Description of Work: I had a water stain appear on my first floor ceiling overnight. Thinking it was from the A/C, I called asking for an air conditioning tech to come out. He determined it was not the A/C so he helped me get a plumber from the company to come out. He replaced a pipe that was leaking. I also use their pest control service. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Church Services has been professional and helpful. They have patiently answered all my questions and have done a good job of completing the task they came to work on. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: They performed some general repairs a I was preparing to put the house on the market. I had an attic door that would not close - the repairman made an "emergency" trip to the house so I could at least shut my attic door for the weekend before we could replace it. Nice folks.

Description of Work: I purchased Big Deal for $89 for 2 hours of work. We asked them to install 2 ceiling fans in 2 rooms. They quoted us $200-300 per fan in addition to the price I paid for Big deal to install. We did not use them. I still have not used the Big Deal because of that.

As a large amount of time has progressed since we last offered big deals they will not refund your money please contact our Customer Service manager Jim at 713.722.5000 and we will try to work something out. Description of Work: Schedule call to provide estimate for total house re-piping. Window was between 2pm and 7pm. Plumber / Estimator showed up after 9pm. Resulting estimate for re-piping and "up selling" of a total home tankless HW system was the highest bid received from (4) companies.
