I got an estimate to repair my foundation. They were professional and came at the scheduled time. I may hire them if I decide to have the work done.

They need to be very careful about what they were going to have done in writing. The workers were fine. I don't believe they were upfront about getting the right unit for our house. I believe they overcharged us.

It went great. He was able to come the day of and was very nice. He got it done in less than an hour.

Poorly, they connected the hoses back incorrectly and water leaked on my ceiling. I had to have the ceiling and one wall dry-walled due to damage. They did pay for the service of drywall but I did not receive a discount or refund and it took weeks before they completed they work on the A/C and drywall from the date of the incident.

Technician and customer service very friendly. Just received a little less responsiveness from sales person that had follow-up with me. Once I called back in to the general line, the person who I talked to took care of my requests. Overall a positive experience with just a minor glitch.

We did not hire them due to the high price. They were over double the price of a competitor doing the same process. When I advised them we were going with another contractor due to the price, their engineer got very rude and beligerant. I will never use or recommend them because of the arrogance and attitude.

PRETTY SMOOTH. BUT TEMPORARY. THAT WAS NOT THE FINAL SOLUTION. WISH I HAD HAD MORE DETAILS ON HOW TO FIX PROBLEM PERMANENTLY.

Everything went smoothy and results were actually better than I expected.

We have been a loyal customer for the past 4 years. When they perform the preseason checkup, they also try to "upsale" unnecessary items. We understand how that works. Church Services installed a new A/C unit in June 2013. During the spring preseason checkup on April 7, 2017, the technician stated "the capacitor on the Bryant is weak on the fan side". He verbally said that "the people who installed the unit used a sub-par capacitor". This is the unit that Church Services installed in June 2013. This is "upsale" at a whole new level.

We were pleased and we will call them for other services as we need

The leak was eventually repaired. We wasted hours at home waiting for them to show up and were frustrated it took three visits to complete the job.

performed decent assessment for water leaks, but failed to reinstall toilet properly after finishing which results in water on floor each time it is flushed and therefore cannot use. At first ignored several requests for company to return to properly re-set the commode. Did poor job of assessing the # of piers necessary and their proper placement according to an independent structural engineer (not associated with, nor suggested, any particular company to use) who I subsequently hired to perform an analysis to determine the number of piers needed and placement of those piers. Person company sent to evaluate the foundation did not use the type of measurement 'machine' that the independent structural engineer used, and which another company had used. The representative concluded the house needed several more piers than the other company or the independent engineer said was needed. Further, the person Church Services sent evaded providing answers to questions about how the work would be performed and protecting the integrity of original oak flooring in home. I have since met 2 other people who were very disappointed with Church Services work.

They were referred to me by Angie's List and I called a general number.

It went well. When they put the line in the attic, they put a plastic line and I made them change it to copper. They were professional. The job was completed efficiently and the quality looks very good. We were happy with them.

The first visit definitely helped the issue. However, I did continue to see them after 3 weeks after treatment was done. I have scheduled the complimentary follow up service which should, hopefully, resolve the issue comoeletely.

Never showed up to the appointment. Appointment was from 4pm to 7pm. When I called at 6:45 and I was told an after hours manager would call me back. They never called.

Very well. Got the problem fixed quickly.

They were prompt, but most expensive bid of the 5 estimates I got. Did not use them

I was called ahead that the exterminator was on the way. Isobel did a wonderful job - very thorough. Explained what she was doing. Took her time to do it right. Isobel is very personable, and I plan to ask for her in the future.

Patrick (the tech) inspected the A/C, and found it did not need any refrigerant. I told him I was selling the house, and he recommended that I get it professionally cleaned, and I agreed with that, and he showed me the rusted capacitor (sp?) that he said would need to be replaced eventually, and I told him to replace that also. He also noticed the occasional chirping of the smoke alarm in the house, and he offered to replace the battery for me which I really appreciated. So, Patrick was great! The problem was with the accounting dept. The bill was for $421, but they forgot to credit me for a $69 credit I had with them for an expired coupon deal I bought through Angie's List.. I sent them a check for $352 on 4/27/16. Several phone calls, emails, and 3 months later, even with confirmation from them that I have a $69 credit through Angie's List, I am still getting statements. On 8/3/16 they sent me an email stating that they have not been sending statements to me; I faxed them the last 2 statements back the next day, both of which state I owe them $69 :) Ridiculous. I gave Church Services an "F" for responsiveness in handling this matter.

They're out of business now. They've been bought out by Church. They were wonderful. They've done well by us. I called them back several times. They were awesome.

They keep saying it's this that and the other thing. But we didn't have that problem before. So that was not as satisfactory. They've been good to us. They've been very timely. When the air conditioner has gone out or heater has gone out, which has happened, they've been right on the spot. So I've been very pleased from that angle.
