I have been using Certified for almost two years and this was probably my worst experience. Technician came on Saturday but he wasn't the one I have requested. He has no knowledge about mice and cannot perform assessment or pricing, except to provide a couple of traps. He said he would write a report and have someone get back to me on assessment/pricing on mice issue. I called the following Tuesday and voiced my feedback and still haven't heard received any feedback/assessment regarding mouse issues. The technician also started to fill up his dripping pesticides can spry at the kitchen sink until I requested him not too. I will probably contact a different company regarding the mouse issue.

They asked all the right questions, then sprayed inside the house and the outside perimeter.

Representative did a great job spraying and cleaning out cobwebs and wasp nests. Also notified me of holes I needed to attend to to block so Peet's don't come in.

The did a excellent job my wife even told the tech we were having ants on the counter and he provided ant baits to place on the counter.

They worked very well with my schedule and what I needed. My interactions with them were professional and very personable. The work turned out good. I really think their price is exceptional. Yes, I would use their services again in the future.

I paid Angieslist for the service however the company has been sending unpaid invoices. I don't like that when this problem occurred I was unable to contact angieslist unless I signed up for premium service. If you buy a service from angieslist you should be able to contact should a problem arise.

As soon as I purchased the deal on Angie's list, I received an email letting me know of an open time slot in my area. I scheduled the visit. The technician (Sam) called prior to arrival, showed up at the agreed upon time and completed the work within the window I was originally given. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions, gave me some tips, and explained my options for future service, without trying to push a hard sell, which I appreciated. He simply explained what each level of service would get me. I will definitely be using Certified Termite and Pest Control again. Sam was a pleasure to deal with.
