Overall well - responsive and courteous; just ended up choosing another company for the actual work

They have installed two new air conditioners for me, as well as a faucet. They do excellent work.

Repairman was late arriving. When I detailed what I wanted, he had to go back to the shop for parts, even though I had told the appointment setter the same information. Costs kept adding up. When he pulled the toilet out (it was rocking) it was time for a second trip back to the shop. Four hours worth of work resulted in a very high per-hour charge. I would not use this company again.

I paid a fortune and it did not work out. They charged me the full amount and they just subtracted $29 dollars from the total. It really did not work out well. If I saw another bargain for that, I wouldn’t but it, not for them. The guy who came here was very pleasant. He came when said he was ready to come. He came in, immediately assessed the problem and fixed it. He did not go away and come back and change things. He was great.

I have used Church Services for pest control as well as plumbing. They arrive on time and complete their work quickly. I think they send a plumber that is qualified for the work requested, which is fine. I asked about a toilet problem, it's a very old Kohler one piece, and he knew nothing about it. I was hoping it could be repaired rather that replaced. In fairness, it's the most complicated system they ever produced, and few know how to repair it. I will probably replace the toilet and have to match the footprint. I recommend Church Services highly.

This firm was very responsive and sent someone out immediately. The technicians were on time, very professional and thorough. I have been told by others that Church Svcs. is on the expensive side, but judging by this experience, I'd say they were well worth the money. I will definitely use them again.

Church Services came out and we explained what we wanted done. We used them originally but we used another electrician that was really, really good. They hang the lights and all that but they wanted more money. I think we just cancelled and I would never sue them again.

It went good. I will use them in the future as long as the price is somewhat reasonable. He just seemed more educated than the guy I used to use.

Church Services were extremely thorough. I was more than happy with the time they took to check everything. Like other companies, they did not find any "hidden problems" that would have cost me more money.

The technican sprayed inside the windows sills, along the base boards, and outside the house around the windows and foundation to take care of the ant problem. I found hundreds of dead ants in the window sills and on the floor by the baseboards for weeks after the extermination. Whenever I spotted a couple of live ants, they were on their last leg and were dying from the chemical the technician applied. The tech sprayed areas that I requested, like the closets. I was about to move in and wanted to kill any roaches, ants, silverfish, and other bugs. At the time of service, the technican from Church Services offered me a special for future service and I purchased an additional three exterminations. I was very pleased with the service that I received.

Technician arrived promptly and provided an estimate of services beyond coupon purchased. Work was performed quickly and efficiently. Suggestions for other repairs and approximate cost given. No pressure to use services. Very friendly technician. Highly recommend Church Services!

This is a great company. They are reliable and do a great job, and we've used them for years, since they purchased the company that had previously done our pest control. If there is ever a problem, they will come back for free and fix the problem.

Went well. The lights worked, but tests showed large magnetic fields along our walls when they were on. He investigated and noticed some fans had been installed with fans and lights (i.e. the ones built into the fans) wired to two different circuits. He re-wired everything to be one circuit per room, and the problem went away. I had bought a Big Deal coupon, and then spent a little extra for some extra time. All in all it was a good value. My only complaint with this company is that I have had them over a few times for different electrical work, and I always ask for them to send the same electrician as last time, and they say they can and then someone else shows up -- Don't think I've ever had the same one twice. But in this case, it worked out fine.

My A/C went out on Thursday and by Thursday afternoon a Church rep identified the issue. On Friday morning I got a call with a price estimate (part ordered) and on Monday my A/C was fixed. The company called the A/C manufaturer to verify if the part was under warranty. The rep was very professional and did an excellent job so the next day I bought a coupon to get the tune-up. The rep told me about a safety valve that's missing in my A/C - valuable piece of information. I would recommend Church for all A/C repairs.

Bought deal of 2 hrs electrical work for $144. Jeremy was punctual and friendly. I had several projects (ceiling fan and 4 lights) and he did them in the order I requested. The ceiling fan installation took longer than expected so he could only do 2 of the lights. Very good service.

Easy to schedule, on-time service, hard working service-man who completed the job with success. We had a good discussion of alternative methods to solve my plumbing problem. Payment was taken care of on the front end through the promotion, and the serviceman was on his way.

I had a fine experience with them. They accepted the coupon and there was no problem. They did what they needed to do, but it just was not over and above and beyond. The only thing is that we did not have nearly 2 hours worth of work, they put in our surge protector in about 20 minutes. It kind of seems like when you call, if you buy that particular thing, they might kind of tell you that is not going to take 2 hours and you might want to have some other work for us, because I paid really $89 for half an hour, and that does not make sense.

It wasn't but a day or so after spraying when I noticed we still had bugs coming in the house and it was just like he sprayed water because nothing had changed for the better. No I would not use him again.

It was great and their attitude was nice. They were wonderful. When they were finished, they asked me if I had anymore work to have done.

Mr. Suarez was on time and answered all my questions. He explained how the unit worked as well as the warranty, all while installing the device. My neighbor called while he was here and when I explained why the protector was a good idea and they requested and had one installed. The workmanship and professionalism were topnotch.

I've had Church Services out to the house for A/C tune up and inspection before, but prior to my Angie's List membership. I found the prior service provided to be satisfactory, and had no concerns having them out to the house again. This time around, I found an Angie's List deal for 16 point AC Tune-Up and Inspection for only $49. Scheduling was easy; I called to request the service and advised that I had an Angie's List coupon. They took my name, confirmed my address, and advised that they had my deal purchase on in their records. We scheduled an appointment with a 4-hour window, with the entire call taking only a few minutes. On the day of the appointment, I received a call giving me 30-minute notice. Upon arrival, I immediately recognized the technicial as being the same individual that came out the last time, Joe. He performed the requested inspections, which I observed. As he worked through the inspection, he described what he was doing, why, and answered all of my related questions. When all was done, he advised that the system was in good working order, though there were a few minor items that would improve efficiency and general operation. This was by no means an attempt to sell on additional services; merely, frank and direct advice. I requested and received pricing on the additional services, as well as advice from Joe on the manner in which to proceed, and the criticality of hs findings. In any event, I found the service to be provided with the coupon to be of the same high level as the service previously provided on a non-discounted basis. I will be using Church Services again for A/C related services, and will be requesting Joe specifically.

Selling my dad's house and there was a gas leak. Pleased with the job they did.

A Saturday appointment was scheduled after making a request on Thursday, and I was given an ETA of 8am - 12 pm. I purchased a Big Deal via Angie's List for two hours of service for $144. A representative from Church contacted me at 11:45 to let me know the electrician was traveling from Spring. and would arrive within the hour. The electrician arrived shortly after 1:00 pm. He quickly asked for my service requests and determined the issue with the indicator lights on the GFCI switches was not of immediate concern - switch replacements were not necessary. Raul took less than one hour to complete the ceiling fan removal and new lighting fixture installation. He was very careful to ensure he cleaned up after himself. He was also very professional, and had a great attitude. Both lighting fixtures looked great once installed. Because there were no additional issues, Raul completed his service visit. I plan to use Church Services again in the future!

He said that due to the age of our water heater a flush was not going to help much and it didn't. I asked if we could use the money we paid for the flush to be used on some other minor work. he checked with his boss and was told no. he did adjust a leaking drain on one of our skins while the water heater was being flushed which I thought was nice of him.
