They could not help me because they are not able to get them from the supplier because only the city can, but he guided me to the right person. It did get done the next day. They really did help me, and they knew exactly who I was to call. And they did not charge me anything to come out that day. Without him I would have never have known I even needed a cement box.

My experience went okay. The staffwas professional and did an okay job.

Arrived on time, professional manner, cleaned up after the work. Their estimate was on high side but you get what you pay for. The person who came to give the estimate and see our home is the person we requested to do the work, When the schedules needed to be changed, Church Services arranged another date to accommodate everyone.

As always, Church called 20 minutes prior to the techs arrival and they completed the work in a timely and professional manner.

I had a GFI that I tried to replace and then it still didn't work, so I called out Church. Church told me over the phone that they had a diagnostic fee to come out of $69. If I decided to have the work done, then they would waive the fee, and go on hourly (I think $150/hour?) to fix the problem, if not, then I was responsible for paying the $69 for them coming out. When the technician came out, he wouldn't even diagnose the problem without going on hourly. He said for "insurance" problems and "risk" that he couldn't work without going on working hours. "What if he got hurt?" I thought this was ridiculous. I agreed to pay $69 to diagnose the problem...I knew that I was at a minimum liable for this cost - it just didn't seem right that we now had to go on a $150/hourly rate without even knowing the problem. So, I called the office. I spoke with the scheduler who eventually had to connect me with a manager, as I was not happy, feeling like I was getting a bait and switch. Eventually, Church honored the diagnostic fee. The technican fixed the plug in probably 5 minutes? While I completely appreciate that my dissatisfaction was rectified by talking to the manger, I have responded to their survey that they sent me via mail that they should not be offering diagnostic fees AT ALL for electrical services, if they can't diagnose a problem for $69. Turns out I just switched the wires on the GFI - expensive switch to make! And I wonder how long it would have taken him to fix the plug on the hourly rate?

They did a wonderful job for us. We’re very happy with them. They have to wait until the house settles before they can do that. They were punctual , did what they said they were going to do, and cleaned up every night. It was well done. They came out and looked at what the engineer had said. They made minor changes that hit their policy and that was fine.

My dishwasher stopped working, and I narrowed the problem down to the outlet under the kitchen sink. I called Church Services the morning of 3/11, and I was promised a callback 30 min prior to the arrival of the electrician. Church Services called me at 1pm of the same day, and Mike(the electrician) arrived by 1:30. He spent about an hour testing and chasing down the problem, which ended up being a lose wire nut in a splce in the wall behind my dishwasher. He promptly fixed the problem and offered some advice on another couple of issues. I will definitely use Church Services in the future for plumping, electric or other services.

A leak was found that would have cost us around $6,000 and continue to damage the foundation of the house. We decided not purchase the house since the seller wouldn't fix it. Glad that we didn't buy this house. Would have very upset to have gone through with the purchase and then to find this leak. They also found a leak in the master bathroom shower pan and that one of the water lines needed to be rerouted. The $500 fee saved us around $15,000 in repairs.

My house was draining poorly. Hector and Bill found the outside clean out which was hidden underneath dirt in the flower bed. It took a while to locate it, but they did. The house drains well and I now know where the clean out is if it happens again. Thank you, Church Services.

The gentleman who came out seemed knowledgeable and, after spending some time in the attic, pointed out some issues with my aging AC. I explained to him that I've been band-aiding my system for a few years, but the band aid’s are getting more expensive and frequent. The repairs he proposed were going to be in the high hundreds, pushing a grand. Getting tired of patching up the system, I asked him what else he recommended. Fast forward a few hours, a respectful salesman showed up and proposed to me a new system. I was a bit leery because when I started asking about leaky ductwork he was a bit wishy-washy and didn't display a lot of confidence that it would get fixed right. For example, I said, “what about leaky ductwork behind walls?” His initial reaction was that it would not be accessible, thus not repairable. Sorry but, wrong answer!! I know the ductwork in my house needs major rehabilitation, I need 100% iron clad assurance that you are able to fix it with confidence. My hunch was that the nice shiny new system would be installed, and I’m sure it would be installed correctly, but that my duct work would not get the attention it needed. The salesman did attempt a bit of a hard sell on the system, but not too bad. I imagine it could have been worse. But h***, that's what salesmen do I guess. Overall Church did what they said the were going to do - no complaints. I decided to pass on new system and had some more “patch-work” done for now.

I purchased a Big Deal for pest control spray. It went well.

They were good. I have a service contract so it did not cost anything. They were prompt and called before they got there. I do not have any complaints with them.

