Description of Work: Excellent company, we heard noises in the attic at 2am, called and they came out at the scheduled time, even early. Sprayed for pests and then came back as they found proof of rats in the attic. Came early again , repaired the openings on the outside of the house , laid traps inside the attic. Returned at 7 days and then 3 days later. Found one rodent , and then upon my return from a trip, I checked again in the attic and found another dead rodent upon which I then called them and they sent out someone almost immediately. They were willing to continue to come out but I chose to check myself and call if another rodent was found. I would highly recommend this company and in fact have done so. Worth every cent..

Description of Work: A while back, I received a “Big Deal” offer via email from Angie’s List stating that your company was offering 2 hours of electrical service at a special price. I signed up to give Church Services a try. I had never used your company before although I had often seen your trucks around town. I am writing to let you know how pleased I was with my experience with Church Services, and, particularly with Brian McAuthur and Raul Suarez. Here is a little back ground: The first electrician from Church Services became ill shortly after arriving and had to go back to his truck to try to recover. He finally said that he was feeling worse and would have to leave, but that Church Services would get back with me to complete the time. I then spoke to Brian McAuthor (head of your electrical devision), explained what had happened, and Brian said that because of the unusual circumstance and inconvenience regarding the sickness of their first guy, they were going to send out someone to do a complete 2 hours of work (and not subtract the time of the first guy from the 2 hours). The guy Brian sent out was Raul Suarez. I have had many workers at my home over the past 30 years to work on various items (whether air conditioning, sheet rocking, electrical, plumbing, etc.), but Raul Suarez was the best I have ever seen in 30 years. I just can’t say enough good things about this guy. He was courteous. He was engaging, honest, knew what he was talking about, worked fast, kept me informed as the work progressed, and on and on. His attitude was “I will work fast and do everything you need within the 2 hours that you have purchased from Angie’s List,” rather than an attitude of “It’s going to take a lot longer than 2 hours and we will have to charge you at the high rate for a bunch of hours after that.” Angie’s List customers know the difference between those 2 attitudes. I plan on using Church Services in the future because of the excellent experience I have just had with your company. Please thank Brian and Raul for the fantastic service that each provided. They are exactly the type of employees that a company should highly value and use as examples for all other employees.

Description of Work: We used Church Services for a clogged up bathtub. The plumber was Aurelio Aceves. He was wonderful: arrived on time, used "footies" on his shoes, and explained the problem and what he would do and gave an estimate. He did the work and we paid him by credit card. We are pleased.

Description of Work: Estimate. They came out and said there was nothing wrong with my foundation.

Description of Work: Reviewed all the plumbing. Repaired one faucet, adjusted drainage and cleared a blockage. Checked all sinks, faucets, and toilets in the house.

Description of Work: Have an annual service contract w/ Church for hvac and pest control. very happy w/ pest control. hvac service is good. we asked Church to check an a/c unit. service said sales would need to come for a new compressor. sales only offered a new system, given the change in refridgerant. very expensive and not very willing to walk through the rationale for the new system. when questioned, it felt like I was asking absurd questions. I said I would consider it. He followed up with a hard sell. Then I moved to another service provider who offered a new compressor with the old refidgerant for <50% of the Churches quote. I am just as comfortable and the other provider offered 1 yr financing, which Churches did not.

Description of Work: great for many things. Plumbing was at least a day wait for a leaking pipe, so we went somewhere else. I use them for HVAC and pest control and am happy with that

Description of Work: We called them with a problem with bees swarming the side of our house. They came out in the afternoon, we had called them in the morning! They did a fantastic job and was prompt and professional. We were happy with the service they performed. We have not seen any more bees. The exterminator sealed up the area where the bees were entering some cracks where the siding meets the brick. We have not seen any more bees in the area. But, we may have someone take out the siding and replace it with Hardy Plank in the future because we believe that there may be a hive in the walls. But right now....we have too many other issues to repair that IKE left us with! Company, great work!
