It was a big deal purchase. They were punctual and very good.

We had a lot of spiders from having our contents in storage. Bought the big deal for 69 treatment. Came out, sprayed the entire house inside and out, explained everything. Didn't try to upsell or sign us up for anything. Put a major dent in the spider population in my house.

They came out and where out for 10-15 minutes and it didn’t work, the bees were still there. They came back but charged us $200 but they did it reduced it to $165 after I protested. I would want an estimate before using them again.

Wayne was the best anybody could ask for. Initially, he was just going to provide an estimate and send somebody back at a later date. Instead, he decided to complete all the work himself and did so quickly.

They are fantastic. Effective, professional, prompt.

The guy that came out was nice and I felt like I needed one bit of work he recommended. However, he started telling me my evaporator coils were shot and dangerously full of mold and that they could not possibly be fixed and needed to be replaced. Then this super aggressive salesman tried to get me to spend nearly six thousand dollars on new coils. I only recently purchased the house and the inspector said everything with the central air was terrific. I got another opinion from an hvac guy and he said the same thing. I felt as though being a woman, I was being treated as though I were stupid and gullible. They'd been awesome when I used them before, but that was a bad experience.

Excellent customer service, showed up on time, very clear explanation of services and very reasonable price. Very pleased with the way I was treated and the professionalism of all the people I was in contact with.

It actually turned out really well. As a matter of fact, I need to call them back to use them again this year.

They're an "A+" company and it was an extremely fast service. They were on time and ahead of time as well.

He did a great job. He did what was necessary. It is leaking again though. I don't know if it the faucet. I was very pleased with him. I called Church service back and he is no longer working there. I only got one hour. They did minor things. He was excellent. His name was Mike. Too bad he left, I was going to use him again.

They were prompt and professional. I don't have any real concerns since they said the AC system was fine. They suggested the installation of a float switch and left a quote. I was not home during the service, my wife was. We did have the float switch installed by another company (it was a third of the cost). The fan outside seems to cycle funny and was what prompted us to have a check-up. They did not identify any issues so we'll keep our fingers crossed.

Agent was very courteous,knowledgeable,and well prepared for the job at hand. I would rate the agent at a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10 Great job and will use again if needed

I called Church Services to schedule an appointment and used a coupon for $89 ($200 worth of services). They estimated on the phone that installing an electrical outlet would be about 2 hours of time and $200. The electrician arrived late and spent a great deal of time taking phone calls rather than working. Phone calls included a call with his wife on how to program the DVR. The electrician spent quite a bit of time trying to drill into a piece of wood and it just wasn't working. He figured out that he needed a new drill bit and would have to return another day. After returning with a working drill bit, he again spent a good deal of time at my house talking on the phone and out at his van. When he finally was done, he wanted to charge me nearly $400 because of the 2 trips and amount of time. I ended up calling the office and negotiating a rate of $300. But IMO an efficient electrician who had working equipment would have been able to add the outlet in the 2 hours originally estimated. Horrible Service!!! I would never use them again.

Not knowing what the Big Deal ($111 for $200 of service) would cover I called Church prior to purchasing. I said I wanted to have the kitchen faucet replaced (with one provided by us) and the valves to two sinks in bathroom. The gentleman I talked to wasn't sure so he said he would talk to a manager and call me back. He did and I was told the manager said it would cover replacing 2 faucets provided there were no problems. When the tech arrived we were told it would be an additional approximately $450 (I don't remember the exact amount). The tech was very nice when I relayed what I had been told and called his manager. The manager 'vaguely' recalled the situation with the rep I had spoken to. He told the tech to replace the kitchen sink and its valves for the $200 and leave the bathroom valves. Since we couldn't do the valves ourselves we went ahead and had the tech do them for an additional $311. We recently had Church replace our air conditioning unit and were very satified. However, last year we had them bid on some plumbing services and they came in over $2000 above the next lowest bid. We will use them again for a/c but will not use them for plumbing.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Church Services. He was very polite and he did not try to oversell us or said that something was majorly wrong when it wasn't. He fixed it very easily.

He did a great job, had to cut the wall, which we expected, but was able to do so minimally. Was pleased that he also cleaned up well afterward. We'd bought the $144 for two hour service and he went over but the extra was well worth it.

Church Services did a great job. It took three days to do the work, and each day when I came home, I was AMAZED at how clean they left everything. The areas around the house that had the worst issues - cracking, wall boards pulling apart, a window pulling away from the wall, and some issues in the attic - all were remedied. All my exterior doors close with complete ease now - what a difference. They also put everything back in its place - boards on the deck, landscaping, landscape rocks - and the cement patches also look nice. Other than the patches you would never know they were there. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I think it went very well. I haven't used other providers so far when it comes to this type of services but the person who came to the house was very nice and helpful. It was a pleasant experience.

We wanted to get our house treated before vacating it for several months. The serviceman was punctual, professional, and very kind to me and my large dog. He quickly and thoroughly sprayed all exterior and interior walls with emphasis on the doorways. It has been about 8 months since our home was treated, and it still seems to be keeping new pests from entering the home (when they do enter, they die quickly without me doing anything!) I will likely use this provider again because we have seen great results.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. It was for two hours and I had to go over an additional half hour. The technician was very professional and very cordial. He performed the work very adequately and he explained things well. He did take what I thought was a little bit longer than maybe he should have but the work was thorough and I was very happy with the service. He made sure that he cleaned up after himself, which was appreciated.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They applied the cost of the deal to the total price I paid. He arrived on time and he explained what he was doing. I was certainly satisfied with them. I would definitely recommend them. I don't know how their prices compare to others but they were certainly professional and fulfilled what I set forth to have filled so it certainly worked.

We bought a deal for $144 for two hours worth of work; they showed up with two guys for one hour total (so, two man-hours). They worked independently and did everything on my list in about 20 minutes total. In retrospect I probably didn't have enough work to justify using the two-hour coupon, but they did everything fast and courteously--much faster than I anticipated. In any case, they did what I asked them to do, and did it well.

Okay. The cost for fixing the dripping faucet seemed a little pricey for something that I considered simple.

They were very professional and provided the required repairs.