Everything has gone great. They're very friendly.

This was a simple procedure but for an older home I just moved into so the water heaters were a question. The tech explained everything along the way and provided some good advice for future steps we may want to take. All in all a great experience and I would use them again.

It has been simple to schedule appointments and they were punctual.s. There was still a problem with the sugar ants and I called them back. They were very polite, nice about it, and came back quickly. He had sprayed around the window and I did not realize he has sprayed there and I had cleaned. He put some poison on the exterior where they were coming in from and that took care of the problem. I haven't seen one since.The electrician who came out was great. He did more work than expected and did a wonderful job. He had extra time left after he completed and I had him look at some of my walkway lights that had stopped working. He found that the box needed to be replaced. They were reasonable in cost for the work and the time that they spent. I will continue to use their services in the future.

An appointment was originally made for the afternoon of the day i called. A technician became available in the morning and they called to reschedule the appointment earlier, which i readily accepted. The technician was there within the hour and the work was completed within an hour. Several loose wires were found within the electrical box, any of which could have caused the power fluctuations we experienced. He also found that a new circuit breaker and wire which had been installed by John Moore Services five years previously, were mismatched to each other and to the breaker box. The breaker was replaced with a new one of appropriate size and brand. A whole house surge protector was installed.

I was very pleased from start to finish with the job. John came out to do the quote and was on time and did a thorough evaluation. I thought I needed additional foundation work, but his measurements showed me this was not the case. The quoted price wasn't the lowest one I received (I had 5 different companies provide quotes), but it was very close. The difference was the lower company did not instill any confidence in me that the job would be performed well. Once we agreed to services, I received a document via e-mail letting me know what to expect and a FAQ page. Very helpful, since I'd never had this kind of work done before. The crew that showed up worked hard, including a rainy day and a super-cold day. No complaints, they arrived on time and just go to work. I wondered what the cleanup would look like after they did so much digging and trenching. They did a great job from start to finish.

One caveat. Read the contract! There is a Hold Harmless clause regarding issues that can arise after the work is done. Work completion bumped up against a weekend and not being able to talk to someone over the weekend about a plumbing leak cost us a large repair bill that was outside the Agreement. Work done was great, very neat and professional.

Horribly. Purchased a coupon off of angies list, thinking it was a steal. Oh it was a steal all right. A steal for your money. They over charge you for the services. And then they do a half a$$ job, and then return to ask for more money to perform the same job they did less than 12 hrs ago. i highly advice that no one uses this company. Unless, you plan on forking out a whole lot of money. Which by the way, they will have you paying for more of their services in the end. I ended up having to call Mr. Rooter due to the issues in our plumbing. Mr. Rooter came out and fixed the problem that Churches Services Plumbing, supposingly fixed the first time. It is funny that when a company provides services less than 24 hrs ago. That they be allowed to charge you again for the same services they did. But I guess that is Church Services policy. "Let me see how much more money I pull out of your wallet." If angies list is smart...please drop this company as a service provider that be recommended. I will never ever use your services again.

All of the service people have been prompt, professional, and courteous. I did have some trouble coordinating plumbing service with my roofing contractor, but that was an issue with their dispatch service, not with the worker himself. They don't let you speak directly with their service people - everything has to go through dispatch, and that caused some scheduling problems. All the work has been excellent, though, and we have used electrical, plumbing, heating and a/c services. I will continue to use them in the future.

They do quality work. They have polite people. They always tell you if there is a problem and what's wrong with it.

I put in an offer on a new home and it had previous foundation work. I contacted another company to come out same time as home inspection. They were not very informative and did not talk to me before during or after inspection. I contact Mr. Graves and explainer my situation and the time restraints I was under because of option period. They accommodated my requirements and the inspector they sent was experienced and professional. Hopefully I will never need their services but if I do, I have no doubt who I will call.

We called for an appointment and Richard came out to our house that same week. He was extremely professional and really took the time to listen to what we wanted. He offered good suggestions and I never felt like I was being pressured into buying more than we needed. He was willing to schedule the work on a Saturday the following month. He and his assistant came back to the house and performed the work all in one day. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job. They were prompt, clean and professional They even cleaned up any mess they made installing the lighting and surge protection. We were very pleased with the work and would recommend Richard as a fantastic electrician if you need one! We had other estimates and Church Services is not the cheapest.. however, I really feel that you get want to pay for and I would recommend Church Services in the future.

Fast, professional and affordable. The guys arrived on time and were done before I even finished a cup of coffee. I definitely recommend Church Services
