We dealt with a gentleman named Aurelio who did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was highly competent, did a quality job in all respects, and just really understood the project. Furthermore, he provided very helpful and cost-effective suggestions on how to complete certain aspects of the project, and it was obvious that he had a genuine interest in making sure that the job was done satisfactorily. As an example, he suggested using a wider pipe for the plumbing in our bathrooms which allowed for greater water flow and meant that we could do such things such as flush the toilet and use the shower simultaneously.

They did a great job, no complaints. it was prompt service, within 1 day of us calling.

They showed up on time and were very fast and efficient.

It was good and it worked out just fine. It was easy to schedule with them. The electrician was nice, professional, and courteous. He got the job done in the amount of time that the deal covered.

We suspected our house had foundation problems and called Church Services for an inspection. The day before the appointment, Don called and confirmed the appointment with us. Don came right on time the day of the appointment. He first did a visual inspection of both the outside and the inside of the house, and then measured the interior floor elevation readings. Finally he drew a floor plan and explained in great details of the foundation problems we have. We learned that the front of the house, settled for about just over one inch. We decided to wait a bit, not to do the repair right way. Don pointed out couple of foundation maintenance we need to do to avoid making the foundation problem worse. We are so happy with Church Service. We will definitely use Church Services in the future.

Very professional, timely, and responsive.

It was fantastic and they were in and out in under an hour. The electrical guys were spot on and I also had them look at an electrical fan and they looked at that for no extra charge. I was unsatisfied with the plumbing experience they as informed me of something that I already knew of and I was able to solve the problem myself for under $15. I did not have any issues with scheduling.

I have used them for years and I have never had a problem with them. They are the best that I have ever had. They are not cheap. I would use them again if I needed too.

As far as I can remember, everything turned out well for the most part. The only issue that I had was due to a miscommunication between the office and the technician. Specifically, the lady at the office confirmed that blowing out the unit's condensation drain was included in the deal, but technician told me that it was not after he arrived at my house. Thus, I had to have a short debate with the technician in order to have this done at no extra cost.

They did an excellent job. They came out right away. The owner was very concerned with getting my issues fixed right away.

Most responsive of all that I contacted. They came out within a week of my calling them. Don did my estimate, as well as answered my many questions about different types of repairs and what made them better (or not) than each other. He did not push his service on me in any way and was forthcoming that repairs were not absolutely necessary at this time. I would call these guys again.

They are very good. They are responsive and professional. I always feel good about having them out to my home. The worked is of a high quality.

It was satisfactory. I ended up having to call Terminix, but that wasn’t because they didn’t do a good job. They did what they were supposed to do.

Church services did an extra trip to grab a camera to go through the pipe to see the problem because the first time the 100 ft. snake did not work. They did get the line unclogged and it took a while. They could have charged me more for both day trips, but they ended up combining it. Church services made an extra effort to go get the camera because it was being used at another house. He was very good and very nice.

Initiallly, (a year or more ago) we bought a new water heater and had it installed. Their Plumber (Charlie) made many promises of when he would install the heater, but it took an "Act or Congress" to get him, he was always busy on another job. Finally, someone else came and installed and my husband was satisfied with him and his work, BUT Charlie left a bad impression with us, he is an unforgettable BAD memory!

They were fine, no problem. It's a good contractor. They're prompt and they're relatively economical, good quality service.

That was fine. There were no additional charges. They were courteous and they arrived on time. They did a good job. It was a relatively simple job but they did a good job. They gave me some good tips on how to keep the drain line open.

I was going to replace carpet in any event and interior drilling was much less expensive than tunneling. Nonetheless, I was dreading the process on the inside of my home. At the end, it wasn't as bad as I had expected. They wrapped both the living room area and the garage in plastic to minimize the dust and thoroughly cleaned up at the end. Several plants took a beating and will have to redo the front entrance way as a result of the raising the slab, but to be expected in this process. Overall, I was pleased with the work and the results of the leveling were very visible. I was very impressed with Alejandro's management of his crew. It was a lot of work completed in three days.

Went fine, though I thought it was expensive

It was very good. We were very happy with them. The plug for our refrigerator was not working and we had to actually plug it into an adjoining bathroom area. They found that problem and fixed it and we could plug our refrigerator back in now. They also gave us an estimate on rewiring the house which was very reasonable so we may do that later. There was no extra charge besides the price of the big deal that we purchased and they came out within the week that we purchased it.

We got 3 bids. Church was one of the higher bids but was the most thorough and professional of the bids, including explaining all work involved and what the homeowner should do prior to the work. They could have had a bigger job because we have additional settling but they explained that the cost/benefit wouldn't be good in those other areas. They kept in touch with me prior to and during the work. The crew showed up on time, and worked completely through the day and past 6 pm to finish the job, including working in drizzle and a bit of hard rain for several hours. At the very end of the day G****, one of the crewman, stayed to reposition the lock on the door frame so that we could lock the door. This crew worked very hard.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out great. They showed up and did a good job. The person who came out was polite and explained what he was doing. My interaction with this provider was good. I was there when he showed up and he let us know when he was finished. The work he did turned out good.

I purchased a "deal" from Angie's list and verified with Church Services at the time of scheduling that they could have the power turned off to the house in order to perform the electrical work planned. Their electrician showed up and said they are not allowed to have the power turned off and that I had to do that. The work could not be performed and I did not bother to have them back out. The electrician was very nice and courteous and I think the dispatch team messed this one up.
