Unfortunately, I called to make an appointment and had to repeat address at the end of the call. I did not feel very confident that the information I gave regarding the problem were heard/understood. A couple of hours later, the young women called back and asked what the problem was again. At this point, I said never mind. I have a lot of construction going on and just did not have time to repeat again.

The tech was absolutely great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and why. He did a lot more than the coupon, and I actually ended up having the water heater replaced while he was there. The price seemed fair, so I had it done.

The plumber was quick and efficient.

We needed a very old and broken down a/c unit replaced. They were excellent in telling me all the info and making sure I understood what needed to be done and why. Within 24 hours of unit breaking down, we had a new one installed and working. They came to install it exactly when they said they would, and the installers were very professional and skilled at their work. We've used Church Services many times, and I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Jose did a super job and now I am completely comfortable with the breaker box and the special breakers like GFCI. This is the third time I have used them and they never disappoint. They do a lot more than electric work. Check them out. It's the one on Britmore in Houston. They also have one in Austin.

The repair man was very respectful of my kitchen and he cleaned up everything and left everything in good shape. He was very professional.

They were fine. There wasn't anybody that we have gotten through Angie's List that we don't happy with.

I was pleased with the service and they did a good job. However, they said they would not offer an Angie’s List discount again. They cleaned up well and I have no complaints.

Church Services are a pretty good company. They're responsive. The prices are a little bit high. They're always available. I used them for other things over the years, and they're a pretty good company. I don't have any major complaints. I have an older house, and I use them because they do a bit of everything.

Simple solution. Honest, straight forward, good service.

They lost the potential for my business, plain and simple. It's not like I called at the last minute; I called on a Monday and asked about their availability for Friday. And then after I had to make special arrangements to be home during this time period, they didn't show or call. Very unprofessional.

It's been 4 months and the job is holding up. Church Services is my new plumber when I need one again.

He called and said he would be about 40 minutes late, but arrived when he said that he would, determined the issues I was having and fixed everythinig I was having problems with.

The service tech figured out what the problem was. He alao checked a few other components on the furnace. The failed part was under warranty, so they ordered the part (unbeknown to me at the time). | After several days, I phoned the provider to ask where I could get the part (a low pressure relay) and they said hey have the new part. I made an appt. to have it installed and they showed up on time, installed it and checked that the furnace worked.

The sales person came twice, as requested, to help sort out the multiple options. Installers came on time, finished on time and left place clean. Everything that was agreed upon was done. New units work well and did not require follow-up.

Scheduling the work was easy. Chuck was able to work us in quickly - we were fortunate that we only had to wait a few days due to a gap in their schedule. Work performed on time as agreed. Crew was professional and courteous. They restored the flower beds and grass to very near their original condition as well. An additional consideration is that we bid the work to 3 companies and Church was the lowest price. We have used them for other services in the past with good results, so we ultimately chose them based on past experiences rather than the price point. But we were certainly pleased that they were reasonably priced.

Still had to address root problem later since that issue was more time consuming and would have been more expensive. He at least got me to the point of being able to have my a/c back on and that whole wall of power back on that had been off.

The purchase worked out well. There weren't any additional charges. The plumber was there approximately an hour and a half. The shower handle has been working perfectly since they fixed it.

We had a list of things that needed to be done. Church came out the same day. Dispatch called ahead of time to let me know when to expect to be home. They proactively called again to let me know that traffic would cause a small delay. I appreciated the professionalism. Mo (Mauricio, I think) was polite, efficient, humble, and knowledgeable. He was also highly principled--despite a couple attempts to have him install an HVAC controller (easy stuff for an electrician), he politely declined because he is not licensed to do that. I respect that greatly. No complaints at all. I will be calling Church back to do the HVAC controller installation.

Horrible--- told one price and approved. Billed for more than double the price without consulting me.

Drywall is cut a little big to put the surge protector into, so there is a gap around it that needs to be repaired to look good.

I purchased a coupon and called them because of a water leak under my house.The man on the phone had no idea whether they worked on plumbing under the house, but he didn't think so. Eventually, he offered to check into it and call me back. I never heard from him. I called another plumber, who came out promptly. He explained that the best option was to reroute the water lines through the attic instead of making repairs under the house. Church's poor customer service and lack of employee training lost them the job.

Needed an electrician to check the wired-in smoke detectors. And going thru diagnostics other things were uncovered. I'm an engineer so I'm familiar with some of the stuff and the things the technician pointed out were out of code. He took the time to go hru most and explain potential corrective actions and intrinsic risks on each one. Overall I was quite satisfied with the service provided, specially being last call before Thanksgiving day.

I had been researching to find a reliable & HONEST a/c company. I thought I found it when I accepted the bid from Church Services. Well the salesperson was the last decent thing they offered. They got the unit in okay but their lead man could not speak English so communication was very limited. They we're suppose to install another up draft for better circulation but they couldn't accomplish that. I had specifically asked for a Trane thermostat which was not installed. When I asked where it was they told me it couldn't be done because of the expense of that thermostat. It wasn't included in the original bid because they had given me a better unit than I had purchased. BTW they didn't tell me that I supposedly had gotten a better unit until I asked where the Trane thermostat was. I also asked for my filters to be changed on both of my extra filtration units. I am submitting a photo of what they did. They put in a ill fitting filter. The filter exposed my coils. I am having tile replaced & the dust could have really hurt my a/c unit! I will not use them for anything!
