not need to cut out a big hole, but we gave him permission to do it and I guess it is the fastest way to get it done.

The serviceman took approximately 30 minutes to complete the job. He then proceeded to inform me of other services they had and the cost for those services.

I has to cancel my orig. appointment a couple of times before we finally had a date that would work. The young man came to my house, sprayed gave me the information about their company and their prices. Didn't try hard selling which I appreciated.

I called Church services and scheduled the appointment with no problems. They came as promised and performed the service. One of the A/C units was short on freon and they filled up. I did not have to pay for that because it was covered under the service I had purchased. The work took a couple of hours to do. Overall everything went according to expectations. I have used this company a few times so far with good results and I plan to do it again in the future.

It was okay. I would not use them again for plumbing. They did fix the issue so we were happy with that. They took our old toilet and made it a low flow and now we have to flush twice. That was not the issue before, we had a clogging issue, they did fix that, it was leaking, and constantly running so they fixed that.

The first experience with Church Services involved contacting the company for an appointment. Unfortunately the office staff seemed to know nothing about the electrical side of this business and could not answer any questions. An electician had to be sent to assess the situation and arrived to estimate what was needed. He did not see complications for the installation and a date was set. I purchased the security lights and other needed materials myself to save time for the work to be done since I had only 2 hours for this job. The electrician arrived on time and drilled a hole from the outside to place the lights. Problems arose when he went in the attic and could not reach the hole with wiring due to the pitch of the roof. I was then told that the project could not be done in 2 hours and that he would need an assistsnt to help complete the job. An additional fee of $90.00 was needed.The lights were installed on each side of the house, but in the middle portion of the house which was not what I desired. I was also told that to install an inside off/on switch would be an aditional cost which I declined. The electrician and assistant were polite and did finish the job. The lights have worked well with no problems. Toward the end of the work it began to rain and in their hurry to leave, they left my outdoor electrical panel open and all the labelling was ruined. The work was done well, but I disliked the unplanned need for an assistant since a previous assessment had been done and this was not discussed. I have a feeling the need for additional time at their normal rate is a common occurrence with this company.

We had a large amount of wind blowing through that Friday night. I was not at home at the time, but my housemates were. The wind blowing caused a breaker to trip. They could reset the breaker, but as soon as they attempted to turn the front light back on, the breaker tripped immediately. I called my "regular" company, and the earliest they could schedule a technician out was the next day. I called Church, since I had used them before, and they were able to provide emergency after hours support. I was expecting to wait an hour or maybe even two for a call back. However, I ended up getting a call back within 15 minutes, with an expected arrival time of an hour later. I came back home, and when I got here, the technician had already arrived (Marcos). He introduced himself, even though he had already started the work.. he was cleanly dressed in uniform, and was extremely polite. He continued to work on isolating the problem. He was able to reasonably isolate what was going on, and identified the problem with the ceiling light in the front of the house. He was perfectly willing to complete the isolation and correct the problem then and there, but he did mention the necessary time, and that he could schedule a time later when the rates would be normal. He suggested and quoted that we'd be able to have 2 of them back out at a reasonable rate (especially for 2 people) and suggested that we get a box installed for the light to prevent this from continuing to be a problem. I asked him to just make it safe, and he wrapped it up very quickly. He left me a solid quote, and left things safe & functional as I requested. I'll be having them back out to complete the work soon, and I would highly recommend Church Services.

We called Church services because we had a lot of bugs around our deck and I suspected we might have some mice in the attic. They came out on time on the day scheduled. The guy was nice, professional and actually wiped his feet at the door... little thing but most people don't bother. After he sprayed for bugs he checked the attic and said we did indeed have rodents. He told me how much ($350.00) and I reluctantly (and stupidly) agreed. They came back on the day scheduled, although a little late, and began work. They went around my house and stapled wire mesh around areas where rodents could get in. The mesh was pretty cheap and didn't seem like it would prevent a determined rodent. Then he went in the attic and laid rat traps. Had I known that was all they were going to do I would have spent the $35 for a roll of mesh and $10 for 4 mouse traps and saved the $350. Whatever... The more you know. The only part I really didn't like was when they were supposed to come back and check the traps. I had to reschedule for work and told them i absolutely had to be out of my house early so if I wasn't the first appointment then it would have to be another day... Well I waited and waited and finally had to go to work. I got a call from Church at 10:30. Very aggravating. But overall I'd say they did their job as they said they would.

The plumber arrived on time and was ready to work. He replaced the innards of two toilets and did an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. He also changed out an outside hose bib for us. He completed the work in a professional manner and we were very satisfied with the result. The work was a bargain using the Angie's List Big Deal compared to what plumbing usually costs. Overall, we are very pleased with Church Services.

It was a quick appointment, and the technician worked diligently.

overall nothing was accomplished. I just paid for the tech to show up. I think they have a chart or something that determines the cost of the job. The overall experience is "F". Failed to get my business again.

Electrician who came was very nice, professional and helpful. The only negative was that I telephoned the company the next day to ask a follow up question, but never received a response.

He was friendly and efficient. We were pleased with the service and will hire again.

The company contacted me within 30 minutes of my purchase of the BigDeal to setup an appointment for the service. The technician arrived in the timeframe expected and completed the work promptly. He made a recommendation regarding an emergency shutoff switch for my drip pan and gave me an estimate for that service but was clear that there was no indication of potential problems yet and said it was something to consider - no pressure sales pitch, which was much appreciated.

Everything went exactly as expected.
