Description of Work: I have a contract with them and they come out every six months to check the heating and air conditioning system. The cost above includes both of the visits and then quarterly pest control as well, the service is done at a rental unit. The service has been good.

Description of Work: They did arrive the same day called, but was later than expected. They figured out the problem and an hour later it was fixed. This was a big deal so felt that we got our money's worth, but feel that the normal price on the high side so probably won't call them again unless it is another big deal. This was some time ago so now don't remember the big deal price and what they said the normal price was. They do get an overall A on quality and professionalism.

Description of Work: Virtually nothing, I spent $99 for $200 worth of plumbing service. I had a small leak in one faucet, which he fixed in about 10 min and I needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen which I had purchased. They said the cost of that was $278 so I would have to pay $78 more plus then pay for the other small leak. Ridiculous!
