Everything went well with the service.

The job was completed in 12 days. The field supervisor Martin was superb. Both Tom Jones and Martin stayed in touch with me all the time, updated me on the progress of the repair. They even installed a new toilet free of installation charge. The crew was very hardworking and punctual. They dug my whole backyard out and it looked like a war zone. After the completion of the work, you couldn’t tell that the backyard was dug out. All the flagstones and stone pavers were put back the way they were found. If it wasn’t for Tom Jones, we would have spent twice as much for under slab repair. They gave us a huge piece of mind for such a major repair. We were very stressed out and Tom Jones helped us in very dire situation. They also had a landscaping guy come a week later and repair all the landscaping lights free of charge. They are the best for re-route sewer line replacement and I do not have any hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to others.

This review is based on the customer experience that Church Services provided. I suspected some possible foundation issues and made a clear list of the items that I noticed. I used Church Services' website and immediately got a call from them to schedule someone to come out (which was scheduled within a few days). The day before, I received another call to confirm my appointment and then the day of, I got a call from the person that will be inspecting my foundation. He mentioned that he is running ahead of schedule and asked if it was ok to come 30 minutes earlier and if not, he would just wait until the scheduled time. I really appreciated this type of communication because it informs me that he takes my time seriously. Upon arrival, he checked my foundation and also checked all the items that I noticed. He informed me that I did not have a foundation issue which was a huge relief and I felt very comfortable in his assessment. He even mentioned that he would love to have our business but in this case, it would not apply because we did not have any issues. This experience was great and I am impressed that such a large company can really make a customer feel happy.

It was good. They are a local. They were very friendly and very efficient.

They’re very good! They were very skilled in diagnosing and fixing a bad outlet as well as fixing some florescent lights – which could have been detrimental. I purchased the parts for the fixture, but the pricing was still reasonable. It was nice that they had those parts on the truck, though, so I didn’t have to wait.

They did an excellent job. They were on time, professional, and explained everything they were going to do. Since they also had another "Big Deal" available, I used them again for other electrical services.

My experience was fine. He did his work accurately and he was efficient. The technician was a little more ridged and not willing to be flexible.

That turned out well. We purchased a new water heater from them later on. It was a good company so that is why we purchased the water heater from them. They are reliable and the way they did the survive with the warranty is what we were looking for.

They take care of the problem. They exterminate the outside. They did the inside once but now they do the outside and the garage.

As always, I find their technicians competent, friendly, and professional. They come as scheduled, do their work, and answer questions. I will continue to use Church Services in the future.

I signed up for Church Services A/C and Heating maintenance program. This entails Church coming out twice a year to inspect heating and cooling. Technician was punctual, knowledgeable, and polite. After scheduling the basic maintenance appointment we started to have issues with A/C blower motor, despite general maintenance call the tech spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue, calling for the part, and providing an estimate. He also spent over an hour cleaning out my A/C drain which was heavily clogged with algae, at no extra cost to me.

This was a horrible experience and I would NEVER recommend this company for plumbing services! I had a service contract with them, purchased last year, for a plumbing inspection and draining of the water heater. The serviceman went about the business of checking the plumbing in the kitchen and bathrooms. However, I suspect he did something to the master bath's toilet tank because it was NOT leaking before he came but was leaking into the bowl after he left. I hear it all the time now refilling and that makes me mad. But the very worse part is when he drained the water heater, he then called me out to see that it was now leaking from the faucet connection! It hadn't been before. He said since it was a 10-year old, heater that I really needed a new one. I foolishly gave him the go-ahead to replace it. He left, came back with a new water heater (which cost him less than $400 because I saw the invoice for it) and installed it. But he charged me $1,450! (This included $100 for two extra years' warranty) When I objected to the outrageous installation price, he became angry and nasty and said I should have objected before he installed it. I really think that this company cheated me and behaved badly when I complained. Later I called the company to get a street address required for the guarantee and the woman on the phone was snappish and suspicious and asked why I wanted to know that. When I told her it was for the warranty, she just couldn't be sweeter. She gave the address as 1080 West Sam Houston Parkway, Houston, TX 77043, Ste. 100. They only have a mailing address on their invoice and I notice the two addresses you give for them differ from that. BAD EXPERIENCE.

contractor was responsive and did work as promised. I know little about electrical, so although I have questions about the precise way things were done, I don't have concrete objections. The bigger problem was surprise charge that showed up at the end. When later comparing payment to original estimate (for nearly $5,000), a $400 extra charge had been applied. Explanation referenced "extra work" but was completely unsatisfactory. Nobody mentioned extra costs while the work was being performed.

Church Svces replaced Electrical Panel & Grounding Rod, installed 3 GFCI outlets where required in preparation for selling the house. Also repaired/replaced several other outlets and switches. Seated the electrical dryer receptacle properly in utility wall. I was pleased with the $2000 total cost as replacement of the electrical panel alone usually costs $1500 with most companies. I have used Church before (for plumbing) and my experience this time was just as pleasing as before. When calling in to schedule service the staff was prompt, friendly, and informative. The service technician was the same and I enjoyed working with him. I would use this company again for their various services, and have since recommended them to several other friends and neighbors.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They wanted to charge $658 to install the GFI, but it only took them about 15 minutes to do it. I researched this and found out I was really overcharged. I called the service manager who explained the procedure to me. It turned out I was charged too much for the labor and they gave me a $200 refund. I still think I was charged too much and that they were not honest with me.

The technician informed me that there was nothing he could do to further address/fix the issue without replacing the entire toilet. I wasn't too pleased with this information.

Everything is fine and I am on a pest control contract.

He replaced the Capacitor, because he indicated mine was bad and said that was the issue. We tried again, and not the issue. He continued to troubleshoot but was unable to find the issue. Still without AC downstairs, but they did a good job and the tech was very helpful and informative.

Church services did a very good job. They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. Of the three bids we solicited, Church Services was the only company that recommended installing an additional air return vent (at negligible cost) that would make the unit run more efficiently. I have used Church to install a new water heater and now the new air conditioning unit and will continue to use them in the future. I think they are a bit on the high side in price but I think you tend to get what you pay for, and what I've received has been well worth the cost.

Plumber arrived at designated time frame, walked the house with us to review some issues interior and exterior, began work at 11am and completed at 2:30pm. We needed pipe for the gas line and he went to Home Depot to purchase it for us. These Church Services employees are the best ~ certifications identified on their business cards, polite, knowledgeable, articulate to explain the issues. We had positive experience with their electrical work in March 2014, and this plumbing work was likewise positive and professional.

He was professional and got the job done. He also worked quickly. It was money well spent.

I cleaned out my refrigerator yesterday only to notice a foul odor in the kitchen this morning. I searched everywhere even thinking something was dead. I just happened to check under the sink to discover a nasty sight. I turned on the water at the disposal side of the sink. Water (plus) came pouring from under the disposal. I used Church Services plumbing company a year ago and was satisfied so I called them again. They came within 2 hours. The plumber replaced the garbage disposal, replaced kitchen faucet, removed steamatic faucet on top of sink and plugged the hole, removed steamatic unit from under the sink, removed hand soap dispenser and plugged the hole. Johnny is my plumbing man. He cleaned up his mess completely, took all the trash with him, very courteous and professional. I hope when I have plumbing problems in the future, they will allow me to request Jonny's services.

We'd had a very successful plumbing project completed with Church Services which is why we purchased this deal for their pest control services. Scheduling the service was easy, the technician arrived on time, and the treatment effectively killed all of the bugs. Furthermore, the technician was very courteous, the price seemed reasonable considering the scope of the job, and we feel as though we received a good value.
