Description of Work: They inspected the dryer to see why it was not drying properly. They determined the vent in the attack is blocked as the dryer appears to be fine. They also have a 30 day guarantee if the dryer is still not working after the vents has been professionally cleaned.

Description of Work: Service was good overall. They were there a little later than expected, but did call when on their way. My biggest dissapointment was that the website says they take American Express, but when I went to pay, the serviceman said they only take MC, Visa and Discover. I do wish they would not advertise a card they didn't take. That was one of the reasons that I chose them to do the work.
