He was finished in no time. Not sure if he properly sprayed all of the storm blinds. Saw no improvement. I just wasted money.

I bought the coupon and scheduled an interior exterior treatment. Nexon was very professional and we hit it off right away. He sprayed the lawn and all around the house and garage then went inside and sprayed everywhere, we haven't moved in yet so it was good to get it done at this time. Highly recommend them.

the technician was punctual and professional. he was pleasant and explained the care process that followed concerning my pets. will need to contact them for a treatment between contracted treatments. have seen a few visitors (yuck!!!)

Very unprofessional. Terrible and shady business

First 20-25 days we did not notice any mosquito in the backyard, after that time, mosquitos came right back. We'll probably hire them for another 30 days treatment.

Service was performed as planned and went well. Installed subterranean feeding spikes around perimeter of the home, and provide basic indoor and door pest control.

Mr. Thibadeaux was on time. I just didn't like calling a calling center to make the appointment. The manager of this area called me, Mr. Thibadeaux, and scheduled a better time. Also, we talked about specific issues pertaining to the house- crazy ants that most people would not have. I highly recommend using them again.

I have been using them for the past 1.5. With 2 different technicians, both are very good, professional and very personal as well. They will do the job, as well as listen to any specific concerns or questions we had around the house.

Great job! Thorough and professional!! When we bought our house 9 years ago, the termite inspection was incomplete because the mulch was too high around the house. I was afraid there might be issues because we neglected to follow up. The initial technician had 30+ years experience and was very thorough and the technician that performed the quarterly service was equally as thorough.

They did an excellent job. We decided to go with them for a quarterly service plan.

I think it was one of your little Angie's list deals. It was fine. They had trouble scheduling me. They didn't make it around twice and they finally showed up the third time. So it was a little frustrating but they did the service and that's fine. So, not a big deal. The few times I had to sit at my house and wait, they didn't. The one time they couldn't help it. They said it was just traffic and there was a wreck and they couldn't get there but there was already a second time. I just was a little less forgiving the second time you don't so up, So. The first time I called them, I was like, "aren't you guys supposed to show up?" Ha Ha Ha.. And to be perfectly honest it was, our service window was Friday like 3:30-5:30 so my sneaky suspicion was, even though I don't have confirmation of this, that the guy was just, either it wasn't on his scheduling or he was just like, nah I'm done for the day. So, and that is the weekend close to the Superbowl so I think he just decided he was done for the day. So I had to call them at 5:15 to be like, "Like is anyone coming?" and they where like " OH, our owner hasn't been in today. I would give them like another 20 minutes. I was like, "Yeah, somebody forgot. Ha ha ha..So yeah. But the second time was just traffic. He told me exactly where he was and I knew exactly what he was stuck in, so you know. It wasn't, he was still willing to come. It's just it would have started to being to late and I have little kids at home. So, I was just like let's cancel and reschedule. Yeah. We got one of your little Angie's list deals, so they will be back out like three more times this year.

Did a one time pest control treatment. They did a very detailed treatment, covered all attics.

It worked out okay. It was good. The entire house is bigger than 3500 square foot, so they had to charge me an extra $10 I think. For the grade for pricing, the initial pricing I would say "A", but for the follow up pricing, they gave me like $70 or $80 to do it, which was way out of the ballpark. I think they did a fairly good job. I would use them again if the price was right. One person came out to perform the service. It took about a half an hour. The best part of the service is that the guy who came was very thorough.

Everything seems to go well. They are punctual, professional and reliable. So far, no surprises, which is good.
