Description of Work: The technician performed the service as dvertised and did not try to sell anything extra. He did inform me of a maintenance program that was available.

Description of Work: Very pleased with the company. They contacted me originally to set up an appointment, based on the coupon I had purchased. The appt was set up for the following day. The serviceman (Mike), was early, arriving before the scheduled time; he was waiting when I got home from work. I was having a bathroom exhaust fan/ light replaced, and I had purchased an incorrect fan. He drew me a picture of what I needed, and returned the next week (early again), and performed the work, without charging extra for coming twice. I was so pleased, I have had him back for two additional services, replacing a ceiling fan, and replacing light switches.

He recomment to chang the hole system include heat He said too old and in the duck to dirty if we clean the duck is going to be tore out. I would use this company again. Description of Work: The technician did the inspection and found a part that needed to be replaced. Right before he was scheduled to come the AC quit putting out cold air so we knew something was wrong. He came the same day that we called. We were very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: I found them to be overpriced they quoted me $1600 to replace the breaker box and I had it done for less than half of that. Charged $69 for the estimate.

Description of Work: I've used their air conditioning services for years with great results. The company has always been very helpful and I'll continue to use the a/c division. Frankly, the plumber who showed up was, I think, just lazy and didn't really want to help. I smelled a gas leak, which he didn't, and I called the gas company, which repaired the leak. He said he couldn't hook up my gas grill using a gas conversion kit because they don't do that. He didn't tell me anything new about a mysterious leak. Glad I had the $29 coupon otherwise it would've been $141.93 for basically nothing. Hate to be negative about this otherwise very good company!

Description of Work: He did not spend enough time to do the job right. Had to call him back 2 weeks later. I am starting to see roaches. I am disappointed with this experience.

Description of Work: I called Church Services for the extermination and was promptly put in touch with a secretary for scheduling an appointment. I was expecting about a week’s wait time, but they could come out the next day. So, I set up the appointment and then waited. When the exterminator arrived, he was very helpful. He explained the whole process, answered all of our questions. Most of our questions centered on the toxicity of the extermination spray; we have a three-year-old son, three cats, and one canary, and we did not want to have anyone affected. The exterminator was very thorough in applying the spray inside and for the outside, he set some granules all around the house. He did notify us that we would see bugs around for a couple of weeks, and after those two weeks, we should not see many at all, and if we did, to call back and they would come and do a second application. Overall, I am very happy with the service and with the result. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: The plumber that arrived was punctual, courteous, efficient and explained what he recommended and what was required. The work seems fine and I was pleased.

Description of Work: Church Services has a good reputation, but the person they send to perform work may be an independent contractor, possibly, instead of an employee.

Description of Work: The electrician was able to identify why a few outlets were not workings. He was also able to resolve an issue with the power getting to the ovens.
