Technician Raj was very thorough.Took me outside to show problem with upstairs unit.Also took pictures of coils in attic to show me how dirty coils were.On issue with upstairs unit we would have had to spend over $1200 and no guarantee items needed would solve problem.,In all honesty this unit was originally replaced with a very cheap unit from a company that went out of business.Unit was replaced in late 2009 with a unit that was made in 2008.

Everything went really well. I was going to have them do something else but when they gave me the price and the price was just too high to fix a leak on the sink so I decided not to do anything else. They were clean and they look really professional. They advised me on that other thing I want to be done. They would have to charge me too much for what it was worth. I thought their service is good too then. I remember they were on time. Everything was good.

The provider did an excellent job. He arrived at my home on time, and completed those two tasks within 2 hours. He's very polite and professional. I am very satisfied with his jobs.

The called about 20 minutes before service, and the tech arrived promptly. Not only did Phillip do all the necessary work, he also gave me some great tips on conserving energy, appropriate times to change out lightbulbs, and how to check my smoke detector. Overall, I would highly recommend Church services, and in fact have already done so!

The guy who came out was great, very knowledgeable and trustworthy and told me what I should spend money on in the remodel and what I shouldn't. He added GFCI's, an outlet, and removed a 220V connection. I had him give me a quote for a lot of electical work I wanted to do, but the cost was so crazy high I'm definitely going to check around.

The service technician was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.

They were on time, very nice, professional and informative. They did a great job and I would highly recommend their services to others.

Purchased the deal ( 2 hrs of labor for $89). Scheduling was easy. Received phone call when serviceman was on his way. He arrived when expected based on phone call and within window of time for scheduled appointment. (Offered Saturday appointments which I appreciate). Upon arrival, asked for what work was needed and offered to prioritize things to ensure that what was most important was finished first in light of the 2 hour time limit. I knew I had less than 2 hours of work so I wasn't worried, but I appreciated that he had made such a consideration. He got straight to work and worked efficiently. He finished in about an hour and a half (maybe a little less). No issues or extra charges or hidden fees. (I provided new fan, switches, and outlet). All interactions with call center and with serviceman were friendly and professional.

Josh has been great to work with. In the past I have worked with smaller companies and they have been easier to work with because the guys schedule their own time. We have had to have a series of appointments to finish my projects. I may not work with them in the future because of this but the quality of work and professionalism were great! I definitely would buy the deal because the price is great for a small project.

Approximately 20 minutes prior to scheduled service, the provider indicated that they do not perform electrical repairs in high rise buildings, therefore services could not be completed as requested. This information should have been disclosed by the provider at the time of purchase/scheduling to avoid the need to secure a refund, additional services from other providers, etc.

Al arrived on-time and not only treated the exterior - front & back, but also knocked down the early stages of a nest that I had zapped with an OTC spray a few days earlier. He also took care of the spider webs (and their residents) that were lurking in the ceiling corners of the garage. Thus far I have not been revisited by the wasps or any other insect.

We thought there was an electrical problem in the kitchen. Called several providers from Angie's List on a holiday morning. Of those we called, only Church Services would give us a rough guesstimate of the cost for service call and possible repairs so we asked them to come out. They said they would be out sometime before 4:00 PM. In a little while they called back to see if they could come earlier and Raul was at our house by 11:00 AM. He was friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, explained things as he went along. In less than an hour he was finished. Always nice when you are having a bad day if the service provider shows up promptly and with a smile on his face. Thanks Raul! This was our first time using Church Services but it will definitely not be the last. This old house always needs something.

Great communications with the company when I had questions, when I scheduled the appointment and when they called to let me know that the tech was on his way. He came on time and did the work. No extra charges, no attempt to up-sell, very polite. A good experience with Church Services. I would use them again.

They came once, but they did not have the right materials so they rescheduled the appointment. However, I no longer need the service so I will not be using them after all.

I am very unhappy with the level of customer service provided to me by phone. I am not interested in using them if that's how they are on the phone.

I had no troubles with scheduling. The job was completed in the two hours. My experience with them was good overall.

Over a two year period we talked to an engineer and five different contractors about problems with our home's foundation, which is contributed to the 3 year drought in our area. Church Services was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. We chose Church because they responded and dealt with us in a very professional manner, and provided the most assurances. If you decide to use Church, I would recommend asking for Don Croxton. He was very fair and honest, and we know you can trust him to give you solid advice. This was a very big job. I took five days during which time installation of 30 exterior pilings, 5 pilings in the garage, and six pilings in the interior was done. It was cold, and during the last part of the job it began to rain. The workers carried on in spite of adverse conditions. It is very hard, dirty, noisy work. The foreman's English was fairly good, but I am glad that I speak Spanish. Communications with him were easier that way. My only complaint would be about worker's conditions. I was surprised that a big company like Church did not provide a Port-o-Potty for their workers, and I did not see many, if anyone, with ear protection or dust masks. Perhaps such a thing is just too difficult to enforce. Our house is now level, doors open and close properly, all the shutters work properly again, a few new cracks, but other large cracks closed up. All bushes removed appear to be dying, but I really am not surprised by that. I will see what Spring brings. Like I mentioned before, it was miserably cold and wet the day they finished, and I feel they did the best job they could under those conditions putting everything back in order.

It was fine. They were easy to schedule, prompt, and good to work with.

We were completely satisfied, it was good.

***Update*** A manager from Church services contacted me after I posted my negative review. He sent a technician out to perform the plumbing test on the correct unit at no additional charge. While I still believe their prices are a bit steep, I am pleased that Church services corrected the error and tested the correct unit. The manager was friendly and very accommodating, and offered to arrange the plumbing test with my tenant. I received the results of the plumbing test in a timely manner via email. I probably will not use them to repair the plumbing issues, however I am happy that they were professional and ended up doing the right thing. I contracted Church Services to repair the foundation issues at my duplex. A sales rep from Church recommended that I also have a plumbing test done under the unit that underwent foundation repairs for an additional cost of $275. I agreed to the test after the foundation repairs, and scheduled the company to come out again. After two weeks had passed, Church Services sent a technician to run the plumbing test. Unfortunately, the technician that went out, ran the test on the wrong unit of the duplex. He tested the unit that did not have foundation repairs completed even though the contract I signed with them was to test the unit that had the foundation work done. I, of course, asked them to test the correct unit after we realized the mistake, but Church Services is requesting an additional payment of $275 to test the unit I had previously contracted with them to test. I asked to speak to a manager regarding this issue, but was never given a return call, and the technician who performed the plumbing tests, stopped returning my emails. At the moment, I still have not heard back from anyone at Church regarding this error.

He disconnected the faucet under the sink and he did not reconnect it. When I went to turn on the sink, water went everywhere. I did not get $111 worth of work.

It was fine. Everything's okay. It was great. I didn't have a problem. They have several services and he did offer me additional services and they were very professional.

It didn't go very well. They're way too expensive. Their estimate was really high and by the time I picked out my toilet by myself and went back to them they were adding a high fee to put it in so I didn't use them. They waned to replace my toilet for $1200 and I got it done for $400 by Lowes. I wasted my Big Deal. I couldn't throw any more money with them.
