Bought a Big Deal and made an appointment for them to come spray my house. I am a Girl Scout "Cookie Cupboard" and wanted an extra extermination before all the cookies were delivered. They came right on time and did a very thorough job. Had no pest problems at all, and the guy doing the work as nice as could be.

I made an appointment, and they showed up right on time. The washing machine faucet was totally limed up and wouldn't open or close. They had to go up in the attic to work on the line there. Took every minute of the two hours, plus a bit, which they didn't charge me for. Got it done and now the faucet works great! Gives me peace of mind as now I can turn off when I travel.

Found out part of the A/C was frozen and needed to be charged with more Freon. We've used Church Services multiple times for A/C work and have been happy with the service each time. Just wish we had a better A/C unit so we wouldn't need to call them as much!

A previous electrical company told me my breaker panel needed to be replaced. He said I could not by replacement breakers?The Church technician informed me you can by them at The Home Depot. Imagine that!

Hector from Church Services did not arrive until 4:39pm, & I felt that he was thinking that since it was already so late the less he had to do the better. I had purchased The Big Deal - $99. for $200. worth of licensed plumbing from Church Services - & wanted 4 master bath sink faucets which were leaking (2 hot & 2 cold) repaired. Hector said to fix 1 sink would be $267.18 (before applying the $99. deal), & as it turned out he couldn't repair the other 2 faucets because he couldn't remove the cold handle on that sink without possibly breaking it. So I went with the repair of the left sink faucets which didn't take long at all. I then asked him about replacing the part in the bathtub that opens & closes the tub drain because the screw for that part had broken off. He quoted me the price of $500.!! telling me that all of the parts - the drain part, the shower head & pipe, & the water on & off faucet - would need to be replaced because they were all connected. I do not know for sure if this is true, but I felt since it was already after 5pm he wasn't too anxious to do the repair, & of course I was NOT willing to spend $500.!! I don't know how plumbing companies determine their prices, but in my opinion they soak the customer (pun intended) & charge outrageous prices for very little time & work! In the past I have called Delta faucets, & they have graciously agreed to send the parts I've needed which cut down on my cost. I should have done that this time. For $166.18 I got a Delta turn stem, a Delta spring, & a Delta seal. WOW!! I will NOT be calling Church Services again for any of my plumbing problems!

It went fine. They explained what they were doing so I was well informed. I would use them again in the future.

Updating this review. Later in the evening after the install was completed, we noticed the smell of natural gas downstairs. On going upstairs it was very pronounced, especially in my girls rooms in which they were asleep. Long story short - the gas lines were not tightened and our attic was full of the smell of natural gas as was much of the second story. I was able to locate the leaks with a bottle of soapy water and secured the fittings. Probably not the safest thing to do, given the standard advice to leave your house if you smell gas, but it worked. To their credit, a plumber was dispatched around midnight to confirm that everything had been corrected. However after experiencing such a scary and potentially dangerous situation, I would hesitate to use them in the future. Original review: For the most part the project went off without a hitch. Very professional from the time they arrived to assess the situation and provide a quote, to the time they did the install. Price matched a lower bid that I had from a local independent contractor A few glitches: 1) They showed up EARLY, which usually would be nice, but we did not receive a call and as such not everyone in the house had showered, and we had a bunch of stuff we wanted to move in the attic which we could not do. 2) The agreement was to replace the two 40 gals with two 50 gals. The plumber measured several times when quoting the bid and I was assured we could do it, however I was told the morning of the install that the 50 gallon units would not fit through the opening into the attic. So either he didn't measure right, or just brought the wrong units, or something. A minor price adjustment was made and I went with the 40 gallon units. 3) I was promised that new drain pans were to be installed, and they were not. Not really a huge issue, but I do feel a bit misled. None of the above issues would prevent me from using them again, and they don't really fit in any of the review categories, which is why I have an overall 'B' rating and everything else is an A

Church came out previously and gave us a free estimate on fixing 2 toilets. I was given a very expensive bid to replace them to some very high end, high powered toilets. We opted not to go this route so I didn't use my coupon at that time. We later got a clogged drain in our upstairs bathroom so I used my coupon to use their services. They did a great job and only charged us tax on top of the coupon price.

Excellent service. Showed up early on a Sunday morning.

They arrived fairly on time to the scheduled time and performed a winterizing check on the furnace to make sure all were running correctly.

They took care of my plumbing needs. They were professional and timely. They were very helpful and honest about other work that I was wanting done. He was upfront about pricing and made other recommendations.

I have used Church Services many times and they are prompt and expert in their plumbing service. This time was no different. I highly recommend Church Services.

He was really good. He gave me suggestions for the problem I have. He gave me options. The price was really reasonable. It was a really great service!

The service tech was able to get my a/c back up and running very quickly. It was an easy fix but i didn't know how to do myself. Since it was after hours(late Sunday evening) there was a $149 mandatory charge. The service tech only charged me an additional $50 and he was there for 30-45 minutes. I thought that was more than fair for getting your a/c back up and running in Texas in July.

They never showed up during the window of time they had given me. I had to call them after the window had already passed for them to tell me that their plumbers were all busy and they couldn't come see us. I can understand if things come up and people are tied up, but I would expect a phone call from them to notifiy me instead of waiting for the entire 4 hour window and then have to contact them to find out what is happening.

They were very nice and were very quick to come out. They looked around and gave us the information. They explained that our foundation was fine. They stated that it was only an exterior issue and pointed us in that direction. He advised us of other options and that we should wait to move forward. They were very helpful.

When we called then about the seal breaking, they arrived right on the spot. Their cost was a little more than we were used to paying. It worked out fine and we have no complaints.

I hired them this one time when we first moved into the house. They did a fine job.

I liked the guy who provided me with the estimate. He was competent and professional. The work has not been done yet. I am only waiting for the temperature to cool off before going forward with the work, but I will likely hire them for it.

We have dealt with them many times. The work was fine.

There was one guy who install several light pictures that I had and I thought to get by electricians to do it but did not and he installed it. I think the one that makes difference to me is when I came out at night, I got a motion sensitive light for the garage which is wonderful. He also said ahead of a light to put on the old plan that is in our family room and he said that he would do better to just get a new plan with the new light. I had the fixtures of changing the map and he did a god job. He is very above to work on it and I have been very pleased. He was very professional and he did not bulk at anything I asked him to do because it was just to put that electrical thing away for set up, get that map for that day and it did not start. I do not know if we finish but at least I felt like we got our money worth on them. That was good and I will call him again.

The salesman was very informative and not pushy. The workers were very professional and were very helpful after finding a leak in the pipe. They stuck around to talk to the plumber and made sure it was all back to working order before leaving.

Church Services did a good job. They were on time and had a fair price.

They said they had to do a bunch of other work that ran the cost up. I thought that the rep they sent out was cordial, nice, and understanding. I am disappointed that they did not get a permit to do the work which cost me considerable problems. They did not contact the electric company so I was fined $100.
