Description of Work: I contacted the service provider to cancel the chimney cleaning when I realized that the company was located in Dallas, TX. I live outside of SW of Houston, a few hundred miles away. |The company contacted me, stating they had a branch or an affiliate in Houston that could perform the service. They never told me who it was or contacted me again. So much time had passed, that the deal expired. They never performed the service, nor did I receive a rebate for the deal. I am very disappointed.

Description of Work: They surveyed our house which is on the water and close to "country" at the same time. I wanted all holes sealed up to keep critters out of the house and attic which is what they did. I gave them a B on quality because the foam they used to seal up some holes around the pool are an eyesore to me. Maybe that's the only option they had but the house is white and the foam is dark brown and not very neatly applied. And, $150.00 seemed a little high for what they did. They were punctual, professional, friendly and I would hire them again. I did call them back out about 8 months later because
